🍳 The kitchen is fully stocked with all the items you could need and more! From mixing bowls to cookie sheets, measuring cups, cooking utensils, and all the gadgets, we have tried our best to think of everything you may need for a short or long stay!



🛁 We also do our best to provide a fully stocked bathroom! While staying in our home, you will find shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, fresh towels, feminine products, and face wipes to name a few!



👶 Whether you are traveling with your kiddos or have family or friends with kids stopping by, we provide a high chair and pack-n-play to make traveling that much easier!



☕ Early riser or late nighter, please help yourself to the complimentary coffee, tea, creamer, drinks, and snacks we offer as well! (We want you to feel comfortable and at home!)



🧺 Beginning, middle, or nearing the end of your stay, you will have access to a private washer and dryer—full-size units, as well as some laundry detergent, just in case!

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



🏠 This listing is for the upstairs unit of our duplex. The lower unit is rented as a furnished corporate rental—perfect for professionals, travel nurses, and those looking to move to Colorado Springs without the hassle of moving!
