At anytime during your stay, DO NOT turn thermostat any lower than 70 . Anything colder can ruin AC unit in the heat. damages will be deducted.
Place ALL trash in the trash bins to left of house. Trash gets picked up on Tuesday mornings. Do not leave anything outside of trash for animals.
Put dirty bed linens on edge of each bed, place dirty bath towels in laundry hamper or next to washer/dryer. Do not leave food in fridge. Lock doors

Amazing beautiful home

Lori you are the best. Thank you for the perfect family home away from home. Everyone was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The couches and family room were the best. This was a much needed family vacation

Nice Place Off-putting Hosts.

So we have a Group of 9 that rented the house so we could spend the 4th out on the lake we book many weeks in advance, and literally the day before we get an email threating to cancel the reservation because we did not respond within 5 hours of a email being sent through Vbro. All just cause they wanted to make sure that we kept the AC above 75 and go over thing literally on their write up. This was our first interaction with these people. Might have been better for us if they had canceled. We get to the house the house is big spacious and overall pleasant. It has everything thing you really need, except the lack of toilet paper which was also the cheapest single ply ever if you stay bring your own., we had to go buy that. We had to go buy a Fan to deal with the hot temp of the house, and that 1 of the main fans only works in reverse and not forward. But again we don't spend much time at the house as we are here for the lake. Day 2 we have a few friends and family come over for dinner, we make tacos, we are not a crazy group just trying to chill and enjoy the holiday . Getting aggressive and hostile texts from the owners accusing us of throwing a crazy party and they are going to charge us extra.. just aggressive messages which I don't see because i am cutting the taco meat. Then my phone starts ringing non-stop from them calling me. I finally get a chance to answer and they finally realize we are not trying to throw a party they calm down. After this we avoided the house as much as possible and really only used it to sleep. As we did not need to anger the overlords that are obviously vulture watching us Main breakdown Nice place looking place with amenities Hard to relax due to temp controls Found Host to be Aggressive and Hostile

Superr clean house! Ac works really good rooms are super big and clean alot of parking for boats

Parking is nicee. Super quiet nieghborhood . Rooms are perfect has a super nice game room! House was definatly on point! Cant wait to go back and get it again!
