An easy, 15 mile drive from Fort Meyers Airport, Bonita Beach and Tennis Club is ideally located near Naples, Sanibel, and Marco. Beautiful Bonita Beach is right across the street and offers miles of beach to walk, play in the water, or let the day go as you watch the sunset. Doc’s offers water sports rentals as well as breakfast, lunch, or dinner. You can join the crowd on the beach for sunset … or opt for a quiet moment on our recently restored lanai as the sun goes down. Two comfortable zero gravity chairs out there to nap in the sun or enjoy the evening air. We have four beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, toys, and a beach wagon available to you in our storage unit. Skip the traffic and enjoy eating at Coconut Jack’s or Doc’s, both a five minute walk, or stay home and use the well equipped kitchen. Plenty of live entertainment and dinner options within a few miles. The unit also has a very comfortable couch with two end recliners and King mattress.. Plenty of nearby attractions if you enjoy nature, shopping, water sports, and boating. Easy access to bike rentals through a local company called Bonita Bike Rental. They drop off and pick up in the parking lot! It all adds up to the perfect place to stay in the sun!

Bonita Beach Retreat

Other than traffic and ongoing construction, which are out of the owners hands, we enjoyed the chance to relax in their condo and the surrounding area.

Great Location

Great location. While there was still some construction due to previous hurricanes it didn’t interfere with what we wanted to do. The condo was perfect for two people and we would definitely stay there again.

Great location

Really enjoyed our stay! Great location: a short walk to beautiful beach and two good restaurants. Avoided driving in beach traffic. The chairs and umbrella were perfect for the beach. Laura was easy to communicate with, and very responsive to a couple of requests. Highly recommend this property

Beautiful location steps from the beach!

This property is lovely! Perfect getaway for two people. It’s steps away from the beach which I walked to every day! The location is great for visiting Marco island, Naples, Sanibel, or Captiva island and For Myers. There was so much to do or just enjoy the beach. The room was comfortable with all the comforts of home. I will definitely be back!

Bonita springs super.

The host Laura and John were awesome. They responded every time we had a question, The unit was perfect, just bring your personal clothes, they have everything waiting for you. The pool was outside our building, not busy at all, like your own private pool. Location was great.

Fantastic location and Condo

What a sweet spot! Walk across the street to the beach, and/or have a drink on the sand at Doc's. Sitting on the patio at night with a glass of wine was wonderful. A nice view and good breezes. Also, the location makes it easy to drive to many wonderful restaurants up Bonita Beach Road We were very happy with the condo. Very clean and comfy. The hosts thought of all the lilttle things we needed for our long holiday weekend. We had a few questions upon arrival and our host was quick to respond and very helpful. When we return to SW FL -- this place is where we will stay again. It was just perfect for us two.

Unit was great grounds not so much!

The unit was perfect for two. Very clean and well stocked. Appreciated the extras like beach chairs, umbrella and wagon that helped us get back and forth to the beach. Owners were easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The only negative were the grounds. I’m assuming because of the hurricane there was construction everywhere!!. No tennis courts and pools were full but not open to residents. This is a great place to stay but I’d give them a couple years to recover from the damage.

Nice Stay at Bonita Beach

Clean and comfortable for two people. Easy correspondence with hosts. Few suggestions would be to send renters instructions on where to pull in and how to drive around back of the buildings to get to the location--at night with limited lighting and a lot blocked off it is difficult to figure out where you are going on arrival. Shower is very slippery so may want to put something down to help with traction. Did not use beach supplies or check closet so can't speak to that as unfortunately was too windy to stay on beach day we went to see it but worth also noting that the balcony sits over a busy loud street. Otherwise is a short walk across street to beach and plenty of easy access to food, activity.

We have stayed at this complex four times. Without question, this was our best experience!

This property is in Building 4(a plus as not directly across from very busy Docs) with a nice view of the Gulf. Very firm bed, nice bathroom, and everything you will need in the kitchen. South Florida can be hot & humid and the A/C system is the coolest we have experienced. In the closet is everything you will need for the beach—chairs, umbrellas, and coolers. Checkin was by private code & a plus not having to deal with a key. The owner was accessible & checked in with us, when it was not necessary. Great experience & would highly recommend this property! Perfect beach access.

Wife and I stayed here over Independence Day week. Unit was perfect and just as described in listing. Beach amenities such as chairs, umbrella and wagon were a welcomed treat. Local restaurants and activities were great.

Comfy and cozy

Perfect location for adventures, relaxing, and the beach! Great restaurants close by! I recommend the ice cream place Sweet Melissa's and get the chocolate covered key lime pie! Condo was small and cozy! Perfect for two but will be tight with more. Tons of kitchen and necessary things are included in the space. Bed was extremely comfortable! The TV was a little finicky at some points. The volume would stop working on the cable input but Netflix and Hulu worked so not an issue for us! Bathroom was a great size and water pressure was excellent! Thanks for a great stay!

Great short getaway

The condo is just as described, located in a great area. Walk to the beach and fun restaurants. The property itself is undergoing renovation but still very well kept. The check-in process was incredibly easy and smooth. Thank you

Great location

Love our 4 days mini vacation, this place has everything you need to have fun right on the beach, you can either walk to the beach or drive right across the building is a park you can park your car. there is a restaurant Doc's Beach House, that serves breakfast and lunch, this place has a great variety of food and drinks even dessert! We really enjoyed our mini getaway place. Definitely recommended and definitely planning to come back.

Nice location and relatively quiet

We had a great stay and really appreciated the AC because it was hot in July! The restaurant (Doc's) on the beach within short walking distance is a real bonus as well.

Can’t wait to stay here again!!

I can’t say enough nice things about the entire process from booking, messaging with the owners, the area, etc. All is as described, but better! We didn’t decide on a car rental so we used Uber only to find (practically) everything in walking distance. The set up for the chairs, umbrella, cooler, wagon, towels… I can go on & on. We chose to eat out as our stay was fairly short. We spent breakfast and dinner @ Docs & Coconut Jacks which is fantastic. If you plan on cooking/eating in, these owners are amazing and have EVERYTHING you’ll need. All is exactly as advertised and the walk is just minutes to the beautiful beach. Again, I can’t recommend this booking enough and look forward to being back soon!!!

It’s all about the location. Great sidewalks for walking and biking and the beach across the street. Crosswalk on Bonita Beach road makes it safe and easy.
