The place was mostly clean… there was dirt in the sheets along with a cockroach on the wall in the bedroom. Because of this I would not stay here again.

Not ready to be rented

Location and layout are great. However the unit needs work to be done before rental. Dishwasher and disposal not working. Bathtub rusting and paint applied to cover it pealing off. Shower door needs adjusting as water leaks on to floor. Guest bathroom sink barely drains. Lazy Susan in kitchen improperly installed and will not revolve or close. Bar stools are dangerous in that seats loose. Swivel chairs loose and wobbly. Deck was filthy (we cleaned) . Rusting And dirty chairs on deck were left out so cushions were dirty. Owner knew of problems with dishwasher and disposal for over 2 weeks and did not have repaired. Vacuum cleaner was totally clogged and I had to remove lower brushes and clean hose to get suction. Grill rusted and burners only light on 10 to 20 percent of available area. Been renting for over 10 years and this unit was in the worst condition.

Winter vacation 2024

My sister, my daughter, my small dog and I spent 2 weeks in the condo during February 2024. We especially appreciated the efficient HVAC system since the nights were chilly during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked. Living room furniture was comfortable and there was ample room around the large dining room table. We enjoyed having two full baths for 3 adults. This was our first stay in the palmetto resort area, but my 5th time on the island during the winter months. It was nice to be within walking distance to the General Store for breakfast and morning papers. Our host was helpful and responded quickly to communications.

Great Place

Location was close to a general store and beach access. Restaurants within walking distance. Community is beautiful and pedestrian friendly. Lots of people on bikes!!! There’s a heated pool somewhere but we never found it. Would definitely stay here again.

Love the area!

We really enjoyed staying in Palmetto Dunes. This unit was wonderful! The kitchen was well appointed and the place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the back area patio to relax and have cocktails. The walk or bike ride to the beach was easy with a daily stop at the General Store. Thank you for being pet friendly Jeremiah. It's great to have our four-legged friends enjoy the trip as well!

Queens Grant Villa

We had a marvelous stay. The villa was clean and exactly as advertised. It is in the perfect location-easy walk to the General Store, Big Jim’s, the Robert Trent Jones golf experience, pickleball and the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and had new appliances. Jeremiah was a great host as he helped us get the TV working. The cable package is impressive! Thanks,Jeremiah!!

Love HHI

The property was very clean, beds very comfortable we have stayed in Queens Grant and love the location it’s very convenient to everything. Kitchen was well appointed. Only criticism was not much outdoor space but that’s what most of Queens Grants properties have.

Thanksgiving week in Hilton Head

The property is nice and conveniently located near the beach, the pickle ball center, and a general store. The bed was very comfortable. We were surprised to find the sidewalks around each unit in that area to be all torn up with yellow tape and orange cones blocking access to the unit unless you went around to the other side of the parking lot to enter and walk around to the unit, but we got used to it after a while. Not sure that Jeremiah even knew this construction was in progress. The unit was just right for us.

Problems

The door to the small bedroom and bathroom do not open or close without yanking on the doors. Waffle blanket in small bedroom was not clean Otherwise, very good. Would not rent again if doors are not fixed.

Great little condo in Palmetto Dunes

Super clean and great condo just before the gates in Palmetto Dunes. Plenty of space for a family of 4-6. Great communication with the owner. My son forgot his blanket at check out. I called the owner to see if we could retrieve it several hours after check out. Not a problem. He was able to give us a new code to get in and grab his blanket and I have one happy kid! Thank you for being so accommodating.

Our first visit to Hilton Head

Jeremiah was a very attentive owner. Thank you. Our unit was located very conveniently close to the beach, restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Very clean and odor free with new appliances in a very nice area. We had a very good experience.

Family Beach Vacation

We had a fun week at the beach! The location of the property was great. The property owners were kind and responsive. They even let us use their bikes and beach gear too. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Lovely and convenient ; excellent new owners

This property is lovely and is in the process of being updated. The new owner was very attentive and were even waiting there when we arrived because the code to the keypad wasn’t working properly and he wanted to make sure we got in okay. The living area was freshly painted with updated furniture. The bedding was very cozy. The owners even left two bikes for us to use. Beach access is a short drive or bike, although walking isn’t too far. The grounds are really pretty and very dog friendly. Highly recommend
