You will love the views of the lake from the living room, Bedroom or from the deck in this newly remodeled 3 Bedroom Condo that not only has great views of the lake but also overlooks the Fabulous Pool

There are 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms on the first floor and a large loft upstairs that has 2 beds to accommodate the largest of family's. There is a king size bed, then the extra large 5x9 closet has been turned into a extra room with a full size bed of its own nicknamed the captains quarters! All the bedrooms including the loft and living room have smart TVs and each bedroom and the kitchen have google hubs to play music watch videos or just use as a alarm clock simply "Hey Google" whatever you need it to do. outside on the deck you will find some chairs for relaxing and a BBQ grill if you want to cook instead of eating out at the numerous restaurants close by. We provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both of the bathrooms so just bring your toothbrush and enjoy your time at the lake.

HAVE A 24' SUNDANCER TRITOON WITH 70HP ENGINE. THIS BEAST IS NOT FAST BUT IS A TON OF FUN TO GO OUT ON THE LAKE WITH UP TO 12 OF YOUR CLOSEST FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND CUISE AROUND LEISURLY AT 19MPH. MUST HAVE A MISSOURI BOATING LICENSE TO DRIVE OR BE BORN BEFORE JAN 1 1984. YOU CAN GET BOATING LICENSE ONLINE AFTER TAKING ONLINE COURSE

Brandon was great to deal with and the property overall was nice. The pictures of the Condo are a little deceiving not showing a spiral staircase to the upstairs bedroom. The upstairs bedroom didn't have curtains which allowed the morning light blazed in. No curtains in the main room which made it difficult to watch TV in the afternoon to take a break from sun. The staircase was too dangerous for toddlers, too small for bigger people and far too narrow older people. The pool atmosphere changed in the later evening when all the intoxicated boaters returned, eliminating any chance for a family night swim.

Girls get away

We had a great time staying at this condo. It’s in a great location near lots of shopping and restaurants. Has a nice view of the lake. Has a fun zero entry pool, which was great for the little ones with us. We did have to contact the manager because the travel crib was not here when we arrived however, he made arrangements to get us a travel crib yet that evening. I would highly recommend staying at this condo. We will definitely stay again.

Great location and awesome view

Great property for our family of 5 which includes three young adults. Morning coffee and evening cocktails on the deck overlooking the lake. Blended beverage appliance in the property was a nice touch. Walking distance to a few restaurants and Andy's custard. Central location for driving activities like mini golf, caverns, state parks, bars/restaurants on the lake. Pool was nice for all ages. Zero depth entry for the littles and deeper section at the other end. Music was playing during the day and fun water features. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and host left dishwasher pods, dish soap and laundry pods. Keurig K-cups were well stocked and a nice touch. We rented the pontoon for two days. This pontoon is shared with a few other rentals so reserve ahead. I would recommend a weekday for your pontoon adventure. The boats on the lake are very big and you spend a lot of time fighting the waves and the lake is very busy on the weekends. The coves are nice because they are no wake zones. If you go on the weekend, head to the main channel (no wake zone) and away from the houses. Less boats, smaller waves and beautiful nature scenery. You can also find lots of coves to anchor in and hang out. Gas stations on the lake. Bring your own floaties. Host provided beach towels and pontoon has a sunshade. Host was attentive and checked in a few times to make sure our stay was going well. Very nice VRBO and I would highly recommend this property and this host.

Bachelorette weekend!

It was definitely a great place to stay! I do recommend owner putting up more mirrors. There are only two in the house and they are in the bathroom. We had an amazing weekend for my best friend’s bachelorette weekend. There is an extra queen air mattress so that really helped. We slept 9 adults very comfortably. Owner is great as well! Very quick to respond! Definitely recommend!!!

Great for a bachelor party not for a family stay

Picked this unit based on location, having access to a boat and pictures that showcased a modern clean look. Advertised for 12 people, 6-8 people is more accurate. Plates for 8, had to buy paper plates in between running dishwasher. Coffee mugs for 4. Towels for 6 people, they have beach towels. The loft is accessed by a spiral staircase. Extremely tough to get up and down if you are over 5 foot 5 and weigh more than 100 pounds. Traveling on the stairs isn’t advisable at night. Spiral staircase was not pictured in listing. Boat wasn’t available once we were onsite and inquired to rent. Owner has three properties and didn’t mention that in the listing that it was first come first serve. We would have picked a different option if we knew boat wasn’t guaranteed. Pool is the highlight of this unit. Be advised pool hours go to midnight, and the action in the pool goes to midnight. Therefore no early bed time. No blinds in the loft so when the sun comes up, no sleeping in.

Excellent updated property

Great hosts that communicate and relay procedures required. Very accommodating with resolving small issues and prompt. The property is on the 4th floor so stair climbing is required but nice. The renovation has many modern technologies incorporated which is pleasant.

Lake of the ozarks stay

Location of property is perfect, near many restaurants and stores. Property is well maintained, owners response time is quick and very helpful. Will definitely be staying again in the near future!

LOA Stay

Very clean, nice condo. Comfortable with nice amenities. Pool was nice. I think it really only sleeps 8 comfortably and it says sleeps 12. We thought it had a pull out couch but did not. Has air mattresses. Overall, very nice rental! Thanks, and we enjoyed our stay.

This is one of the best kept condo complexes in Osage beach all while still being very laid back and chill. The HOA does a wonderful job of keeping everything in good working order and clean. This Condo complex is also right in the middle of Osage beach and so close to everything Osage beach has to offer. when your not out on the town or out on the lake you can relax and chill by one of the largest pools in Osage beach which we not only love but love having our units directly above the pool overlooking it with the lake in the background it is absolutely Beautiful!

Property is unique as we are Home remodelers for our everyday job in Iowa and we took same pride we use at our normal job to remodel this condo and make it nice for guests all while also making sure it was flush with amenities so you and your family will have fun when not in the Pool, Lake or just out on the town. All rooms have smart TV's, Google Home clocks. In the Living room you have arcade games to keep everyone busy for hours. In the kitchen we have tried to stock it with everything you will need to make any meal for yourself and your family and we have also provided a Margaritaville margarita machine for when it is time to entertain or just make the kids Non alcoholic Pina Coladas.
