Great place to stay..

Overall this was a great condo to rent. There was still some construction going on when got there, but the owners accommodated us and we would easily stay there again.

Great beach property

I booked this condo for a very last minute beach trip and it turned out to be a great choice! The condo was clean and very nice. The location was fantastic, short walk to the beach where there was a complimentary set of beach chairs with umbrella waiting. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit was check-in ready and supplies in bathrooms and the kitchen were generous. Master bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Second bedroom sadly was cramped as the bed took up the entire room and you had to crawl over to get to the chest of drawers, though the bed was very comfortable.

Thank you Linda for your 5 star review. The guest bedroom is small but many people prefer the king size bed even though it doesn't leave a lot of room. We do have units that have a queen size bed in the second bedroom if you would prefer that situation. Thanks again.

5th time staying at Marivella/ and as always was not disappointed. This condo was clean and nicely appointed with everything you would need. We cooked nice meals ised the pool and spent plenty of time on the beach. We loved every minute and are already planning our return. loved

Family Vacation

This was a great place for our family as well as our two dogs. There was plenty of room for us to spread out as well a full kitchen. There were plenty of places to walk our dogs. The beach was a small walk away. We were also a short drive from anything that we wanted or needed.

Great location, great condo

This condo had everything you needed. We always stay in the same area, but this was the first time staying in Maravilla. The condo was a good size and had everything you needed. Check in was easy and the condo was clean. Great location and great hosts. Worth the money to stay here! I highly recommend it.

Perfect quick getaway

We have stayed in Maravilla many times and we were so surprised The view was much better than the photos, the decor really pretty, beds very comfortable, very reasonable on rates and just sooo clean. It was just such a nice last minute break. We will return!

Great condo in Miramar Beach

This is our third stay at the Maravilla Resort, which is located in a lovely beach community. The resort has wonderful amenities, the town is very walkable (with restaurants, coffee shops, and bike paths nearby), and the beach is pristine (beautiful, clear water and soft, white sand). This unit was very conveniently located close to the beach. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The kitchen was well-stocked - we cooked meals several evenings during our stay. The beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this property.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony was so beautiful! It was a very short walk to the beach and the private beach access was a plus! The chair and umbrella service included with the condo rental was great-less to carry to the beach. The owner was very prompt to respond when the power went out. It was multiple units and the power was restored very quickly. And we loved that it was a pet-friendly community and our fur baby was able to accompany us on our vacation. Overall great experience!!

Summer Vacation

I would definitely stay in this unit again. The location was decent, the balcony was large and had a nice view and the place was beautifully decorated. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the headboard of the bed in the main bedroom was extremely dusty and messed with my sinuses the first night because I had to cleaned it myself. Otherwise, we had to complaints.

We are so sorry that you had those issues. I do wish that you had notified us when the problems began during your stay so that we could make repairs. We did repair the issue with the toilet and the bed support in short order after your stay. We need guests to let us know when problems arise during their stay as would any property. Our check in procedures notify our guest to do this. We are a small company located here in Destin / Miramar Beach. We value our customers and want them to be happy. Repeat guests are a large percentage of our continuing business. This is a nice condo including so many amenities. It has so much to offer for the price.

First Time in the area

Beautiful beaches, pet friendly resort with good food within walking distance! What’s not to love? The property was cute with a comfy bed in the primary. Kitchen was well equipped. Housekeeping essentials were provided. One downside for “vintage” guests was bathroom updates: no grab bars in the tub, no no slip resistant surface or tub mat. Commodes were the shorter varieties, more suited to younger knees than mine. Thanks for a great Panhandle month.

Love the location.

Love this property. The only issue is that there’s a king bed in the very small guest bedroom which makes it extremely difficult to get around in there. There’s also a very large tv on the wall next to the bed which makes it impossible to watch, and you have to duck every time you get in and out of the bed to keep from hitting your head. It would probably be best to put a full size bed in that bedroom and just remove the tv. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.
