Holiday home “ti racconto il mare”

Delightful, super panoramic apartment located in the heart of Salerno's historic center, just a few meters away from the enchanting 'Giardino della Minerva' and the Cathedral of the Duomo.
Structured for two people, it consists of a spacious living room with kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and two terraces, from which you can admire a breathtaking view, all furnished with high-design pieces (Kartell, touch lamps, Vietri ceramics, small Smeg appliances - kettle, juicer, etc.).
There's also (see spiral staircase) a small loft area used as a service bathroom-laundry with sink, washing machine, Dyson vacuum cleaner, clothes rack, and iron.
Upon your arrival, along with a welcome gift, you'll find coffee pods for use with an Italian coffee machine, ground coffee for an American coffee machine, various types of herbal teas, bedroom linens, bath towel sets, liquid and solid soap, disposable shower cap, dishwasher tablets, various detergents, smart TV with access to Netflix, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.

The smaller terrace is equipped with an electric awning, allowing for outdoor dining even during the hottest parts of the day.
The larger terrace has a manual awning and outdoor sofas that allow you to enjoy the wonderful panorama and the absolutely relaxing climate present in Salerno's historic center. Please note that both terraces are PRIVATE, so guests will have exclusive use of the entire property.

Additionally, there's an option to avail the cleaning service (paid service).

The apartment is located a few hundred meters from various land and sea transportation services. "Ti Racconto il Mare" can be reached not only from the main road (via Rampe San Lorenzo - pedestrian-only road in the historic center) but also from Salvatore de Renzi street, where it will be possible to park the car (see photo). The facility offers the possibility of self-check-in or in-person check-in with the owner, at the customer's discretion.

The main goal is to take care of the smallest details that characterize the holiday experience at 'Ti Racconto il Mare' as something truly enjoyable, something that can remain in their hearts and memories.

Meravigliosa vista

Abbiamo soggiornato solamente 2 giorni ma con grande piacere. Appartamento bello e confortevolissimo, letto comodo e ambiente accogliente. L'asso è sicuramente la zona esterna con terrazzi ben attrezzati e vista spettacolare sul golfo. Federica gentilissima e molto attenta.

Best apartment, best host ever!

My husband and I agree that Federica's apartment was the nicest place we've ever stayed - so stylish and also so comfortable. The views from the multiple patios are amazing, but it was all of the included features that made our stay so great: washing machine (with instructions!) and laundry soap provided and an indoor and outdoor drying area, toiletries in the chic bath, coffee/tea and coffee maker, lovely bed with nice sheets, and more. But the best part was Federica our host - although we did not get to meet in person, she communicated with us before and during our stay to ensure that we had everything we could need or want, and left us fabulous pastries and cannoli to welcome us to Salerno! We miss it already and hope to return one day. Ciao Federica!

Excellent Escape

Salerno was the perfect place to begin our Italian vacation. Fede was a constant source of communication which made everything from check in to eating out so easy. The apartment was super clean and exactly what we needed. Yes, there are a lot of stairs and the apartment is on the top of the hill overlooking town and the sea so the views are beautiful. We had a minor mishap with a wine glass ( we broke it) while enjoying the wine she left for us and Fede graciously replied and brought us another glass. We would gladly stay here again should we ever return to Salerno.

Beautiful apartment in Salerno

We greatly enjoyed Federica’s apartment in Salerno. The views are tremendous! The apartment is very clean with everything you need. We can’t say enough about Federica as a host. She made the check in easy, welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. She is so friendly and helpful we felt like we were visiting our favorite cousin in Italy! 10/10 would definitely stay here again! Thank you Federica for making our visit to Salerno great!

My husband and I really enjoyed our visit to Salerno. We explored the surrounding area during the day and were always happy to return to Frederica’s property. The apartment was as described and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the patio with the sunshade and the view is spectacular. Frederica was warm and welcoming and made some wonderful recommendations. We hope to return and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Federico.

An absolutely gorgeous location and a beautiful home

This spot was incredible. Federica was very helpful with everything we needed. It was perfectly clean when we got there and had fresh oranges for us to make orange juice with. The view was stunning and worth the walk up to the location. I absolutely loved staying here and would highly recommend to everyone looking for a place in Salerno. It was very close to the Ferry terminal for the Amalfi coast and very close to the train station in Salerno. I already miss staying here!

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location

Frederica was an amazing, gracious, welcoming host that absolutely made our stay! Her spot in salerno was super clean, convenient and had beautiful views. Absolutely recommend if you are looking to stay on the amalfi coast

3 nights in the lovely Ti Racconto il Mare

Fede is a wonderful host, we really can’t say enough thanks & appreciation for how lovely our experience was. The flat is located just a 5 minute walk to the center of Salerno and just 20 minute walk to the local station where you can easily ride a bus along the coast to Amalfi. Fede was always willing to help and was so kind & even helped us plan our trip to Amalfi. She also checked in to make sure we were comfortable & was so helpful with recommendations for places in the area. Her place is so cutely decorated & the bed was very comfortable. The views from her balconies are unforgettable & the home is truly a hidden gem within the heart of Salerno. ♥️♥️♥️If I ever find myself in Italy again I will be bringing my family back to “Ti Racconto il Mare.” Grazie Fede!

Perfekter Urlaub in Salerno

Schon im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation mit Federica sehr gut, sie hat uns auf Nachfrage weitere Fotos zur Wohnung geschickt. Vor Ort war sie jederzeit ansprechbar und hat sich zwischendurch erkundigt, wie es uns geht. Wir fühlten uns super unterstűtzt. Die Wohnung selbst ist ein Traum, man möchte nie wieder nach Hause...

Clean and accommodating

We had a lovely stay and would absolutely come back. The property was very clean and had unexpected touches including the local decor and fresh fruit. It had everything we needed and more, although the wifi was a little spotty at times. The views were spectacular, and of course, come with a lot of steps. Pack light! Federica was very responsive and friendly.

Incredible apartment, with a view to die for, in the heart of Salerno

We absolutely loved our accomodation and experience in this apartment in the historic area of Salerno! The flat itself was well equipped with everything we needed for our 4 night stay with extra touches from our beautiful host Federica such as fresh oranges and an electric juicer to make fresh juice each morning along with an automatic espresso machine with pods provided and chocolate croissants! Obviously the view from the two private balconies being a big highlight that we enjoyed each night and morning. Federica was a very helpful and accomodating host with recommendations of the local attractions such as the medieval botanical garden very close by and of course short ferry rides to everywhere you might want to visit on the Amalfi coast, as we did one day to Amalfi for a mere 9 euro! My partner and I can’t recommend this apartment enough and if we ever come back to Salerno we will certainly hope to find this apartment available again. Grazie Federica!
