Kamaole Sands offers amenities for the whole family with a large pool, small children's wading pool, adult and family hot tubs, tennis courts, BBQ's, picnic areas and fitness center! Directly across from one of the best beaches on Maui, Kamaole III Beach!

Kamaole Sands 5-211 is beautifully upgraded! The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, plate ware and utensils as well as all of the cooking items any chef would need. There is a perfect dining area for four to enjoy a quick bite or a full meal.

The living area is spacious and inviting! Complete with large flat screen TV and queen Murphy bed with upgraded mattress for additional sleeping, ceiling fan and split AC. The spacious lanai offers a great place to lounge and take in the beautiful ocean views and lush grounds.

The primary bedroom is decorated nicely with an elegance of the island and offers a Cal King bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, split AC, and gorgeous ensuite bathroom with vanity and shower.

The guest bath has been remodeled with a sleek modern feel with glass enclosed shower and vanity space. Stackable washer and dryer allow for lighter packing.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. We had a awesome stay here! The condo was clean comfortable and very well stocked, right across from the beach. The pool and hot tub we very nice. Convenient parking. Will stay here again. Thank you for a great vacation.

This was one of the nicest condos I’ve stayed in. It was renovated with attention to detail. The condo had a well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo is as described. Clean, easy to check in & out, in walking distance to beaches & food. This is a place for families, lots of kids running around. If you are looking for a quiet hideaway, this is not it.

Very Good Condo, Very Nice Resort

On the whole, very, very happy with the condo. The grounds of the complex are very well maintained. The condo is very well equipped - you have everything you need. Good location. The mattress in the bedroom is soft, causing us to roll towards the center. The cushions on the lanai are tired and could use replacing.

Incredible convo/resort

This property was a 10/10. Tons of room … we took the bedroom and kids on the Murphy bed. Patio with an awesome view. Great Peking spot out front. Room was super clean. Great a/c . Kitchen had everything we needed. Property was upgraded and it showed. Pool at resort was huge and your right accross the street form beach and walking to shops. I would stay at this resort and this unit again .

Fabulous property- terrible mattress

Fabulous property!!!! Amazing view, great location… the master bed is so sunken in spots that my husband and I would roll into each other. The mattress needs to be replace terribly! It’s so bad that we would have needed to pay for a hotel IF we weren’t saved by the Murphy bed! The extra Murphy bed was too small for my husband and I but the mattress was new! We squeezed in. Amazing place but really saddened by the bed.

Beautiful Kihei Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of four had a fantastic week at this amazing condo. The condo is nicely renovated and looks just like the photos. The Kamaole Sands complex is beautifully maintained, and is situated right across from Kam 3 Beach. We loved sitting out on the lanai, with it's view of the garden and ocean.A couple of minor things took away from a full five stars. Although booked for 4 people, the murphy bed was not set up and ready for us on arrival. The additional beach rentals (boogie boards & umbrella) were not at the condo on arrival, however they were delivered 15min after I called. The condo was short on cutlery utensils when we arrived; CB vacations delivered a full set later on the day I called. Lastly, it would be nice to add a kettle to the unit.

Excellent stay, minor issues

This was our second stay at Kamaole Sands, the first in this unit, and both have exceeded expectations. The property is well-maintained and close to beaches, restaurants, and social activities. The condo was clean, updated, and full of necessities for daily living. I have only two downsides to our trip. One was current construction on a nearby building causing excess noise in the mornings and blockage of convenient walking paths and parking. Routine maintenance is expected, but one would think they would not schedule it in peak vacation season. The other was the condition of the beach gear. We didn't rent the condo for the gear, but it is a nice feature. The beach chairs, while functional, are old, stained, and ripping at the edges or carrying straps. They all had a black color to the head pillow that I hope was not mold. There is no beach umbrella in the unit, so we rented from a local rental shop. There is a shade canopy that was difficult to set up and not convenient for much-needed beach shade. Overall, I would rent this condo again and would highly recommend it to others.

Would not recommend until construction is over

Hi, My family and I come to Maui every year for a vacation and this is the first year that we did not have proper internet in our unit. My husbands work requires him to always be on the computer and he barely had any signal in the unit, literally most times our phones said SOS and we had no connection, he had to go outside to the pool to get any signal. I know that the construction that is going on is not the units owners fault, but for a vacation that you pay thousands to stay in a nice place the outside of the building looks like a literal construction site. My son was walking to the pool and a huge piece of roofing material almost fell on him. He got so scared that he no longer wanted to go outside. Also, the pictures of the unit show a Keurig coffee machine, so we bought coffee pods before we arrived and to our surprise no Keurig machine just a drip machine. I truly never give negative reviews, but I feel the need to do this one because of the lack of internet(like none for 90 percent of our stay) and the overall construction going on.

Immaculate updated unit with everything we needed. Sunset views are spectacular. Close to the pool and only a short walk to the beach. Loved the proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, and a variety of beaches. Nice welcoming touch from the property manager with snacks, grocery bag, maui cards and great instructions on how to use the technology. We preferred the firm Murphy Bed in the living area compared to the soft mattress in the bedroom.

Great location in Maui!

Fantastic property, we felt this was a great location as my wife and I wanted to explore all of Maui, with easy access to local dining, beaches, and parks or fairly even drive times both east and west of the island from here. Rental property in great condition and cleanliness. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return in the future!

Condo had all the essentials along w/checkout procedures, WiFi code, pool & vehicle gate code. Condo was clean contained a variety of beach/pool gear, beach towels. Only thing missing was a boogie board but you can rent them by the pool. Fitted sheet for the Murphy bed did not fit correctly so we used flat sheet from queen set. Kitchen had everything you need or everything we needed, mostly on the go only cooked breakfast & made sandwiches for beach. If you’re going to cook you’ll need to bring/buy any seasoning or spices, only salt & pepper available in condo. Great experience overall would stay here again.

The owner did a great job paying attention to the small details, which didn't go unnoticed.Location:This unit is located in Kihei which is close to lots of restaurants, shopping, and beaches. The unit is across the street from a beach that you can walk to or watch sunsets at. This specific unit overlooks the pool and the ocean which is great because a lot of the units in this complex don't. Property and Amenities:The property is clean and well maintained. We often saw staff riding around on golf carts cleaning and maintaining the property. The area is safe, we saw security walking around multiple times. The unit has access to a pool and grilling area which is well-maintained and clean.Customer Service:The people at the front desk were very helpful and kind. We had an issue with someone taking our parking spot one night and they resolved it within minutes. We got a text from the company after our first night to welcome us and to see if there was anything we needed. We loved staying in this unit and would definitely stay here again! The unit has everything you need and every time we opened another drawer we found more, which was amazing. The kitchen is filled with lots of utensils and eatery, there are games and books in the tv counsel, there are beach chairs, mats, a cooler, and snorkeling gear in the closet outside, extra blankets and sheets in the dresser, and beach towels in the closet. It was PERFECT!
