Luxury waterfront living! Experience this lovely 3 bed 2 bath fully furnished waterfront home in the charming Broadwater neighborhood of St. Pete Beach! Recently renovated with updated kitchen, flooring and luxury finishes. Enjoy the screened-in lanai with solar heated pool overlooking the wide waterfront canal. Neighboring Maximo Marina and Tiki Docks bar and grill just a walk away. Downtown St. Pete and St. Pete beach only a 10 minute drive, and 25 minutes to TPA. Large green space back yard with private 16k lbs boat lift available to renter. Private large hot tub, 2 car conditioned garage currently set up with a pool table, but still room for renters storage. All utilities included. Small pets only with additional fee. Please contact for questions.

The house was truly stunning, absolutely spotless and such a beautiful location. In all honesty it's better than the pictures show!! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, I really cannot fault it. We fell in love with both the house and location and will definitely be back again to explore St Petersburg more. From the dock we saw dolphins, a manatee and a wide variety of local wildlife which was amazing. The house is located really close to local amenities and a great base for exploring. We highly recommend visiting Anna Maria Island and Fort De Soto which are both stunning beaches. We also went to Pass a Grille beach which has a fantastic beach bar and is a shell collectors dream! The house manager was excellent on the one and only time we needed to contact him, we were missing a couple of key items and he supplied them within a few hours. The house could do with a additional couple of lay down sun loungers. All in all i highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed!!

We were so surprised when we walked in the front door as the pictures just not do the place justice. The living space is open and spacious and worked will for our family. The bathrooms were well equipped with shampoos and conditioners. The pool area was great and the dock for our boat was perfect. We could be on the water within minutes by having our boat onsite.

We absolutely loved your home and its location. We felt so very comfortable there. We had family stay with us for a few days and the boys absolutely loved the pool! We were so close to everything we needed or places we wanted to go. Shaun was on top of everything that needed attention and was so nice-he brought us star fruit! We hated to leave!

WOW!! AMAZING house!! WOW!!!

We and another couple rent a house every summer for many years. This house is EASILY the best! The house itself is a recently remodeled masterpiece of modern design that blended seamlessly with cozy coastal vibes. Spacious and impeccably clean, every room was thoughtfully furnished with comfort in mind. The bedrooms were like private sanctuaries, each equipped with plush bedding a TV and ample storage space. The bathrooms were spa-like, with rain showers and most importantly plenty of bathroom supplies!! The common areas were equally impressive. The living room was inviting, boasting an oversized couch and SUPER nice TV and a Sonos speaker that allowed us to take the music to the pool! The kitchen was a dream, fully stocked with top-of-the-line appliances, cookware, and utensils, spices and cleaning products, perfect for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to gourmet dinners. We loved gathering around the large dining table for meals and playing games. Even the garage was fully air conditioned with a pool table and air hockey table! Kids loved it. We fished off the dock and lounged in the pool. There was a slight issue with the A/C...ugh. Contacted the owner thru the VRBO app and the property manager (Shawn) was there in minutes!! He took care of everything and had us comfortable in no time! Cannot say enough about the responsiveness and communication of both the owner and the property manager!

Excellent Choice

We thoroughly enjoy our stay at this property. The picture don’t do it justice, it’s a very nice home. And from a boating perspective, the location is very convenient to all sorts of activities.

St. Petersburg stay waterfront home

Great stay, beautiful home. Everything we needed was in place. Super location close to beach, downtown and de Soto park. Pool, hot tub, and pool table provided loads of at home fun. Communication from beginning of process to end was responsive and seamless. Shawn, property manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any questions. Overall a great experience Watching the boats and bird life on canal was wonderful

Perfect place to stay
