Magnificent Beach Front Townhome with panoramic views!

You cannot get any closer to the beach than this! "Off The Grid" is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath beachfront townhome located in the Seacliffs community at the north end of Cape San Blas. Seacliffs is a gated community with a large swimming pool, plenty of green space, a small playground and a private boardwalk to the beautiful beach.

The lower level has covered parking for 2 vehicles, a gas grill and an outdoor shower.

The first floor is the living area which consists of a breakfast room that seats 6, a well equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. and a living area with a 65" TV and incredible views of the beach. On this level, there is also a large balcony overlooking the gulf. The balcony has a table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or sunset dinner!

The second floor consists of 2 bedrooms. Each room has a queen bed, TV, and a beach view. The bedrooms are connected by a beautiful Jack & Jill bathroom which has a tub/shower combo. This level also has a balcony overlooking the beach.

The top-level is the master suite! The room and view are fit for a king. Sliding glasd doors open onto a spacious balcony with lounge chairs overlooking the gulf. The room features a king bed, TV, and a large picture window. To insure your comfort, the suite also has a dedicated thermostat and its' own HVAC system! The master bath has a double vanity and a huge walk-in shower with a bench seat. Even the shower has a beautiful view of the ocean!

While our location is private and "Off the Grid", rest assured that we installed the latest technology for your convenience including keyless entry, mesh network wi-fi, and smart TVs throughout. Our Wi-fi signal even reaches the beach!

A beach cart, beach chairs, surf boards and sand toys are available for our guests to enjoy!

We hope you choose to spend your vacation at "Off The Grid" and can assure you that we strive to be sure our guests have a wonderful stay!

The condo was spacious, well equipped kitchen, plenty of games, puzzles and books, with balconies off each level. The views were spectacular! Mark checked on us a few times. We will be back!

Location! Location! Location!

Property was beautiful. Right on the beach with the most spectacular views. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Mattresses were firm but comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! Loved everything about this property!

Great stay in cape San Blas! We enjoyed our stay very much. This unit is beautifully decorated and closest to the beach! We would definitely recommend and hope to come back again Very close to nightly ice cream stops!

Amazing ocean front townhouse

Townhouse is very clean and inviting, kitchen well stocked. Views are amazing from each floor. Beds on all bedrooms slept great and the master bathroom oh so nice. Area is quiet and relaxing. We loved the Mom and Pop stores, restaurants and that there is no commercialism.

Spectacular Views!

We had an amazing week at Off the Grid! The townhome was perfect for us with wide open views of the beach and ocean. We all enjoyed waking up every morning and enjoying coffee on the back deck. The pool on property was nice to have as well after a long day on the beach. Would highly recommend this unit. Had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation! Looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful home, perfect beach

We had a wonderful stay at Off the Grid. The condo was very clean, newly updated, and easy to locate. The owners were very communicative and helpful. The views are perfect, and beach access is a fairly short walk across the boardwalk. The balconies all look right at the beach, ocean, and sunset. I hate to tell anyone else to stay at Cape San Blas because I always want to keep areas like that more pristine, but it’s honestly the most beautiful beach vacation spot we have visited. We’ve been going on and off for 20+ years and will probably always return. Off the Grid is a lovely place to stay to enjoy the area. The beaches do get fairly crowded near the condos, but you can move down away from the crowds, or even further into the state park for solitude when desired. Overall a great stay.

A gem on the Forgotten Coast

I can't say enough about this place... Great location: right on the beach with 2 sides facing the water, easy to get to with the 45 mph highway up the center of the cape, gated condos, quiet area that's close to the Peninsula State Park; Great place: excellent 3 story layout, with plenty of room to spread out, master suite with king bed and amazing shower on 3rd, laundry and 2 Queen bedrooms with Jack and Jill bath on 2nd (perfect for my boy and girl teens), half bath, dining, kitchen and living room on 1st, ground level has parking for 2 vehicles, propane grill, and beach toys with cart. Extremely tasteful finishes with granite counters, stainless appliances, and plank flooring throughout, everything is new! Also there's an ocean facing balcony on each level providing amazing sunset views! There are several local restaurants but we only got pizza from Long Bill's and donuts from Weber's because we enjoyed cooking at the condo for most meals (no seasonings or condiments but condo has everything else). Port St Joe is 25 minutes and Panama City Beach is 75 minutes away of you want to mix it up. Expect some wind (you're literally on a peninsula), but bring lots of sunscreen and enjoy the miles of gorgeous beaches!

Perfect location in Sea Cliffs

We loved staying at this location - beautiful views of the beach from balcony and just steps from boardwalk to take you to the beach. This condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a week long stay. We love Cape San Blas and always leave knowing that we will be back!

Beautiful home right on the beach!

It doesn’t get much better than this as far as we’re concerned. The property is as described, if not better (you have GORGEOUS views from almost every window…including the master shower!) and the owners went above and beyond to personally see to a small issue we had upon arrival. Our 10 year old loved making friends at the pool and our 1 year old’s parents loved how short the million trips back and forth from the beach were! We’ll definitely be back!
