This newly renovated vintage beauty is genuinely a VIBE. The apartment is a two-bedroom, one-bath with all hardwood floors—the sleeping arrangements include a queen, twin beds, and a sofa bed. The space is clean and cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen for cooking or a private chef.
Free parking and MARTA are steps away from the door. The Oakhurst area is safe and scenic, with various local eateries and shops within walking distance. Perfect for a weekend getaway or staycation.

Fantastic stay!

We were in the area visiting friends in the neighborhood and the apartment couldn’t have been more convenient. Close to restaurants, pubs, parks and more. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Just what we needed

We had a great experience staying here. We chose to stay at this location because it is close to Pullman Yards. It was a nice weekend getaway.

Cute and Comfy

My two adult children and I really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The apartment is located in a very quiet and old neighborhood and is the perfect distance away from downtown Atlanta (15-20 minute drive). Snacks and coffee were provided and all appliances were full size. We would be happy to stay here again.

Very Convenient Oakhurst Apartment

This was a very well-appointed and fun apartment which has obviously been very newly renovated. It has everything to make it convenient and the bed was extremely comfortable! For people wanting access to the Decatur/Oakhurst area it is in a great location.

Great space, awesome neighborhood

Very cute and clean apartment! They had even left some water bottles and snacks which I haven’t seen in a rental in a long time! Quick to respond, and to communicate about the check in process. In walking distance of a very friendly area with restaurants, coffee shop, and brewery. Would definitely book again.

Lovely Stay

I brought my son and his friend to the Atlanta area to attend the Jurassic World experience for his 12th birthday. We were very pleased with how close we were to the venue and a just quick Uber ride from downtown Atlanta. We spent almost all of our stay out around town but the apartment was very nice and comfortable. My favorite part being an above average and fully functional shower head and a shower with ample hot water. Super cute apartment in a pretty central location.

In town for concert

I booked this VRBO for me and some friends to attend the Taylor Swift Atlanta concert. The space was super cute and just enough space for us. It’s in a cute quaint neighborhood. The property was minutes away from a Marta station, which we took to the Mercedes Benz stadium and was extremely convenient. The property owner responded quickly to resolve any issues we had. We enjoyed our stay!

Cute and convenient

The apartment is very cute, plenty of room for my sister and I. Off street parking was great and the complex was very quiet. Owner was quick with responses when I had questions. Bathroom could use some work and a deep cleaning, new rugs and paint. Hopefully that is in the works. Overall the unit was nice and we would stay here again!

Comfortable apartment in great location

We were 2 adults seeking a place close to a friend in Decatur and found this little gem. It's in an apartment block (emphasis on 'block' here, a little 'out of place' in the very pretty surroundings of upscale Oakhurst community). The apartment absolutely has a 'vibe' and is very comfortable. Host Christine was always responsive and obviously interested in our comfort - nice bedding, well-stocked kitchen, complimentary coffee and other amenities. We easily walked to the village center one night for dinner, and to the Marta train station next day to get into the city! Overall great value, comfort and location!

So cozy and chic!

Great home, with nice couple of touches with some snakes and cold waters in the fridge - having coffee ready to go was also lovely! Only issue we really had was we cooked breakfast 2 days and even without smoke from pan frying some mushrooms and eggs, the alarm was set off - It was easy to turn off, we kept the vents on, and windows open, but the home was so lovely and everything we needed! Thank you!

There were lots of broken things! Not sure who did the work on the house?? Tub didn’t drain, bathroom floor stained, couch was bent down in the middle! It was a nice place but lots of little things broken. Snacks were a nice touch in the kitchen- thanks!

The location of the property was excellent. Cute neighborhood and I felt safe with my family. The apartment itself was not very clean. There were dirty washcloths in the kitchen when we arrived and what looked like Cheeto stains on the paper towel roll. There were spots on the floor making it clear it had not been mopped and there were dead bugs on the ground. There also were no hand towels or a top sheet on the master bed. We did appreciate the snack basket left for us.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at this property. There were small things wrong like the tub getting stopped up but that was an easy fix . The area was great , it was hard trying to get to the property at first but we quickly figured that out . Overall , the place was well furnished, the host was great, and I would definitely consider booking again.

Awesome space

Three friends and I stayed at this cure property for a college reunion weekend. Everyone had their own bed! The two bedrooms had TVs with all the streaming platforms ready to go. The kitchen was stocked with basic utensils, coffee, and spices. The host provided bottled water and snacks. It was perfect for our getaway. We will definitely recommend to others and probably stay again when we are in town.

Renovated, but not complete, and not ready for rental

Was nervous pulling into apartment complex as it is definitely in transition. There was trash all around the property as people were not using the dumpster & just putting trash bags on the ground. (It was a tall dumpster and full when we arrived.) The apartment was scary from the outside - one of its black shudders was falling off the white brick wall & the window screens were bent and damaged. It was a "first floor" unit, but it was elevated with 7 steps to get to the outside door. The door opened into a interior landing for multiple apartments. 2 downstairs and a stairway to reach the 2nd floor units. The landing area was not renovated and the worn carpet was no longer attached to the floor. It was very ratty & quite the tripping hazard. Walking into the unit, the decorating was cute & as pictured. It was freshly painted. Furniture was as pictured. Sofa in L/R was very uncomfortable to sit on -- no springs. No end tables, and no light other than one recessed can light in the middle of the ceiling. It was not a comfortable sitting area. Kitchen was as pictured, & well appointed. Our host was so sweet to leave snacks for us on the dining table & bottled water in the fridge! The backdoor was locked with no ability to open as it was keyed only. Made us a little nervous as there was only one way out in case of a fire. This should be changed in the future. The bathroom's renovation was not completely up to par. When we arrived, we put a towel on the towel rack & the rack fell out of the wall. The shower head & spigot were loose in the wall and had not yet been tied into the studs. Definitely would not have passed inspection if it had been inspected. Queen bed was very comfortable, bedroom had one end table. We brought the small coffee table piece into the bedroom for the other side. The 2nd bedroom had 2 twin beds and 2 closets. The one closet had built in wood shelves which was a lifesaver for us as there was no storage or bureaus in the queen b/r. The second closet's rod & overhead shelf was pulled out of the wall and laying on the closet floor, so it was unusable. Owner Christine was absolutely delightful and seemed surprised by some of the issues. We stopped sharing them after a while as we didn't want to be "that" client. We figured she hadn't been to the unit in quite a while and maybe had not been kept up to date on the renovations. Happy to share videos. Will be a cute rental with updates!
