Enjoy this gem in the heart of Miami newly renovated home. This modern chic home is designed to accommodate our guest. Perfect for entertaining, backyard equipped with a counter top bar, BBQ area, dinning room area and sofa. Layout in the Miami sun in a modern pool or choose nightlife chill in jacuzzi overlooking the stars. For our fishing lovers, this home provides a deck overlooking a lake. This home is close to all main highways, malls, Miami beach, FIU, Brickell, Wynwood, and downtown Miami. We provide Xbox with 4 different games to choose from. If guests are interested in reserving a yacht or a boat they are able to do so, as long as we are notified in advance. You are able to choose from a 32” to a 55” yacht, make sure to reserve in advance by contacting the host (additional fees apply). Charter yachts as well as boats available if guest desire to reserve for additional fee.

We offer messages by licensed
professional whom come to the home. They provide different services such as CouplesMassage, Deep tissue, Rapid tension release,Relaxation and many more. More so, they provide private spa parties.
We also offer IV therapy by a licensed professional.
If you are feeling sick, hungover, jetlagged or just need some extra vitamins and/or fluid we provide in home visits.
Property has an Inlaw quarters with separate entrance and no access to house. The Inlaw quarter does not interconnect with house. Guest staying at the in-laws quarters have no access to backyard or common areas. Backyard is completely private for guest staying in house. For events an extra fee is charged. Lovely property! My group and I had such a great experience here. House was clean, comfortable, well designed and decorated. The pool has vibrant multicolored ambient lighting, the patio is spacious and a fantastic place to relax and unwind. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-equipped, beds were comfortable, and everything felt thoughtfully maintained. Cheyla is a wonderful host, friendly and responsive, check in was effortless and she provided everything we needed and more for a perfect stay in Miami. Thank you! 10/10 Highly recommend

The property was immaculate when we arrived. We did encounter a few issues during our stay related to general maintenance (the heat was on when we arrived but it was 95 degrees outside; shelving units were severely tilted or unsecured; a faucet handle fell off in the shower; several other small, manageable issues). The pool was nice, and the outdoor living area was wonderfully secluded and private. The neighborhood was quiet with easy highway access.

Great house

House was nice. Super clean and smelled great. Needs better pillows and definitely needs more bath towels. Patio area is nice and the pool feels amazing heated. Overall great stay.

Absolutely perfect!

Absolutely perfect stay! Held a small sweet 16 celebration for 12 with sleepover and could not have picked a better spot and close to home. Very modern clean and comfortable for all. The pool spa was a bonus. Thanks!

Great stay for a group!

Our group had such an amazing stay here! The backyard was the highlight of our trip — we honestly couldn’t wait to get back home from other places we were visiting so we could decompress by hanging out outside and lounging in the hot tub. Highly recommend for a group!

wedding in Miami

We were getting married in Kendall at the Gem mansion and booked this house to stay with some family. It was absolutely lovely the lay out and especially the backyard. We hosted a welcome party for some guests and the turnout was amazing. The only thing is that it's far from the beach, but you have a pool. The owner was great, and the house was very stylish and clean. I highly recommend it.

Property was clean but had issues with door keypad had to wait 30 minutes because door key pad wasn’t working. The stove they have takes a long time to cook on it.They had to send someone out to make sure the store was working.The oven works, but as I was putting something in the oven, the whole stole came out.. So I had to go out and purchase a 3 burner, so I could cook on the outside.Because there's no way I was able to do it on the stove that had one big burner and three little burners. After leaving the property, everything was clean. Nothing was wrong with the property.Later I receive a message stating that I broke the blinds.I said everything was good when I did my walk through. Come to find out the owner sent me pictures stating this curtain was broke.. I stated to her. Nothing was broken into the property. As I was telling her that she needs to visit her property instead of renting it out right after each person, she started getting angry.So with her telling me I broke the blinds, it didn't sit well with me.Until the next day, my mind said, look at the picture as I looked at the picture. The date on the picture shows December 8th 2024. Which was last year? So be careful with damaged charges. This property will accuse you of someone else damage charge just to get more moneyNow I'm fighting for my damage fee in which I didn't do any damages in this property.And this was the day after Thanksgiving. So why you have a December 8th date on a picture.

Stayed here for a bachelorette party! This house is so fun and very well kept. Super clean. Wonderful host. This house comfortably sleeps more like 12 people but still a good amount of room!

Miami Bachelorette Party!

Groups of 12 ladies stayed at this cute little home for 3 nights! It had everything as advertised but the space is definitely smaller than it appears in photos but it’s nice and comfortable. They had everything we needed plus a couple bachelorette incentives which was so nice. I would recommend.

Better than the pictures

We have stayed in many VRBO rentals now and they usually look slightly not as good as the perfect listing pictures. This property actually looked every bit as good and then some. The owners have done a good job with renovations and decorations. They’re also very nice and very communicative when we had things to resolve. The pool heat was phenomenal for February!

Relaxing Bacherlorette Getaway

Cheyla’s property was absolutely beautiful! Upon arrival, I was taken away by how spacious, clean, and gorgeous the property was. Cheyla went far above and beyond with small welcoming details that made the space that much more inviting and hospitable. The property, while very pretty in the pictures, was much much nicer than the images did justice. Furthermore, Cheyla was available daily in the months leading up to the trip and while we were there to answer ANY questions we had. We were unable to locate a fitted sheet for the air mattress and there were a couple essential cooking items like a 9x13 baking dish that would have been helpful to have on hand. Since the house holds so many, I would recommend a coffee pot as opposed to a keurig single serve machine. Aside from these small things, we could not have asked for a prettier property, a kinder host, or a better price!!!! Would recommend 10/10
