Located in Centrally Located Bay View Resort on a low floor, this condo has DIRECT views of the ocean and pool area from the balcony. This condo has 2 beds and can sleep up to 4. Located in Myrtle Beach, SC in Bay View Resort, this resort has it all. A full-sized kitchen, refrigerator, microwave oven, LCD TVs and private bathroom are included in this oceanfront condo. Heated pools, Indoor pools, private ocean balcony along with lazy river and hot tubs. FREE WIFI. We hope you enjoy this condo as much as we do.

Conveniently located overlooking the boardwalk area, enjoy the ocean view from your private balcony or relax in the beachfront pool. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the areas popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short walk or drive away.

Abundant amenities await you at this beachfront resort. Features include both indoor and outdoor whirlpools, lazy river, spacious pool deck, and social areas. Indoor pool with hot tubs that have a great view of the ocean. Fitness room and lounge. AND BEST OF ALL FREE WIFI.

Note: This condo shares an AC control system with the room next door (Room B). Both thermostats should be on the same settings and temperature for both AC to work.

Terrible stay, that is cheap.

Dirty, Some Dead Bug, very nit picky on checkout, the hallway smells bad, Pool was gross. Great location, it was cheap.

Great Spring Break Get Away

Property ocean front with a lovely green space/park between balcony and sand beach. Perfect for sitting in a bit of shade to escape the sun. Unit had all we needed. It was clean and comfortable.

The condo was nice enough... but the location was perfect. 10/5 location facing the ocean with the most defadent view and the ocean waves crashing against the shore. The grounds are well tended and the pool/hot tub area was really fun. It's enough to make you want to live there.

Property is really nice; great view from balcony. A real value for the price. Check-in was chaos. Stood in line to register, then found out we didn’t need to register. Indoor pool area is very noisy. Outdoor pool and pool area is very small. Limited eating places within walking distance. All that being said, as long as you don’t need a big pool with lots of chairs around it, for the price, I would definitely recommend it.

Relaxing getaway

Apartment 304 A was good for our small family of 4. Close to everything and quick access to the boardwalk and beach. The only reason we give it a 4 out 5 stars is the condo wasnt fully ready when we got there and the washer and dryer was not working. Great view though!

Great location, nice lay out, clean enough. Super nice location on the boardwalk. Great outside amenities. Worn carpets and 2nd life hotel furniture. Skimpy on the pots and pans. 8 days with no washer/dryer "stunk" Priced right. I'd do it again.

We stayed 9 days in the resort. The room was clean, beautiful view from the balcony the resort and area was well maintained. We really enjoyed the hot tubs in the evenings. The hotel staff end guests are super friendly. The parking lot was a bit far, but it was safe in a closed building. The best thing is that the resort was in the centre, we really liked the evening walks on the board walk.The only problem what we have, the AC stayed on most of our stay we couldn’t turn off,so it was too cold for us. The kitchen needs a couple of basic things, if you are planning to stay a longer period, bring a few things with you. Really need a new frying pan.. Overall, it was a perfect stay and I highly recommended the condo. We will definitely staying here again.

NICE but COLD ROOM!!

The condo was very nice and clean. However, the thermostat did not work. We could not regulate the temperature. It stayed very cold especially during the evening. Otherwise, location was perfect and room was ready and clean.

Please beware!

The location is great but please beware! Check in and check out processes are horrible. Big Fish Rental will screw you for your security deposit. I was blamed for breaking a "contraption" on bed that I didn't sleep in AND it was 2 weeks after I checked out. If you can find a unit available at this property that is not tied to Big Fish, you may be safe!

Great View

Oceanfront view was great. Condo not so much. Needs a good overall cleaning by professionals. And the heat pump/air handler unit malfunctioned the entire week. Exhaust fan in bathroom does not work. Sliding doors on balcony has no working lock. No overhead lights except for kitchen and bath. Rest of areas are dark/dim.

Good stay

The property was as stated. Beautiful view from Living Room of the ocean. The bathroom was small but for two we managed. The kitchen is nice with just the very basics. We had a small skillet and 1 1/2 quart sauce pan which we supplemented with what was there. Our only issue was the heat and A/C was difficult to control due to there being another thermostat in an adjoining unit. When someone occupied the other unit, we couldn’t control the temperature. We called and they sent a tech who explained the situation. Otherwise, all was good and enjoyed our stay.

The condo at 304A itself was fine.. clean, great location. However not all elevators were working at Bay View for checkout of 19 floors so we had to take all of our luggage down the stairs. Big Fish Rental management company was terrible. Checkin took us over an hour and was extremely inconvenient and tedious. Check out required us doing the housekeeping work and was again extremely inconvenient. Parking was across the street and out of the way so we had to get the car with the parking pass and return it to the condo after checking out. They have many many rules and you had better not miss a beat or you will be charged. Both check in and check out were nightmares. Steer clear of Big Fish Rentals.

Not the best

The dryer wasn’t working at all. We didn’t find out until we got to the condo. We texted the call service as soon as we got there around 4:30 and didn’t get a response until 10:30 pm saying the owner just needed to buy a new one. We spent a lot of time trying to get towels and clothes air dried so we didn’t have to go to the laundry mat we hauled a lot of damp clothes home just to have to wash them again. We pulled out the couch bed to see dirt and some type of red stains on the sheet and the beds in the room were extremely uncomfortable. The view and balcony were great though.

Great Stay!

We wanted a view of the ocean every day and we got it. Great location, close to everything. The condo was perfect for us as a couple. Everything functioned as promised. Unit is outdated but I was there for the beach and ocean and did not care about interior design. The amenities were nice too. We really liked the fact we could walk out to beach, rent some chairs and lay in the sun all day. The check-in process was good overall but a bit tedious. You have to get to the room, get your key card and cards for parking, then drive across the street to the parking garage, and walk back to the main buildings. There is little room in the front to unload your baggage onto a cart but we managed. The most insane thing has nothing to do with the 3rd party facilitation or the condo unit specifically, but when we arrived several "guests" had parked their car in the Porte Cochere and left their vehicles unattended!! We were trapped until security could locate the inconsiderate and rude guests. Minor hiccup, did not ruin anything; boggles the mind how other people don't think. Overall we loved staying in the unit. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was great, shower was great, rates were awesome for off-season. We are planning on buying a condo and moving there we liked it so much. Recommended?? Absolutely YES!

Very disappointed

I guess you get what you pay for. The price for this listing was very reasonable and there were strong reviews but our experience was not good. The condo was clean but not well maintained and in need of repairs and updates. The inexcusable part occurred when we first arrived. The security for the building was inoperable as the card reader was GONE for entrance to the building and the parking garage was not working. While there were codes to get into the room, they appear to not change these as a homeless person was passed out on the bed in the master bedroom when we arrived. We alerted security and the property manager who got us a new room but did nothing to get rid of him as he was still there 15 minutes later when I went back. I spoke to him and he had the correct code to enter the room (no idea how he got it) but got out real quick at that point. Although the customer service person I spoke to was pleasant, neither the owner, manager or anyone else reached out to see how we were or get more info. Although not the owners fault, as we were checking in, a fire occurred in the pool pump room and the fire department came causing us to have to leave the building for a while. So we hung out the the homeless folks for a while. The only good thing about this stay was the view and the proximity to attractions. Will never stay here again and or recommend it to anyone.
