These are just the basics but to be very clear, IT IS A TIMESHARE. We reserve the WEEK(S) you would want to stay. And instead of us going to this insane resort, you get to! There is no issue with telling the resort someone else will be staying instead of us. The only thing is…we cannot change the dates of the reservation easily and are fined every time we cancel or change the dates of the stay. So, make sure when you reserve the stay that you are very sure about it, otherwise we must pay to cancel for you.
