Welcome to Coastal Landing, a stunning 2021-built Morgantown retreat! This impeccably decorated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach house offers the perfect blend of serenity and convenience.

Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, Coastal Landing is just a short stroll to the community’s pools, tennis/pickleball courts, and beach access boardwalks. Enjoy peekaboo Gulf views, while the home’s private setting backs up to a lush expansive common area, creating a peaceful, treehouse-like atmosphere.

Pro Tip: Bring your small dog (25 lbs. or less)—both this home and Morgantown Beach are pet-friendly!

The Space

Main Level:
King Bedroom with beautiful views of the surrounding greenery.
Shared hall bath with a double vanity and tub/shower combo.

Upper Level:
Primary King Suite with a private bath, walk-in shower, and balcony access.
Double Queen Bedroom with direct access to the hall bath.
Queen Bedroom sharing the hall bath (Tub/Shower Combo).

A sleeper sofa in the living room increases total occupancy to 12 guests.

For security, an exterior camera is positioned under the home.

For privacy reasons in the master upstairs we brought our own door covering. I think that is something that should be addressed. Other than that everything was great! We will be back! One of the TVs weren’t working, but we called the staff and they had it resolved within an hour! Great service if it’s needed. Very professional.

Great place

Tucked away in the cul de sac was a great location. Nice and quiet. Proximity to the beach was good as well. Gail kept great communication and the place was pretty much exactly what we were expecting. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Home

Beautiful home. Very clean. Even with it being pet friendly, there were no rug or furniture stains, no smells, no pet hair. The space is big and open. Everyone had their privacy but loved coming together at suppertime and cooking and eating. The only drawback is the amount of steps to climb to enter the home and then a bunch more if you want to ho to the 2nd level. But as long as you ate aware and can handle it, its not an issue. I would advise golf cart rental to get to the beach. It's a little bit of a walk. But again, it's not to much if you are used to that kind of thing. The beach is not crowded and is beautiful. The pools are clean. Neighbors staying next door were friendly and the neighborhood was quiet and inviting. Definitely will be back. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for and this home is worth it. No regrets

We loved the space, the decorations and layout of the house! The much had everything we possibly needed to cook all of our meals! There was space for everyone and having 2 balconies was great! Bring your own beach toys and chairs and maybe your own sheets if you want a slightly better stay.

The house is well designed, well equipped, has extremely comfortable beds, and located in a great neighborhood. The property manager, Linda, is extremely helpful and responses quickly if you have any needs or concerns. She even stopped by with a special treat on Valentine’s Day. We love going to Morgantown and spending the month there in this lovely home.

Perfect House & Great Location for Family Beach Vacay

My family and extended family (total of 7 people) met here for a long weekend beach vacay. The house had everything we needed. We loved that we could walk to the pools and tennis courts and beach. The beach was beautiful and not as busy as those closer to town. We prefer a location like this - not crazy busy like downtown Gulf Shores or Orange Beach. Yet it’s close enough to those beaches too.

Very nice home away

The beach was a little farther away than expected so I believe a golf cart would be a welcomed addition next trip. I for me, I should have tested beds before picking a room. The Master bed was very soft, not good for back. Others would have liked that room and I should have taken another. The alligator visited almost every morning. We did not feed at all but I'm wonder if others had. He would come very close to homes. We always love Fort Morgan as less crowded. Still give a high rating but felt comments were informative. Thx

Wonderful place to stay

Loved this home. Easy commute to the beach and pools. We brought our own golf cart but recommend just renting one. The house was great! Rooms were separated nicely! Plenty of space for our group of 10! Nice charcoal grill. One of the bedrooms, the one with the single queen bed did not have a tv. I’m not complaining. Just wanting you to be aware. I don’t have anything negative to say! If I had to come up with something I’d do different, it maybe would be to put up room darkening light colored curtains in the bedrooms. The ones that are up are pretty but your room is lit up when the sun comes up. Excellent home, well furnished with really nice finishes! I highly recommend it!

Family Vacation

We are from SC and wanted to find somewhere different to vacation besides the East Coast beach’s. Gulf Shores was a great pick, the house was awesome. Everyone had there own spaces to wind down each evening. We also opted in for a local golf cart rental rather than hauling out own. It was useful to get around to beach, pool, and nightly rides. Overall it was a great trip and we plan on returning. Thanks for the hospitality and great service!

Family Fun

We had a great time. The home was everything we expected and more. Super comfortable and clean. We cooked most nights and had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach and pools. Kids used scooters and we used a wagon for bigger things. It was the perfect place for our stay!
