Peaceful location on a dead end street, with your own private deck overlooking the Allegheny River.

The home consists of an upper and lower unit, this is for the lower unit only, Guest will have sole access to the lower level of the home with its own entrance and parking, the lower unit doesn't share any walls with the upstairs. Only shared space would be the backyard along the water in the yard. The yard does have two fire pits. Firewood provided for your convenience.

Stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal, your own washer/dryer and private deck with a grill where you can cook a meal or enjoy your morning coffee. Comfy queen bed for a good nights sleep and attention to detail throughout to help you have a pleasant stay!

Take a Kayak/Canoe tour with OARS who is steps away and will provide you with all your kayaking/canoeing needs. Peddling, bring your bikes and hop on the Samuel Justus Trail a 4 minute bike ride away. In town for an event or festival, or just wanting to explore what the area has to offer this is the perfect location.

There are no stairs, a ramp for entrance, and is handicap accessible throughout, including railings for toilet and shower, message us if you have any questions.
