Amazing location and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! The only thing I would say needed improvement was the WiFi. It only worked for a few minutes then it cut out and would work intermittently. Overall we had good cell service in the room so it wasn’t a huge deal. Thanks for making your condo available! Would definitely book again.

Amazing View, Great Place!

My wife and I had our Honeymoon here and we absolutely loved the place! The property sits right across from the beautiful Kamaole 2 beach and was a short walk away from shops and food. The view is stunning. We loved walking into a clean, updated room, and the Hawaiian cookies waiting for us were a great touch! Definitely recommend and we cant wait to come back!

Perfect Kihei Condo

This is our second stay at this condo and it is just as perfect as it was on our first stay. The condo is fresh and new having been renovated. It’s highly equipped with just about everything you need to complete your stay. The kitchen is loaded so there’s no need to worry - you have everything you need to prepare meals. The lanai is a perfect spot to sit and watch the sunset or listen to the ocean.

We recently visited South Maui and had a great time. We stayed at the Kihei Akahi. The condo was exactly as described and the pictures were accurate. The Condo has a very nice useful kitchen with the ice maker in the refrigerator which is a god sent when in Maui. I lived there previously and love this area around the Kam Beaches I II III its a great beach. The condo had two elevators so it made access easy and if you needed it for large loads there was a wagon you could haul all your possessions and groceries to the unit. The condo was clean and very well stocked. I appreciated having dishwashing tablets and laundry supplies, and not being sure I had brought those items too. For me the only item you really needed to bring was extra shampoo and conditioner and your sun tan products. The kitchen is well equipped with all that you need: pots and pans, bowls and dinnerware and silverware. plenty of glassware too. The bathroom has hotel size shampoo and conditioner and a generous supply of towels and linens. There were plenty of beach towels and beach toys ready for your use. The L shaped sectional makes it easy for TV watching in the evening. The trash shoot in the hallway next to the elevator makes it simple to drop the trash daily. There were plenty of garbage bags too. The recycle bin was hard to find by the office in the trees and the recycling is limited to water / soda bottles, Cans and glass bottles and jars. I loved the condo and having the mini split

Also, go cups/wine for the beach/ BBQ would be a bonus.Location was fantastic!!Very close to either the upper/lower pool or beach creating many choices of where you would like to spend your day.Restaurants are in close proximity.Options if you wanted to walk and enjoy the surroundings /shop/ or be adventurous.The lanai was perfect and watching the whales at sunrise/sunset was very enjoyable! Cooking in the kitchen was very spacious!No issues for your groceries as pantry and fridge provided you with so much room. Having an ongoing ice cube maker / water was great!!Everyday was a good day even if we chose to cook!!The renovation was tastefully done with the bathroom being so accessible and open was a great feature!No issues with the king size bed and having added storage drawers with the bed was wonderful for your belongings.The washer and dryer provided less laundry as they were a very nice size.Actually, the unit seemed so much bigger than previous units we have stayed in. We have been coming to Maui since 2009, and this was absolutely our favourite unit!!To be honest, I’ve never ever provided a review but I wanted to share how much we enjoyed this unit and it exceeded our expectations!!My husband had just one comment saying he felt it was “pricy” especially if you wanted to stay for an extended period.We would like the opportunity to stay in C614 in the future.PMI (Matt) was a pleasure to deal with!!He always responded by email in a timely manner.He accommodated us with any

Great Condo In Kihei

We chose this condo based on the pictures and recent renovation. All I can say is WOW! Fabulously redone with no detail left out. This has to be the nicest condo we’ve rented in Maui - and we’ve rented a lot! This condo is brand new in every way and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The fully equipped kitchen with abundance of dishes, silverware, glassware, you name it, they’ve thought of it! We like this place so much we’ve already booked it for next year. I almost forgot to mention the beautiful view from the Lanai!

The location is highly convenient to traveling to any side of the island for whatever your adventures entail. The surrounding property is very clean and the grounds are very well kept. This unit renovated and modern, and has a full kitchen as well as a washer/dryer combo within the unit which is awesome for longer stays. We have nothing negative to say about our stay. Kihei has several restaurants within walking distance, as well as ABC stores to stock up on any items before your daily trips around the island. Kihei Akahi is located directly across the street from Kam Beach 2 for those days when you want to hit a beach within walking distance. This rental property is well taken care of, meticulously clean, and Kihei is an awesome place to stay for less the cost of Ka’anapali and Wailea. Don’t hesitate, book now!

It was myself, my husband, and our three year old daughter staying, and the space was perfect. The couch is comfortable enough to sleep on if necessary, and the bedroom space closes off from the main space nicely. We absolutely LOVED the location to the beach. It's literally right across the street from a perfect beach for kids, we couldn't have found a better one. They provide beach chairs and a cooler, we were set! The town is perfect too, within one block there's PLENTY of restaurants and lots to eat and drink. We also frequented The Cinnamon Roll Place because it was AMAZING! You must try!

Great condo and excellent location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was in excellent condition and came with everything we would need for our stay. The PMI staff was always very responsive both during booking and our vacation. We would highly recommend PMI Maui to anyone booking a Maui vacation!
