Amazing 2 King, 2 Bath, Pool, Duplex, Half Block to the Beach!

This renovated 2 king bedrooms upstairs of a duplex home is located on a lovely quiet street very close to all restaurants and shops of the Times Square area. Enjoy the peaceful back yard with its pool, tiki bar, and BBQ some fresh fish from our local markets on your gas grille. Inside, an open concept living area features a living room with a 50-inch flat screen TV, 2 dining areas and a fantastic well-equipped kitchen.

The King Master bedroom has a flat screen TV, its own deck, and plenty of closet space. A second King bedroom has its own full-size bathroom. There are two full bathrooms. The large living l room has a King size Murphey Bed on one end and a queen size sofa bed on the other end. This unit sleeps up to 8 people. The heated pool and tiki bar in the back yard add to a fantastic getaway!

Heavenly Tropics is managed by our family in order to offer better rates and service to our guests. We use hotel grade bed and bath linens.

Check in is 4:00 PM and check out is 10:00 AM

Enjoyed our time!

The place was perfect for my little family. Within walking distance to the beach but having the pool right there was amazing. Our hot water heater did go out but Tess got someone there as soon as I called. I would definitely recommend..

Amazing stay!

My fiancé and I stayed about a week here and were heartbroken when we had to check out. The area is beautiful there was plenty to do and see and we would absolutely stay here again

Excellent place to stay at for a beach vacation

Excellent location, short walking distance to beach. House has everything you need for your stay- well equipped kitchen, comfortable 2 king size bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Towels and beach chairs provided as well. Has a swimming pool but the beach was 3 minutes away. Looking forward to come back again.

Great location near Times Square

This property fit our needs well for a short getaway for 2 couples. Easy walk to everything at the Times Square end of the island. Updated kitchen, privacy fencing around the pool (gets afternoon sun). Wagon, cooler, beach chairs all provided.

A Great Beach Getaway

The property was as expected from the description. We were in the heart of a rebuilding Fort Myers Beach and found the house to be updated and we comfortable! The backyard patio added to our fun with a pool and bar!we would stay here again!

Great Winter Beach Getaway

Very spacious for the two of us and would be great for a larger family. Great kitchen—well-stocked and excellent appliances. Having a washer and dryer is a definite bonus.

Great stay

Great long weekend at Ft Myers Beach. This place is an awesome location for enjoying the beach and everything else in the area. The owner was great to with and even came to bail us out when were trying to get into the unit, our mistake...Everything you need for a great beach vacation. Would definitely go back.

Perfect place to stay for a family!

We LOVED this property and will definitely be coming back! We rented both the upstairs and downstairs so that we could have the place to ourselves. The place comes with a highchair and a pack and play so it was perfect for our stay with a 10 month old as we needed to use both. We spent a lot of time in the backyard enjoying the pool, tiki bar, and bbq. Being a block and a half from the beach, we were able to use one of their supplied beach wagons and their beach chairs and it was a short walk to the beautiful beach of Fort Myers where our son enjoyed playing in the white sands for his first time. If you're planning on coming to Fort Myers, and you want that vacation home away from home feeling, this is a perfect place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay but the time goes way too fast! The location was close to the beach and town square. I’ve been to the island 9 times and this area has always been my favorite. We enjoyed the pool and being outside around the tiki bar! Great place to stay.

We had a great time! The house had a great location and beautiful backyard. Supplied resources were super helpful such as amounts of bowls, plates, detergent etc etc. the only issue we ran into was air conditioning not working and the house would turn extremely hot in the middle of the night. Overall, we are very grateful for the chance to stay there and would definitely recommend to others interested in staying in ft Meyers.

Great Stay

This is a great place for a small family. The pool is small but is great for our family of four. Plus the grill, tv, and fridge at the pool was great. We could walk to the beach in 5 minutes. Close to all the resturants. Would recommend it!

Pre-wedding

We had a wonderful stay before the wedding festivities began. Loved the close location to the beach. Just a short walk to every thing we needed. The pool was great too! Hope to be back again.

Perfect Location

This property was the perfect location for a recently retired person and her spouse. Shops, Restaurants, Bars, the Beach were all within a short walk. The property was spacious and clean! I am thinking about bringing the whole family next year! Thanks Kosters!!

Nice location, nice walk to the pier area. Enjoyed the pool and liked the fact that a portion of it was about 10” deep just to sit in. Tess was quick to respond to any questions we had and stop by if needed

Perfect property, perfect location and perfect hosts!

My family (husband, wife and 13 year old daughter) had a wonderful stay! The place is roomy and nicely refreshed post-hurricane Ian. The location is great -- close to downtown and easy walk to the beach. Our daughter LOVED the heated pool! Very comfortable and nice with all the amenities we needed for a perfect visit. Tess was GREAT with communication before and during our trip. We will definitely stay with them again.

Nice property

We enjoyed our stay at the property, however, communications with the owner was a little rough to start. We had a few concerns prior to checking in, and frankly felt very dismissed by her. However, I would recommend the place as the location was fantastic. She was available to us for any concerns we had while at her property.

We are Rod and Tess Koster. We own Sunshine Cove and Sunshine Nook each side having one king bedroom with a lock outdoor between, pool and Tiki bar, Paradise Cove and Paradise Cove II each sleeping 10 and located side by side each with a pool and canal, Beach House 4 king 2 bath duplex, heated pool, and Heavenly Tropics 4 king bed/ 3 bath duplex, heated pool. During the summer we are in Minnesota to be close to our four children, their spouses, and our 10 grand kids. We travel back and forth to Fort Myers Beach, and we have friends in Fort Myers Beach who help us out during the summer. During the winter we are snowbirds and reside in Fort Myers Beach which we of course love! The kids do come and visit. We have retired from the family car lot and have let the kids take over. Our new passion is property management. We now have 9 properties on Fort Myers Beach so if you want other options or if this properties calendar is full, please contact us anyway. Thanks! Pictures do not do this property justice! You are close enough to walk everywhere and far enough away to sit on the patio, Tiki Bar or decks and feel as if you are on a private island. The best part is that you are only one block to the beach. You are only 1/2 a block to Estero Blvd's shopping and restaurants. Enjoy Heavenly Tropics!

Sitting under the Tiki Bar, the pool area is magical! Heavenly Tropics will help you forget the blustery winter weather you left behind! Once you have relaxed take a 5-minute walk to Times Square to visit our tropical themed shops or go fishing on the pier. If you don't want to go that far, take the one-minute walk to the beach and enjoy the sun during the day and the breathtaking sunsets in the evening. You'll realize you won't need to spend a lot of money on restaurants with their many daily specials. Or stay at home and cook to your hearts delight in the fully equipped kitchen or have local fresh shrimp or steaks on the outdoor grille! The home allows for family or friends to rent in the same building. It can be rented as one unit but has a separate up and down. This unit is the upstairs.
