Welcome to your beach getaway! This charming condo is perfectly situated in the heart of Dewey Beach, 1/2 block from the Bottle & Cork, offering you the best of both worlds—steps away from the sandy shores and just a short stroll to the town's vibrant nightlife, dining, and shopping spots. With a cozy yet comfortable layout, 3 full bedrooms, one with its own full bathroom, sleeps 6 comfortably making it ideal for couples and friend groups.
INCLUDES SHEETS & BATH TOWELS!

Beach towels are not provided.

This unit has 12 steps to get to it (no elevator) & has 2 parking spots.

Please note: Surveillance camera is present at the front door for security purposes.

Please note our house rules:
*No smoking of any kind
*No guests (max 6 people)
*Be mindful of neighbors & noise volume
*No pets
*No parties
*Any damages that occur may be assessed, and you may be responsible for covering the repair or replacement costs
*Do not disconnect the Wifi router

The place was exactly as described. Great walking location to everything in Dewey. A host. They were very friendly and made the check in/out process a piece of cake. They were even very accommodating when we asked if we could add an extra day to our trip. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Very clean, cute, great location. We wish they had provided even one tiny little hair dryer for us to use though. Also, they have a 100 fee for losing one of their complimentary Starboard VIP passes which we found out are free & easy to get so….that feels a little excessive

While they are indeed available to the public ONE WEEKEND during the year, they are not free, nor are they replaceable so it puts us in a pickle for the next guests if they aren't returned. The $100 fee is simply motivation for guests to leave the cards so the next guests can enjoy them also, since mention them in our listing. We had a fantastic stay! This condo was so centrally located that we never moved the car once! The beach was beautiful, a place to rent kayaks right on the same street, all the fun bars- definitely can’t beat this location if you’re interested in the bar scene! Getting to see the sunset right from the end of the block was maybe my fave part. The condo was exactly as described and perfect for our girls getaway. Very clean, lots of spare blankets/ pillows. I saw someone commented about a hair dryer but there is one there now. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and being able to relax on the big cozy couch in the living room. Overall it was excellent and would recommend!

I traveled with a group of 6 adults who spend a few days in Dewey every summer It was a perfect apartment for us- all that we needed was there From amenities in the kitchen to the bedrooms- the ease of arriving and just relaxing was possible Decor was cute and you felt you were at the beach I have stayed at different beach houses and usually there is a slight dampness Worth noting there was none here Carey was a wonderful host; providing all information ahead of our stay and responding quickly to any questions The block was not noisy and you are right in the heart of dewey We would definitely stay again and highly recommend

This was a great space! Conveniently located with a nice couch, a well stocked kitchen, and a good layout. Communication with the hosts was extremely easy - they were very responsive to any issues we had. Highly recommend! One thing to note in the description - you can hear some noise from nearby bars/venues, but we didn't mind!
