Property was clean but had issues with door keypad had to wait 30 minutes because door key pad wasn’t working. The stove they have takes a long time to cook on it.They had to send someone out to make sure the store was working.The oven works, but as I was putting something in the oven, the whole stole came out.. So I had to go out and purchase a 3 burner, so I could cook on the outside.Because there's no way I was able to do it on the stove that had one big burner and three little burners. After leaving the property, everything was clean. Nothing was wrong with the property.Later I receive a message stating that I broke the blinds.I said everything was good when I did my walk through. Come to find out the owner sent me pictures stating this curtain was broke.. I stated to her. Nothing was broken into the property. As I was telling her that she needs to visit her property instead of renting it out right after each person, she started getting angry.So with her telling me I broke the blinds, it didn't sit well with me.Until the next day, my mind said, look at the picture as I looked at the picture. The date on the picture shows December 8th 2024. Which was last year? So be careful with damaged charges. This property will accuse you of someone else damage charge just to get more moneyNow I'm fighting for my damage fee in which I didn't do any damages in this property.And this was the day after Thanksgiving. So why you have a December 8th date on a picture.
