Pet Friendly 3 bed/2 bath home in the Clearwater Community! Pool, Tennis, Beach Town, WIFI, Pets Allowed!

Relax in this newly renovated home less than 1.5 miles to Bethany Board Walk. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom ranch home has a master bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom with shower and tub. There is another bedroom with a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with twins. There is a hall bathroom that has a shower/tub combo. The newly updated kitchen is fully stocked to cook and serve meals and has a dining area that comfortably seats six. You may also want to spend time on the screened-in porch complete with a table and chairs as well. There is a catch and release pond across the street from this property.
This home allows you to enjoy time at the beach with your dog. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 applies per dog.

Fresh linens are included with your reservation. Linen package includes sheet sets for each bed and bath towels per person.

**To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed. You will be contacted by a property manager rental agent to go over the details.**

Little Gem.

This is a very nice property in a quiet older neighborhood. There was one problem that we waited to report until we left since it wasn't critical and we felt correcting would infringe on the week we stayed. Otherwise the property was as advertised.

Great neighborhood

The neighborhood was quiet and the people are very friendly. The was clean with plenty of room for everyone. If and when we come back to Bethany we would stay here again.

All you need

This was a great place for our family of 4! The layout and amenities all worked well for week long stay. The cottage was decorated beautifully with a beachy feel. Loved the close proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood was friendly with lots of options for dog walking.

Week at the beach

Perfect location for access to Delaware beaches. Great neighborhood for walking, biking, dog. Everyone is friendly. A bit pricey but par for the course in this area.

Perfect Beach House

Our family loved this house. Very quiet little neighborhood only about 5 minutes from the beach. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The community pool was very nice as well. We spent a lot of time on the three season porch. We will definitely consider booking this house again.

Cozy summer retreat

Absolutely love this home.....very clean. What you see on the photos is what you get. Easy check-in. Can walk to the Community Pool. Everyone very friendly. Will like to come back

Great place for adults and kids

The interior of the house was more beautiful than the photos posted. Comfortable beds, lovely decor and good supply of cook/bakeware. The neighborhood is great for walking and biking with kids. Pool within walking distance. Watching the mama and two baby bunnies in the backyard provided additional entertainment for my granddaughters.

The entire house was filled with tiny hairs. Looked like cat hair. My husband had to throw 2 pairs of socks away. The pool was in the back of community in the woods. Didn’t care for that. We had to leave 2 days early. My daughter’s and I couldn’t take the home because we have severe allergies.

Comfortable Property

The house is very nice—fully equipped and quite comfortable. The notebook that is supposed to contain information such as dates for trash pickup, location of the community pool, and guide to use of the television was missing all these pages, so we had to ask First Choice for this info. It would be good to ensure in advance that this info is available to renters. The only other issue is that there was no parking pass provided for parking downtown, and the community is not on the route for shuttle service to the beach. These would be good additions. But the house itself was quite comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

The family vacation

The experience went well. A few thing though: 1) I didn't remember reading anything about that 350$ additional charge from VRBO. We would like to discuss this matter further. 2) The place was loaded with ants when we arrived. My wife took a few photos of them if you would to see them. Alot of food was ruined because of this, including 40$ worth of Fractured Prune donuts among other things. 3) The beds and sofa were very hard and uncomfortable. 4) The washing machine was very very loud. It worked but I think something is seriously wrong with it. It was so loud that you had to scream to be heard when it was running. Honestly, we are not one's to complain but in order for us to consider staying there again these things would have to be fixed. All in all the place was nice and the neighborhood was very quiet with extremely nice neighbors.
