You will love the views of the lake from the living room, Bedroom or from the deck in this newly remodeled 3 Bedroom Condo that not only has great views of the lake but also overlooks the Fabulous Pool
There are 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms on the first floor and a large loft upstairs that has 3 beds to accommodate the largest of family's. There is a full size boat bed with a twin trundle under it then the extra large 5x9 closet has been turned into a extra room with a full size bed of its own nicknamed the captains quarters! All the bedrooms including the loft and living room have smart TVs and each bedroom and the kitchen have google hubs to play music watch videos or just use as a alarm clock simply "Hey Google" whatever you need it to do. outside on the deck you will find some chairs for relaxing and a BBQ grill if you want to cook instead of eating out at the numerous restaurants close by. We provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both of the bathrooms so just bring your toothbrush and enjoy your time at the lake.

HAVE A 24' SUNDANCER TRITOON WITH 70HP ENGINE. THIS BEAST IS NOT FAST BUT IS A TON OF FUN TO GO OUT ON THE LAKE WITH UP TO 12 OF YOUR CLOSEST FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND CUISE AROUND LEISURLY AT 19MPH. MUST HAVE A MISSOURI BOATING LICENSE TO DRIVE OR BE BORN BEFORE JAN 1 1984. YOU CAN GET BOATING LICENSE ONLINE AFTER TAKING ONLINE COURSE

$350 PER DAY YOU ARE ABLE TO HAVE BOAT OUT FROM 9AM TO 5PM

We had a wonderful stay at the Cabana. We had 5 adults and everyone was comfortable. There is a spiral staircase to the upstairs loft that is narrow. Our daughter didn’t mind it and liked being up there. The communication with the host, was outstanding. The condo was very clean and the kitchen offered everything we needed to cook. The Google tablets were top notch. We were there during one of the hottest weeks of the summer so we used the pool most days. The location is outstanding. We will be back.

We had a great time at the Cabana. As a family of 5 there was plenty of room. The pool offered fun for all ages and we spent hours playing water volleyball as a family. The pool was warm enough to be able to swim anytime. The location was perfect for us, parking was easy and the place had a chill vibe which we loved.

Friends Trip

Overall it was a great stay, we had 11 guys in total. So we were cramped on space and had people sleep on the couch and two to each bed. But, it all worked out well for us. Wish the location had a bit more for spices, utensils etc. But, we made it work! Great location which plops you in the middle of a few great spots to go out for any reason.

Not as expected!

Unfortunately 2 of the seven days were spent cleaning the condo (however the owner did refund us our cleaning fee). We had to wash all the bed linens as there were some not so pleasant "bodily fluids" I guess is the easiest way to describe the "crusty white stuff" on the comforter, sheets had stains, mattress covers had period blood on them and the loft mattress has multiple stains. The bathtub was clogged and plumber had to come fix it (contacted owner and he immediately got ahold of someone), there was a heavy storm and water leaked in as well as a piece of the ceiling fell (owner contacted maintenance). The loft had a used zyn pouch (our teenager had to tell us what that was and it is a nicotine pouch for those who don't know) in the trundle bed, there is a huge stain on the carpet in loft, ants were all over the kitchen, the back of the door in master bedroom is filthy, empty water bottle left in bathroom under sink, the air conditioner unit in master bedroom has several layers of dust, cabinets needed wiped out before putting stuff in them. No cooking utensils or measuring cups so be sure to pack your own. The owner was very prompt on getting back to me and compensated some of our stay. If you plan on bringing your own boat be sure to find a slip to rent, it was a big inconvenience having to drive to the state park 6 min away. Also if you plan on grilling, the grill only got to 250 degrees and we had to finish our dinner in the oven.

Perfectly Sized - sort of

Brandon was awesome! Communication was great. He was flexible and understanding, really went the extra mile to make sure our friends and I had a comfortable stay. The house was clean and even had some arcade games for us to play. Really awesome place. The only feedback I have is the property was listed as 3 bedroom, but truly there were 2 bedrooms. I believe the third bedroom was the one upstairs in the loft area. It didn’t offer much privacy. For our friend group this wasn’t a deal breaker, to be honest the loft was pretty cool! This feedback is more for future residents. So like I said, not a deal breaker! If my friends and I were to go again, we would stay here.

Great location and pool for the family

Overall we had a great stay. The younger ones enjoyed the pool and upper loft. Communication with the owner was great. Hands down the best I have ever had. We will definitely be back for more family bonding weekends. Thanks Brandon!!! Few things that I wasn’t aware of and we adjusted but I think it would be great if there were a few dishes and cooking utensils. (Thankful for the pots and pans though) I didn’t realize there wasn’t any. Made it a little difficult I’ll but we managed!

Family vacation

This condo was very nice with plenty of space for our family of 6. The kids loved the loft and the arcade games. The pool was very nice and conveniently open till midnight. Good view of lake from the windows and balcony. The location was good with restaurants and shopping close by. The surrounding area was beautiful. The lake was amazing plus so many places to go hiking. The host was also very nice and easy to communicate with. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and are already talking about coming back.

Beautiful Condo

Brandon has really thought of everything. Little things like the nest hubs and wireless chargers. They weren't necessary but were so nice to have. It was a very convenient location and we really enjoyed our stay.

This place is a gem!

I was hesitant to book this place since there wasn’t any reviews, but I am so happy I did! It is beautiful! Close to a lot of different places. Super clean & sooo cute! The pool is nice, but it is a little rough on the bottom (no fault of the owner). I have a lot of friends & family who go to LOTO & will Highly recommend this place to them all. Thank you so much for letting us stay :) Also, Wobbly Boots is right the road & amazing!!

4th of July Family Fun

We had a great time at the lake. This was our first time staying at a condo, and we enjoyed having the pool. The property was spacious and clean. It had the added perks of Hey Google and phone chargers. We had a little delay upon check-in but no other issues beyond that. Thanks for having us!
