Relajarse en esta espaciosa casa ubicada pasos del lago Michigan. Nuestra casa se encuentra dentro de la asociación del lago Michigan Duna Vista. Con acceso privado al lago Michigan playa, canchas de tenis y una piscina, su familia se sentirá como en casa de vacaciones.

La casa se completa con 5 dormitorios (6 camas), 4 baños completos, dos habitaciones de la familia, una gran cocina-comedor, y una hermosa terraza que abarca la longitud de la casa que incluye una malla en porche (construido para el café de la mañana y de la lectura el periódico). muebles limpios, actualizados se dejará sentir cómodo en nuestra casa.

Mientras Pentwater tiene mucho que ofrecer en sus vacaciones de la familia (restaurantes, paseos en barco, playas, centros comerciales), creemos que va a ser difícil de dejar Duna Vista.

Amazing family vacation home!

We had three generations including two toddlers. Everyone had space to play, relax and come together for games and fun. Great layout and beautiful decor. This gracious home is in the wonderful Duna Vista neighborhood which has a beautiful beach, solar heated swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball and ping pong. Pentwater has been our family's favorite vacation destination for over 50 years and we can't wait to go back next year.

This was our second year staying at this property. We had such a great time the first year we decided to come back. It feels like home away from home. So much to see and do within a short distance. And yet the home itself offers great privacy. The kids were in the lake everyday. The adults felt more at ease in the warm pool. Would definitely stay again. 5 stars

Wonderful - very clean home

Our family - with ages from 3 to 83 - had a wonderful week vacationing here. The house had so much room and many items were provided (e.g. paper towels). It was very clean. Plenty of room for our extended family. The screened in porch was a favorite as well as the oversized sectional in the lower level family room. The beach area is private so never too crowded. The pool is super clean. The clubhouse has a ping pong table, foosball, and air hockey games. Pentwater is a beautiful town with boutique shopping and great dining options. The homeowners were responsive and accommodating. We hope to return next year!

Perfect Getaway house

My family of me my 2 siblings and their kids had a wonderful time. The house had everything we could need and plenty of space for everyone. We utilized the grill (my brother was impressed), and outdoor areas, and lounged around inside when it would rain. The pool was a hit as was the association beach where we took in many sunsets. My niece and sister enjoyed the tennis court. Isolated enough to be private and close enough to easily drive to Ludington, Pentwater, and Silver Lake. Would definitely stay again.

Re-Connecting with Family in Pentwater Michigan

Our extended family was fortunate to spend a wonderful week in beautiful Michigan. The property chosen for 2022 exceeded our expectations and raised the bar for future vacation rental choices. The space was spectacular! Ample attention to detail, anticipating guest needs, making us feel at home…in their home! Family friendly paradise!

We had an absolute blast at this beautiful home in Pentwater. This house is the best equipped I have ever seen for families, young children, and large groups in general. Everything was well stocked, including all the paper goods you’d need. The neighborhood pool, beach, and clubhouse were all great. Pentwater in general is great as well. We had a perfect week!

Great house, in the woods close to the beach

The place was nice, we were disappointed because the description said "steps away from the beach" and that wasn't true. It's about a 3 minute drive to the beach. I will say the beach is nice and it's private so not overly crowded and there are other nice features on the property that kept the kiddos busy, like tennis courts and the pool. The house itself is wonderful for a larger group, we had 8 adults and 4 kids at one point and managed to all have a nice place to sleep. It's very open upstairs and down so feels spacious and not crowded. The kitchen is well equipped. Be sure to bring your own toiletries because those were not provided, but there were flyers for things to do near by that came in handy, a few free passes for the go karts and a free bottle of wine upon arrival which was a nice touch. The deck is large and wraps around the back of the house, other homes are close by but you still have a secluded feeling and there are lots of trees. There's a lovely screened in porch on the deck as well that was nice to read on and just relax with the fresh air. Charlie was very responsive and during our stay and prior the communication was easy and smooth. Overall our trip was great, we just wished we were on the beach.

Great for a multi-family get together

Had 3 families meet for a fantastic week in Pentwater. House was absolutely perfect and stocked with absolutely everything. Charlie and Lisa have thought of everything, from welcome gift to all the beach and athletic gear needed for a fun week with the kids. Layout was great for three families to have some private space. Screened in deck was great at night to talk and play cards. Will definitely re-book if we come back to Pentwater.

Great time!

Was all we could ask for and more. Accommodations were excellent. The home was beautiful and plenty of space. Many more supplies than expected. The private beach was perfect for kids and very clean. Would definitely want to stay here if we were to return to the area.

The home was beautiful and the owners stocked the Home with supplies, which I was so generous.

Loved the house and surroundings. The home was spacious and designed practically to accommodate a larger group. The surroundings were great. Kiddos loved the beach and pool. Nearby Pentwater was quaint and also had a wonderful beach, good food and ice cream. The property is close to Ludington and Silver Lake, providing lots of opportunities for outings. The only downside is that the neighbors didn’t like 2 and 3 year olds playing on the deck at 8 in the morning or at 7 in the evening—a bit unreasonable especially since the area is a family area.

Would have the experience all over again!! Beautiful place with perfect location.

This house was amazing!! Was perfect for our size group....12 adults. Had everything we needed to make the stay wonderful. Loved the area....perfect walk/bike ride to the beach and pool. Short drive into town. Definitely a family place to be. Will most likely visit again in the future.

Perfect!

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. The home is beautifully decorated, excellently maintained and all of the home furnishings are comfortable and a nice quality. It felt like home away from home. We were two families with many kids and they were happy and entertained the whole week. The owners have thought of everything!

A perfect week!

This house is perfect for a couple of families with children! We were 2 families meeting up from other parts of the world and this house was perfect for us. There was plenty of adult space to enjoy the peaceful lake setting and plenty of space for the kids to stretch out and have a good time. The beds were all very comfortable, the house was clean and there was more than enough of what we needed: sheets, towels, kitchen amenities, etc. The beach is an easy 10-minute walk and we would always drop by the pool (less than a 2 minute walk) on the way back to rinse off. There is plenty to do nearby; Pentwater is charming and extremely close, and the dunes are very close. But we truly found that all we needed was the house and the beach. The owners left some nice treats and seemed very thoughtful about ensuring their guests have an excellent experience. Thank you!!

With personal connections to Pentwater, we knew we wanted to make a permanent investment in this community. We fell in love with the space and location of our home. Never has so much space felt so cozy and intimate. We know this is a home we'll make many family memories in.

There are many reasons we love this house. When you walk in the house, the wall to wall windows take your breath away. The deck is fantastic and one can (and will) spend hours on the screened in porch. This isn't a cottage; it's a home.
