What a wonderful beach condo. The listing and photos were exactly as seen. Everything was immaculately clean. The views were amazing. The size of the condo was perfect for a family of 4 adults and an infant. The living room furniture was comfortable for relaxing. There is an active renovation project going on for the entire complex. Our first morning started with jackhammer drills underneath our specific condo as its the parking garage. Two things...that was out of the owner's control and that part of construction is finished. The men on scaffolding right outside your window won't be there during your stay. The complex really is just lovely. The new paint going up is making it just that much nicer. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There is an elevator with luggage carts for your use. The boardwalk to the beach is gated with a code so anyone other than guests cannot saunter in. The hot tub was wonderful on a chilly winter night. We did not use the pool as it was freezing, but it looked fantastic. The General Store on the grounds is a great place for a quick breakfast bite. Bike rentals are across the street from the General Store. This is a wonderful condo and we would love to return. I would be remiss not to share that the beds are VERY soft...like it's 'difficult to sit on the side of the bed' soft. The linens were spotless and fresh which made up for that. Great condo!

This Condo tricked all the boxes for us.Clean, comfortable, close to the beach. It was a great size for 4 adults. Communicating with the owner was easy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Clean and comfortable. There was some outdoor building maintenance during the day but we were at the beach during most of that time so wasn’t issue. Pool and hot tubs nicely heated. Great location, safe and beautiful landscaping. Would stay again. Thank you!

The host, Angie, was wonderful and explained the check-in and check-out procedures and was extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was excellent, although we didn't know how to utilize the high-tech washer and dryer. But the room was comfortable, the room was clean, and the view was wonderful. Liked being on the first floor. The added attraction of Villamare is the heated pool and gym facilities. Will plan on returning to Villamare 1104!

The villa was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped so it was easy to cook meals. The building is close to the beach and pool areas so it was in the perfect location for me due to a leg injury. The host was very pleasant to work with. We plan to return next year.

We had a wonder stay in 1104 — our 3rd time returning Villamare! The place was very clean and we had everything we needed. Loved our view of the grounds and the ocean. Biggest complaint was all the noise, which was pretty unbearable with a baby, from the men working on the building. This was clearly not the owners issue, but certainly something that impacted our stay. Overall, we would absolutely return. Angie was lovely to communicate with!

Everything was as pictured and described. The beds were very comfortable and the new washer and dryer set was so nice to have. The updated pool area is great, too! Angie was very responsive when we had a few questions. Overall, a great stay!

This was the perfect place to stay. The condo was clean, and we had everything we needed. It's so close to the beach, and the pool was a nice option when we were looking to take a break from the sand. I look forward to the next trip back!

Fantastic stay! We loved both pools, especially the adult-only pool with its Atlantic view. The balconies offered gorgeous ocean and lagoon views—we even saw turtles, birds, and deer each morning. Beach access was the easiest we’ve ever had, and the condo had the most comfortable mattress ever. Can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at this Hilton Head condo was absolutely fantastic! The unit was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a perfect home base for our family vacation. We especially loved having access to the two pools right on the beach, which gave us options for both swimming and relaxing in the sun.The views from the condo were breathtaking and provided a beautiful backdrop for our morning coffee and evening sunsets. The hosts were also wonderful—very responsive and helpful with any questions we had.We had such a great time and are already looking forward to booking our return trip. This is a five-star stay and we highly recommend it!

Great Beach Getaway!

Very enjoyable week! Very simple check-in and Check-out. Very clean and well appointed. Comfy beds. Super close proximity to both pools and beach! Conveniently located Mid Hilton Head Island-close to everything. Highly recommend!

We had the best time at this property for our summer vacation! We have been coming to HH for a few years now but this was our first time at Villamare, and its safe to say our expectations were met with flying colors! The host was so great and easy to commicate with during our check in process! This condo unit was plenty big for our 2 families (8 guests, 4 kids under 10 yrs old). Kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed to cook a few meals in so we didnt have to fight the crowds at restaurants if we didnt want to.The newly updated pool and hottubs were fantastic! We especially loved how each morning the water temperature was regulated back to cold as it was a very hot week and jumping into a hot pool is no fun! This units location is just steps from the pool and the walk to the beach at Villamare is shorter and easier than most places! We liked being on the first floor so we didnt have to wait for any elevators. Beaches at HH are amazing for younger kids and we could barely get our kids out of the water!Our kids also loved feeding the turtles in the ponds on the way to the beach/pool. This property has it all and there is nothing we didnt enjoy! Look forward to visiting again!!

The condo is extremely clean and has an amazing view! It was the perfect size for our family of four—two adult children, we could have easily fit two more adults. The beach, pools (family and 21 and over), and hot tubs are quickly accessed from the condo. Palmetto Dunes is a peaceful, family-friendly area that is close to everything—Coligny, Harbor Town, Shelter Cove, the grocery store, and Fish Haul Beach. Be sure to rent bicycles and ride the bike paths—beautiful resort. The owners were quick to reply to all messages and made check in/out extremely easy. However, there really wasn’t much of a reason to reach out to them—no issues.

Great stay with a few exceptions.

Villamare is such a wonderful place to stay. We absolutely love it there. We had a great stay, the convenience to the pool and beach from the room were great. The only thing that I would suggest would be maybe some new mattresses. They were extremely uncomfortable and dirty with stains on them. The condo really needs a good update and cleaning as there was dust an inch thick behind the beds and furniture. The light in the master shower flickers as well so not sure if it is an electrical issue or not. My family and I would definitely stay here again with the hopes of some updates. Angie was was a great host and very responsive.

Perfect first level location- quick walk to pools and beach

Angie (the owner) was quick to respond, kind, and solution driven every time we reached out. Condo was very clean and had all that we needed. Stayed in for most meals (B,L & D) so items required for prep/cooking/storage were available and in great shape. Beds were really comfortable (a huge for our bad backs). Would definitely stay here again!!

Great overall

We have been going to Hilton Head for over 10 years now. We have stayed once at the former Marriott, twice at Captains Walk and several times at the Omni. While we had good experiences before, this was the best overall experience. The condo is clean; not too much or too little furniture; a well supplied kitchen and a great washer and dryer. The layout is great. At Captain's Walk for example, the second bedroom does not have a window and is along the outer hallway. This condo has a slider and separate balcony for the guest bedroom. The condo is located just outside the pond (with some fun wildlife watching) and fountain which provides nice white noise if other guests are on their balcony. You have a view of the ocean and are steps from the pool without having the noise. There is very little foot traffic outside the condo because of it's location, which is better than a hotel hallway. The first floor location is great for convenience, but is higher than ground level so there is privacy. The two pools are very nice and access to the beach is very convenient. All the grounds are very well maintained. This is one property where the pictures and description on the website match what you get. Although I didn't need to contact Angie too much, she was very responsive and very nice. I highly recommend this property. We will definitely stay at this property again!

We had a wonderful stay in this well appointed unit. We especially loved the ocean/pool view. The outdoor area is beautifully updated and enjoyed by our whole family. The fire pit is perfect for s’mores by the beach before a nighttime stroll. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more to enjoy meals “at home”. This unit has all the comforts to make it feel like home for the week. Thank you!

We chose to purchase 1104 Villamare because of the proximity to the beach, pool, and other Villamare amenities. Courtyard units rarely come up for sale, so we had to grab this one! Villamare is centrally located on the island, making everything super easy to access, including restaurants, shopping, and activities. Our unit has great separation of sleeping areas with attached decks, providing perfect privacy for us and our guests at the end of the day.
