You just found a perfect place for your vacation in SW Florida. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood close to many stores, & restaurants making it is convenient to grab what you need. This home gives you 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, & a great gaming area.

Cape Coral is not far from anything you would like to enjoy on your vacation!

This home welcomes everyone with a Coastal Farmhouse theme for you to feel the warmth of FL. A few decors are made by yours truly with a little personal touch.

A zen water fountain welcomes you to the doorway with a nice open concept living area and a big size Smart TV (local channels are not included). A fully-equipped kitchen invites everyone to cook on their own and a nice Game Room awaits everyone can play with Arcade Game, Pool Table, Board Games, and Smart TV for the guests to relax. BBQ Grill is also provided for the guest to use as well.

Master's Bedroom has King size comfortable bed with Tempurpedic Mattress and the Kid's Room has two Bunk Beds with trundle that accommodate up to 6 people.

The house was very welcoming, beautifully decorated , spacious, and just perfect for exploring the area. We enjoyed the pool table, too! It is easy to get to the various barrier islands, beaches, Ft. Myers, and other attractions. We found delicious food nearby, too! So many options and different price ranges are available. You do need to drive to them, but they aren’t too far. Also, ample grocery stores and other retail are available within a short distance to drive.

Aesthetically it was good. Great first impression walking in the door. Interaction with host was good. Lacked hand towels & wash clothes for bathrooms. Not enough silverware or place settings for more than 1 meal. Other deficiencies were discussed with host. It was very clean! Location was good.

Great location in Cape Coral

The rental is nice for a family trip to Cape Coral/Fort Myers and is conveniently located. The 'family room' with the pool table is great to relax at the end of the day. We had a very nice stay and would happily recommend it.

Amazing trip!

This stay was wonderful. Parking was a breeze, home was super clean, layout was wonderful, etc. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area! Property owners were great communicators and layed out everything perfectly for my guests and I!

This house was perfect. Great location, easy check in and out, we came for a baseball tournament and the boys had a great time playing pool. Nothing is more than 30 minutes away from here— the beach, baseball fields or many great restaurants. Leigh made sure we were comfortable the entire time. I use VRBO all of the time and this place is 5 star worthy.

Short Vacation

The property was a great choice! The property was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering all the comforts of home. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures. Overall, it was a great spot for a fun and restful vacation!

So amazing!!!

We had such a great time staying here! The place was super cute and really clean, and the host was so nice and attentive. The outdoor area had a really cool vibe perfect for hanging out and relaxing. There was also plenty of parking, which made things easy. The little complimentary touches were really thoughtful and appreciated. The whole area felt safe and chill. Overall, just a great spot we’d definitely come back!

Perfect for our Family

Nice little place in Cape Coral! It was as advertised and a perfect fit for our family of 4. Communication with the host was excellent. My teenage daughters especially enjoyed the game room! Would definitely stay again if we're ever in the area again.

Oven not working so much for that pizza when we got there. It was a cold weekend little to no heat should have electric fire place would have been nice and they don’t cost that much or at least some xtra blankets But in all we had a nice weekend Thank you

Cape Coral stay

Well stocked with the basics and can I tell you how nice to have 2 bathrooms. I went home with clean clothes since there was a washer and dryer on the premises.It was so clean and finished nicely. Right in the middle of most things between Fort Myers and Cape Coral.

... and Arcade games too?!

Wonderful value. Spacious indoors and out. Included a large rec room and outdoor area with privacy screen. Located in a quiet residential area. Look for the "Right Lane Ends" sign . Makes the driveway easy to find. Can't recommend this location highly enough. It was well beyond our expectations.

Cape Coral home

This home is attractive, spacious and the inside is comfortable and clean. The king sized bed was particularly comfy. We really enjoyed the outdoor space but it did need cleaning. We loved having a pool table! The kitchen could do with some extra cooking dishes as there was nothing to use in the oven or microwave which would have been helpful during our two week stay. As there is nothing within walking distance it does require a vehicle but there’s ample parking on the property.
