We enjoyed our stay. This property was found to be just as advertised. It worked great for our family of seven for this trip. I had a question while there and the host responded immediately and checked into my concern.I would recommend this property to any family looking to stay in the area.

Loved the location as it was.close to my daughter. The house had all the equipment we needed to make a holiday day meal. The area is all new construction, including the grocery store. The host was super responsive when we neede help with the door code.

Fairly nice place

Communication with owner was excellent and was very accommodating with our larger group. Plenty of seating in the main living area. The yard was quite overgrown when we stayed, but back patio was a nice extra space. One of the bedrooms didn’t have a door, which may be uncomfortable for some, but it didn’t bother our group. Overall, was a fairly nice space.

The house is great! The Host was great answering questions and friendly. Plenty of towels or all 8 of our family members. Master bed was incredibly comfy! I didn’t specify that I needed any accommodations for limited mobility but it was easy to use my walker. I am so thankful that the master bath had a walk in shower with a small seat area, which made it incredibly easy to shower!! The house was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. If we are ever in need of a place in the DFW area again, we would gladly stay again!!

Nice and Quiet

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in a central location for us with food and grocery shopping options within 10 minutes. The beds were good with a variety of mattresses types and firmness. It is minimal in furnishings, decor, and kitchen items, but we were there mainly for beds and baths, so it was perfect for us. It is a quiet neighborhood, and we felt safe there. The host was very responsive to my questions and the guidelines for staying there are clear and reasonable. I recommend!

Nice home - quiet location

Nice house with great outdoor seating area. Some minor issues (not enough towels / washcloths, some beds missing flat sheet, ice maker does not work), but otherwise as advertised. Convenient location for purpose (business travel) - would stay at this location again.

Great Rental Close to Town

We had a great experience renting this property. Everything was very clean and all of the beds were neatly made when we arrived. This was our first experience staying in a home instead of a hotel and with a family as big as ours hotels can be costly. This home was exactly what we needed and we were greeted with communication from the host the day prior. He was also there via text to answer any questions that we had during our stay. Overall, great experience.

Very unhappy

The property manager wrongly accused us of damaging four recessed lights. Charged me $140.00. I paid it because I did not have time to argue with him. He completely made up the damage and in effect robbed. I NEVER not take responsibility for stuff that I or my guests cause (which is very rare). In this case this property manager lied and is a liar. I would NOT recommend this property or any property manager where this guy is the host. Rick Carns

Family Reunited

Our stay at this accomodation was pleasant. It was a great place to reunite with family after 3 years of separation due to Covid. The house was clean and well furnished, but the washing machine didn't work well. Also, the fourth bedroom doesn't have a door, so that made it uncomfortable for some family members as they didn't have any privacy or quiet space away from the common area. And although the house sleeps ten there weren't enough towels for our party so we had to buy some a walmart to accommodate everyone. Other than that it was very pleasant.
