Welcome to Marlin Villas!  2 Bedroom condo full equipped. Large and sandy beach where you can run or jogging! Walking distance from the best shopping malls.   

Property is located between Ocean and lagoon. 

Supermarket and convenience stores walking distance.
Note: elevators are under repair from Jan 2022 to July 2022.
You will need to use the stairs.

A great vacation

Our two bedroom two bath apartment with kitchen and washer and dryer was perfect for us Every room had a great view of the water The terrace was very long We would stay there again

Property was very nice location was great but apparently there’s a sewer problem and the the front door was hard to open but everything else is great

Outdated condo in great location

This condo is on a beautiful beach with 3 pools, 24 hour security on the front and back, great poolside food and drinks. The staff at the pool are the best! Ask for Ben. He always has good suggestions and he’s really funny. The cons are when we arrived we were not given the code to the locked box and had to ask again for check in instructions, wifi was slow, the tv’s didn’t work, we never received the condo house manual and on day 4 she sent it via email, we received one pillow for each of us. We requested more pillows and Alejandra said no. We had to do laundry everyday because we were given only one towel for each of us, 2 washcloths for 4 of us and there was no extra bedding. The two tan colored couches were so old, dirty and loud to sit on. The fridge was really small and the freezer kept popping open so we lost all our ice. The kitchen smelled musty and there were bugs that crawled in our food. The front door has a hole on the left side of it that bugs could come in. The water pressure was so low, it was hard to wash shampoo out of your hair. There was no hot water at times, we had to boil water to wash our dishes and took cold showers. The safe wouldn’t open and we asked for the code which didn’t work. The smoke detector was hanging open, there were no fans in the kitchen and bathroom so when we cooked we had to open the sliding door. There were dead bugs in the kitchen where the pans are. The beds were uncomfortable. We voiced concerns and got no response.

Pricey for this great views & location, unless updated

This feedback is for betterment of stay and to help future guests. Positive feedback: *Excellent Location and is perfect to beach and shopping. *Ocean Views are Excellent and spectacular *Quick responses from Host *Property is good for family of four. *New lift is operational and convenient for 6th floor. *Hot water is available and little tricky to get it working. Updates Needed: Unless the property is updated, price is very expensive for this property *Water dripping from floor above onto couch in Master. *Kitchen need to be updated as it smells a lot, particularly the sink clogs easily and very small. Host responded drains were replaced before booking, but still the issue. *Bathroom drains are clogged and water flow is very minimal. *Couches in family room and Master needs replaced. Drawbacks: *Unless the property number given clearly to guests ahead, Its very hard to find out the property for non spanish speaking visitors. *When I reported the water dripping in the bedroom and asked to discount the stay for this known problem, I was asked to vacate immediately for full refund. This is definitely a threatening behavior towards guests as no guest want to vacate immediately with family, after settling down from travel. I had to live with it for the rest of the stay without any compensation.

Just what we needed

The property was clean and comfortable for us. We knew ahead of time there was no elevator, so we were prepared for going up the several flights of stairs. However the location close to Soriana was exactly what we needed for the couple of nights we were passing through. The kids had a great time and the beds were comfortable. Alejandra was great at answering all of my questions and helped get transportation from and to the airport. There were some details about the apartment that could use some updating at some point soon, and the stove was a little finnicky, but we enjoyed our time there. Thank you for taking care of us!

Cozy and spacious! Front ocean view terrace and refreshing sea breeze! Condo with 2 bedrooms, very well distributed space for living and dining rooms, full kitchen with oven. Two full bathrooms. Furniture in excellent condition.

Across the street you will find Kukulcan & 10 min walking La Isla Shopping malls. They have an area for Luxury brands like Hermes, YSL, Louis Vuitton, Carolina Herrera among others. Along Kukulcan Boulevard you will find Restaurants right by the lagoon to enjoy a special dinner. Driving downtown it is Puerto Cancun, a mall for a nice afternoon for movies, shopping and restaurants.
