3 BR townhouse, short walk to the beach and Dewey

Relax in this cute 3-bedroom townhouse located 3.5 blocks to the beach and a short walk to Dewey attractions. Located in "forgotten mile", just north of Dewey town limits, this newly renovated house is close enough to all the beach fun while quiet enough for families and those looking to get away from it all.

This end-unit condo has a front deck and a back patio with a grill, and outdoor furniture for enjoying summer evenings. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and a beach cart are available for creating unforgettable beach memories with family and friends. There's room for the whole family, with three bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen, one with a double, one with double bunk beds, and a pull-out couch downstairs in the living room. A nicely equipt kitchen and a dining area allow you to share meals on nights you choose to stay in. Wifi, a smart TV, games, and books are available for rainy days or quiet nights.

The beach is just three blocks away. Walk, bike, or catch the Jolly Trolley to Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach's many award-winning dining and nightlife spots. During the summer, live music is abundant and the town of Dewey hosts movie nights and bonfires on the beach. Boat, kayak, and paddleboard rentals are available nearby, as well as public boat launches. Tanger Outlet Mall is a short drive away.

Off-street parking is available for up to five vehicles. Guests must park in the designated area only and cannot block our neighbor's access to their driveway.

***GUESTS **MUST** BRING SHEETS. There is one queen bed, three full-size beds (queen sheets or larger will work on a full-size bed in a pinch!), and one full-size pull-out couch. If you forget to bring sheets, there is a Walmart on the way to the unit (about 3.5 miles north on rt. 1), Grand Rental Station in Rehoboth rents sheets (subject to availability), or as a last resort, we offer 'emergency' sheets for $50 per bed. There is also a $50 charge per bed for sleeping on the mattress pads without sheets. (You don't want to pay $50 per bedroom to rent sheets and we don't want to wash your sheets, so please remember your sheets!)

We provide pillows and blankets and enough paper products to get you started, but you need need to bring your own sheets, towels, and enough paper products for your stay.

Great place to stay

Great location. Easy to get to either Dewey Beach or Rehoboth Boardwalk. Nice clean place with everything you need for the week to feel at home.

The house was super clean and exactly as described. I slept in the queen sized bed and it was incredibly comfortable, as was the couch. The location was convenient as well. Would definitely stay again!!

Great stay

This property is well appointed and as described with plenty of bed space for a group. Host was very accessible in advance of and throughout the stay. Beach was about a 10-15 mins but very easy to traverse. The two full baths were very handy as well as the equipment available in the shed. Would recommend for a stay!

Top choice for Dewey/Rehoboth stay

Loved everything about this stay. The location was great - in between Dewey and Rehoboth, making getting to both very quick and avoiding traffic. Sleeping space for 8 was perfect for our crowd. Mattresses were soft, kitchen was clean, plenty of parking, beach chairs to borrow. Couldn't ask for much more. Would stay here again.

Wonderful home. Clean and comfortable with all amenities needed for the stay. Tammy, the owner, very helpful and available. Short walk to beach and Dewey. Jolly Trolley nearby to go into Rehoboth. Nice front deck and back patio for meals and to hang out. Perfect stay. Will be back for sure

Great location. House was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Short distance to the beach. We were able to bike everywhere. (Beach, Dewey, Rehoboth Boardwalk, etc) Owner was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We would definitely rent again!

Home run!!!

My wife and I had a delightful stay at the townhouse, which checked all the boxes for us: super comfortable and clean, quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to beach and fair number of restaurants and shops nearby. Access to beach supplies (umbrellas, chairs, etc.) in shed was nice touch. Owner responded to questions quickly and provided tons of great information. Highlight of trip was renting bikes nearby to explore Dewey, Rehoboth and Cape Henlopen - it's a great way to see the area!

Very clean & organized!!

We had a good stay at this property. When we arrived, the property was very, very clean. The checkin process was convenient and easy and the communication with Tammy was also easy and specific. The walk to the beach was a couple blocks and you do have to cross over RT. 1 but that’s not too big of a deal. The area of the beach is really nice. A pretty walk and low key neighborhood. Our stay was at the beginning of June and it wasn’t crowded at all. The property is super convenient to both Dewey and Rehoboth. We only had one car to park but I could see how parking may be tight if you had a handful of cars. There are beach chairs and a few toys and a beach cart which made it way easier and convenient. My only two negatives are bringing your own sheets and towels was a pain! Especially for us because we have four young children and we were continuing our journey up North and hated to have to pack all that stuff when I wasn’t needing it for the rest of our trip. And the second thing was the lights. I really don’t like white lightbulbs. And the lights all felt like this bright white commercial doctors office feel. But those are small things and certainly didn’t ruin the trip or stay.

Excellent stay

The house was extremely clean and neat. Probably the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Our son was using our car to attend the Firefly festival in Dover, so we couldn’t drive anywhere. But, the location was great - lots of places that were easy to access on foot, including the beach. Tammy was responsive and helpful when we had a question. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect Location & Great Hosts!

The townhouse was very conveniently located to everything we needed. Within a 10 minute walk you could be relaxing at the beach or enjoying the restaurants and nightlife in Dewey Beach. The Rehoboth shops and boardwalk were a quick drive away, as was the very quaint town of Lewes and its attractions. The townhouse itself was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for my wife and I and our two adult sons. I have to give a special mention to Tammy and Todd, the owners. They were extremely responsive and accommodating. On the second day of our stay, in the midst of a heat wave, the central AC unit in the townhouse died. They were quick to respond to our plight, providing us with fans and window AC units for all of the rooms. We would recommend their home to anyone!

Coastal Gem!

This terrific home is a real coastal gem. Home has plenty space inside & out, and very clean and comfortable throughout. 5x mins drive to Rehoboth Town Center, but also a lovely walk. Owners make sure everything works out. Will definitely go back.
