Second year we stayed at riverfront paradise. And again did not disappoint us. Place was clean and welcoming when we arrived and has everything you need for a short or long stay. Host is very polite and extremely fast with responding to messages. Thanks again.

Just what we were looking for. Peaceful and beautiful backdrop. The river was magnificent and seeing river otters and a beaver along with the deer made our trip that much more memorable

Peaceful place

Our stay was brief and I wish it could’ve been longer. It was so nice to be right on the river. The host was great and the place was very comfortable. Definitely recommend it for families.

Peaceful Getaway on the Water

We were delightfully surprised by how quiet this location was. There was very little traffic on the gravel residential road to the house. We also enjoyed walking many miles on the Rails to Trails tunnel trail just a short walk from the property. The deck over the water was wonderful. The house was immaculately clean and well stocked with all we needed! Worth every penny!

Great riverfront cabin

Cabin was perfect as described in listing. And had everything to make our stay comfortable. Clean and well maintained and the host was easy to communicate with and responded to messages quickly. Thank you and we can't wait to stay again.

The name says it all!

We wanted a quiet place for a few nights right on the river and this place was it. Lovely home with everything you could need (plus some). Lovely property, deck and fire pit area that were all well maintained. Access to the river for fishing. Can't beat it. We've stayed in a lot of places and this has to seriously be, by far, the nicest one. We'll be back when we can stay a little longer.

Lovely riverside property

This is a lovely spot on the Allegheny River with ample space. It is one of the best stocked places I have stayed. The hosts were very friendly and communicative. We would definitely stay here again and enjoy the relaxing and peaceful location.

Girls Weekend

This is our 2nd time to rent here and it is super clean! We enjoyed the nature and being able to walk on the Rails to Trails path! Beautiful place and would highly recommend!

Beautiful river side property

Perfect for bike riding kayaking. Or just playing in the water The deck is nice for relaxing after a full day And the tunnel is with in walking distance to explore

Awesome property

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had lots of extras like coffee, paper towels, soap, etc. We really enjoyed the view of the river. We would definitely rent it again.

The property had a very nice location for our needs. We enjoyed the trails immensely. The house was very nice and the owner was wonderful and very helpful information on property. I definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic Getaway

Extraordinary accommodations in a breathless setting. The location was quiet, serene and peaceful with the majestic Allegany river at your doorstep surrounded by a beautiful mountain forest as its background. The accommodations were spacious, well appointed, clean and very comfortable In fact, we loved the place and setting so much that we plan to return in the fall to view the foliage.

Perfect riverfront retreat!

This little rancher was exactly what we needed. Nice personal touches, super cozy and fully stocked so you never have to leave if you bring your own food! Thank you Jennifer for the answer to a long first day of traveling. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic stay

I can honestly and truly not say enough good things about our stay here! We had a parents weekend away and knew I wanted something close to water! This place is extremely clean, spacious and so inviting! It felt like home! We loved that it was right on the River! And could see it from the couch! The porch is fantastic and it was awesome to be able to walk down to the water! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Jen and Blane for a fantastic stay!!!

Great people!

My husband was in an accident right before we were supposed to stay here. I sent a message to the hosts just let them know we wouldn’t be there for our stay and the host was SO kind about it. The host offered us to reschedule our stay. We were so shocked and grateful because we were so excited to stay at this beautiful spot but were way past the cancellation period. I will always support kind and giving people and will absolutely be booking here again in the future. Thank you guys so much!

Great Deck Area!

Remote, but very quiet. Never fully understood TV operation, but that was only negative. No cell service, but phones operated after we got on internet.

Wonderful Rental Experience

I recently had the pleasure of renting the Riverfront Paradise property. I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Firstly, the communication with the property owner was top-notch. They promptly responded to my inquiries, provided all the necessary information, and guided me through the rental process with professionalism and efficiency. Upon arrival, I was delighted to find the property in pristine condition. It was exactly as described in the listing—clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with all the amenities promised. The spacious rooms, tasteful decor, and comfortable furnishings truly made it feel like a home away from home. Furthermore, the location was exceptional. Situated right on the Allegheny River, the view off the deck was breathtakingly beautiful. In summary, my rental experience was outstanding. From the excellent communication and attention to detail to the impeccable property and superb customer service, I couldn’t have asked for more. I highly recommend this property.
