This unit was so beautifully remodeled and very clean. Sheets and pillows were clean, plenty and murphy bed was so good for the kids to sleep comfortably. The unit had plenty of items to get going, like coffee, shampoos, utensils dishes, everything you need. Host was very responsive.

20th Anniversary Getaway

Condo on beautiful property of Kaomole Sands. Great location to beaches and activities of Kihei. Beautiful remodeled well stocked kitchen. Great beach items included for use as well. Matt also provided a portable fan as requested prior to check in. All in all, a great place and good value. The only issues we had were the worn out mushy, sagging king mattress and the flat lanai cushions. Replacing lanai cushions and that worn out mattress would bring this property a perfect review!

Great location! Beach is right across the street and the property comes equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beach. A good selection of restaurants are within a 30 minute walk

The apartment came with everything you could need, a spacious kitchen, 2 bathrooms, coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards for the kids as well as a tennis court and pool outside. The location was great, 1 minute walk to the beach and a pretty view outside the balcony. Overall the Airbnb made our trip great, and the owners made it really easy for us! Highly recommend and would stay there again. Thank you!

Well maintained property at a great location

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It's walking distance from the Kamaole Beach Park and in a convenient location from other areas in Maui. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. It's also equipped with beach toys for the kids. The check-in and check-out process was without any trouble. Thanks to the host for having us and making our stay enjoyable!

Paradise found

This property was amazing! The lanai size was phenomenal and the oceanview from it was beautiful! Really looked forward to mornings and sunsets from here. The condo is well stocked with kitchen appliances/dishes as well as beach items (chairs,unbrella,boogie boards). Don't wait to book this property - you will be spoiled!

Immaculate condo

Wonderful condo that was the best equipped in all the times we’ve visited Maui. We always try to book Kamaole Sands and this condo was a winner! The only thing the condo could use is more outdoor lighting on the lanai to enjoy the space in the evenings.

Immaculate and Hospitable!

The condo was exactly as it was portrayed online. Absolutely gorgeous, modern, new and spotless! The owners were amazing to deal with! The view from the lanai overlooks the lush courtyard and all the beautiful palm trees. There’s a gorgeous fountain to view right from the deck. The condo is totally private and the assigned parking spot is the BEST! Right in the shade and right off the elevator. Every single thing about this condo is so well thought out and super convenient. We had to check in a day late because of issues with our flight and then we had to check out even later. The owners gave us an extra day for free! They were so hospitable, understanding and incredibly easy to deal with. Anytime we emailed them regarding one of these issues, they contacted us right away. I cannot say enough good things about this condo or the people who own it and run it. This will be our “go to” the next time we come to Maui. We have made wonderful memories here and it truly is home away from home. The location can’t be beat either! The beach is Kamaole III. It’s gorgeous and the first day I encountered not 1, not 2, but 3 giant sea turtles when I was in the ocean!!! They were so close to me that I had to get out of the way FAST!! Talk about an INCREDIBLE experience!! This place is magic! Whether your kids are in the baby stage or teenagers, they’ll have the time of their lives. Do yourself a favour and rent a car too! We recommend staying here 100%!! Thank you so much for everything!!!

The condo was a last minute replacement to our scheduled unit that had been recently sold. Matt at PMI Maui did a fantastic job securing this unit and it was a real gem! The condo itself was immaculate and well equipped. The ocean view from the lanai was gorgeous. We had a small issue with the coffee maker and Matt once again came through with a replacement within hours. I can't emphasize enough how much we appreciated every thing PMI Maui did in making this condo available. We have already booked for next year.

Perfect spot in Kihei

I have nothing bad at all to say about this amazing property! It is immaculately clean, everything is new; the lanai is giant and it’s in a generally perfect location with immediate access to beaches. It's also walking distance to just about anywhere you need. Really great and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

5-Star Experience - Nice Condo, Thoughtful Touches

We really enjoyed our stay! Our condo was spacious and felt very private. The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked and the owners of our unit go above and beyond to provide little extras we would normally expect to buy or rent. Beautiful grounds, nice pool - quiet guests observing all the rules. We'll be back!

This is a great property close to beautiful beaches and plenty of restaurants. Kihei is a perfect home base for exploring the island.
