**No parties or events are allowed on the property. If a party or event is occurring the reservation will be canceled without refund and everyone, including the person that booked, will need to leave the property immediately. We live next door and will enforce this.

Living room – Includes a wall-mounted 65’ Sony smart tv, three-seater couch, and chairs

1st bedroom – King bed. Includes a large walk-in closet with additional shelving and hangars.

2nd bedroom – Queen bed across from a 65’ Samsung smart TV. Custom built-in shelving units are next to the bed in addition to a small closet. This bathroom shares a wall with the townhouse next door so there's a potential for noise from across the wall separating the townhouses.

Kitchen – Includes a microwave, oven, dishwasher, plates, glasses, coffee and coffee maker, pots and pans, and utensils.

Laundry room – Fully stocked laundry room with washer and dryer that you’re free to use.

Garage – Two car garage with private use for this home.

Bathrooms – Downstairs includes a half bath with a toilet and vanity. Upstairs the rooms are each adjoining a full bathroom. The shower and toilet are in a separate room that can be closed the vanity can be used while someone is showering/using the toilet.

Guesthouse - This house has an attached guesthouse that is not included. The guesthouse is completely separate - no shared entrances or spaces.
