On the first floor is a master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, and bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. Also, on the first floor is a open living and kitchen concept. Great for entertaining 2-3 families. The kitchen is updated and fully stocked for cooking for your large group. The living area has plenty of seating and flat screen TV. Also featured is a dining room that seats 8, and the bar area seats 4 more, for up to 12 people for dining. The living and dining area boasts lots of natural light. The grill is built in and located off the deck on the first floor, facing the pool so you can grill out and watch the kids swim! After a long day at the beach rinse off in the outdoor shower also located on the lower level.

On the second floor are 2 Master Suites, each with King Bed and private en-suite bathrooms. One master bedroom has access to 2nd level balcony, the other master bedroom has a pool view. Perfect to start the day with morning coffee or sip a glass of wine at the end of a long day at the beach. The washer & dryer / laundry room is also located on the 2nd floor.

The third floor has an entertainment space / 2nd living room that has a sleeper sofa & TV. The 4th bedroom on the 3rd floor features a queen bed & bunk bed. The third floor could make a perfect space for all the kids to sleep and hang out upstairs while the adults enjoy the living space on first level. The oversized deck on the third level with plenty of seating, sink, and refrigerator makes for the perfect spot to watch the gorgeous sunset with peek-a-boo views of the Gulf as well as the community pool. Beautiful way to end the day with family & friends.

Ocean Alchemy is centered around making our guests feel at home, which is why you have complete access to the home upon your arrival. Self-check-in and a keypad locking system ensure absolute convenience. Free parking is available on the premises for up to three vehicles. The driveway will also hold a golf cart* and bikes in addition to the three cars. This number is strictly enforced by the HOA. **Additional parking is available (off-site) for 1 vehicle for $75 per stay.

About the Area:
Seagrove Beach is centrally located to fabulous restaurants and shopping. You can spend the days relaxing on the beach and soaking up Florida sun or enjoy the endless entertainment, and outdoor activities for everyone. Biking is the preferred method of travel here. Explore the Timpoochee Trail or other beach neighborhoods of South Walton. Only a 5 minute bike ride to the popular area of Seaside with great restaurants, food trucks, and town center full of great beach shops.
