PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sealodge G5. The condo was clean, furniture comfortable, and the views outstanding. The check-in and check-out process were easy and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed for a wonderful week on Kauai.

Amazing ocean front stay

Super conveniently located, great views, nice accommodations. Little hike down to private beach was a fun treat as well.

Tropical Getaway

It was a great location with the best view! It had everything we needed and there was good communication from the hosts. The only thing we ran into was having to move the bed in the loft as it was too long to fit the direction that it was located in so it was turned 90deg.

Awesome ocean view condo

My family had a great stay at the sea lodge condo. Everything was clean and well kept. The ocean view and breeze was spectacular.

Beautiful views and great area to stay in. Super quiet and great for my family. Bathroom, kitchen and laundry need updating but were manageable.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay with G5 offering amazing views of reef directly off the lani. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the optional 3rd bed was perfect for napping with a view. While there was an issue with the dishwasher, management was amazing and speonded quickly. Overall, this is a GREAT location for all things North shore and perfect for a daily adventure beyond.

Good property with a great location

I would rate this 4.5 stars if it was possible. Enjoyed our stay at Parrish Kaui. The staff made it pleasant and the location is awesome. Half a star dinged as the property will seem dated and old, especially kitchen and bathrooms.

Perfect north side location

We loved the views from every window. The small lounging bed by the picture window was a favorite nap spot for my husband listening to the waves roll in. We were able to get everywhere on the north side of the island quickly with several restaurants and the grocery store within 3-5 minutes. They even have little farmers markets in the community for local artists and food trucks!

A slice of heaven

We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. We went to sleep every night with the sound of the waves lulling us to sleep. Then wake up with the sun peeking above the horizon. Even when the clouds rolled in we felt snug and warm. The Parrish Collection was prompt in responding to our questions and needs. The condo was well equipped for enjoying our Hawaiin vacation.

Ratify view but older condo

Smaller than the pictures look, bathroom need a remodel, just deglazing the bathtub would help . There was rust by the faucets they were old and the shower head needs to be descaled which is and easy fix , you just put vinegar in a ziplock bag for a couple Hours and the bath tub could be refinished for about 200.00 this bath room would at least be presentable ,. Also the comments said there was a trail to the beach if your in your in your 20’s but if your an older adult you can not make this trail. It is slippery and muddy with no real path.If you had a golf cart to get around it would be so much easier. I was just expecting more upscale since it was in Princeville.

Regarding the square footage, the home is listed at 750 SF, as stated in the first bullet point under home features. We hope this clarifies any confusion. As for the nearby trail, we understand it may not be suitable for all guests. To avoid any misunderstandings, we do not advertise it as a beach access point. Our goal is always to provide accurate and transparent information. The property you booked is rated Deluxe, which is noted in the description. Deluxe homes are well-maintained and have been updated within the past ten years. If we had known you were seeking a more upscale experience, we would have gladly recommended alternative Princeville properties that might better suit your preferences.

Great view but a bit outdated

Firstly, the view from this place is top notch. Unobstructed ocean views and so close you can hear the waves. That alone makes this a beautiful stay. The only issues were that it is a bit outdated. There are some items that have duct tape patchwork and some of the appliances are dated as well. The coffee maker doesn’t auto shut off so if you don’t remember to turn it off, you have coffee burning all day. The bed in the main bedroom is not very comfortable. The rest of the furniture is fairly comfortable. Bottom line, the view is awesome and this could be a top notch condo with a bit of TLC.

Long weekend in HI

The location is great. Great views, facilities were more than adequate. The check in process and communication was all through text which I loved. It really was quite easy and no real issues. The screen door to the lanai needs some work as does the front door, and the Oliveres windows, but I never felt unsafe or at risk at all. For the age of the property I thought it turned out pretty good. We would return. Thanks.
