As described
If you need a 30 day plus rental in LoDo this is a great selection! It is even better for the travelers - walk down to union station. Neighborhood still has quite a few homeless and few are hostile. Overall great experience in the urban world. Property owner was great and easy to community with as well!

Book this now!
This property is a gem and if it's available, book it! Chris is very nice and easy to communicate with, the building is beautiful, and his place is first class. It's centrally located to all the neighborhoods of Denver, you are right by the train station where an Amtrak can take you to the mountains. There's a coffee shop and Sweet Greens in the building and a Whole Foods across the street.
The condo has a great view, very comfortable mattress, the best master shower, and all the kitchen comforts you need. I recommend going to the roof to grill dinner and watch the sunset. Then take advantage of the pool and hot tub.

This building is wonderful, this is a great location for everything downtown. Light rail, roof top pool, work out room, coffee shop, retail and a bar, what more could you ask for. Plus the building if mostly owners and million dollar units.
