Absolutely gorgeous vacation home with stunning views in desirable Desert Falls Country Club. This is a second-floor condo that boasts a beautifully furnished balcony patio overlooking a pool and spa surrounded by lush landscape, palm trees, mountain views and plenty of sunshine. The landscaping is lit at night, so it is just as beautiful after dark under the stars! Being on the upper level, the balcony patio offers privacy and breathtaking views that you would not have on ground level. Furnished with a comfortable outdoor seating area, dining table with seating for three (additional chair on kitchen patio) and an umbrella for shade, this is certain to be your favorite spot to relax!

The living and dining room are beautifully furnished and there is a “giant” cable TV with Premium package that can be turned for viewing from the kitchen or even the balcony! The overstuffed sofa is amazingly comfortable, and we predict it will be a favored spot for an afternoon nap. With two occasional chairs, gas fireplace and wet bar, this space is perfect for entertaining family and friends or a cozy spot to watch the latest TV series of curl up with a good book. Note – the sofa is a top-of-the-line queen fold-out bed with memory foam mattress, tested and given a “comfort” stamp of approval by my personal guests.

The dining room is set for four but can accommodate up to eight with additional chairs in the master closet. And the buffet is chock-full of placemats, napkins and chargers to set a stunning table! In addition, there is a kitchen pass-through bar that has seating for two.

The kitchen has had a face-lift with updated granite countertops, stainless appliances and about anything and everything a cook/chef could dream of. A perfect home for a wintering couple or guests who enjoy entertaining. And just outside the kitchen door is a small balcony patio with a new stainless BBQ and a comfy chair for the cook to kick back and keep an eye on the steaks while enjoying mountain views or one of the desert’s spectacular sunsets! This is a lovely patio at any time of the day and incudes an umbrella and small table for your coffee or glass of wine. Another great spot to escape with your book!

The master suite is just lovely and is furnished with a comfortable king size bed, quality bedding, good lighting, ceiling fan and large flat screen smart TV. with spectrum cable. A door off the master leads directly to the balcony patio. The spa-like en-suite has his & her sinks, a seated vanity, private water closet and new walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom is located at the opposite end of the condo offering great separation between the two bedrooms and lots of privacy. It is furnished with a comfortable queen size bed, quality bedding, ceiling fan and mounted flat screen smart TV.

The guest bath is located in the hallway across from the dedicated laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The guest bathroom has a single sink and combination shower/tub with glass enclosure. It is located just outside the guest bedroom, handy for both the guest bedroom and visitors.

This home has been furnished as a residence and is not a typical vacation rental. I love to cook and entertain so the kitchen well stocked with a fine array of pots, pans and serving platters etc. The home has high-speed internet and 3 T.V.s

There is ample room for two cars in the driveway. Please inquire if you have questions. The heated pool and hot tub are located just steps from the condo and as mentioned above, are visible from the balcony. This is an upper-level end unit with one south/east facing balcony patio...perfect for watching the Sunrise with a cup of coffee or sunsets…Amazing sunsets are also off the kitchen balcony!

Desert Falls Country Club offers what many consider to be one of the most fun and challenging golf courses in the Coachella valley. The course caters to golfers of all levels, offering 5 sets of tee boxes including our tournament tees that play from over 7,000 yards. This links style golf course is defined by 9 water hazards, numerous bunkers, and a unique set of green complexes. Desert Falls Country Club is a semi-private club offering great playing conditions, a quick pace of play, great service, and all of the amenities of an exclusive country club. Tennis and pickle ball courts are on site. Yoga and other classes are offered thru the fitness center. Full clubhouse amenities including locker rooms, pro shop, restaurant and bar are also available.
