Rolando manages a wonderful home and everything was amazing. The property provided several amenities such as a pop up tent and large wagon which came in handy for the beach. We loved everything about this place!

Close to the beach

The home was very spacious for my family and I. Well stocked kitchen and the addition of all the beach gear available was very nice. Very close to the beach. Would most definitely return.

Close to the beach

Stayed for 5 nights and my family and it was amazing. The house truly surpassed my expectations. Rolando was a great host, there was an issue with the freezer and he sent a tech right away to get it fixed. It was the best week ever. You won’t be disappointed.

Great for Large Family

We booked for a summer trip to South Padre Island. Pictures are accurate description. Property was clean, well maintained, and centrally located. Beach access is approx 100 yards from the house. There are 4 bicycles, several beach toys, a wagon, and floating devices. Pool in backyard was deeper than we expected and was a relaxing getaway from the summertime crowds. Would definitely stay again.

Family time

Everything was great. The host was great and communicated effectively. The only issue was I did see a small roach in one of the bedrooms and a HUGE roach in the kitchen. Other than that I had no issues.

Beautiful property

Overall, we had a fantastic time staying at this property. The kids loved the pool and the proximity to the beach made it a perfect choice. My only complaint was the presence of cockroaches.... dead and alive. You could see that there were attempts made to get r8d of them but they were still present. On the silverware, dishware, countertops.

Great location and really nice home.

This home is really nice. Pool was crystal clear and even cooled making it great for the summer heat even at night. Our only issues were the beds weren't cleaned. There was sand in two beds and the bunk beds had a slight mildew smell to them. Freezer part of fridge wasn't working properly but manager compensated some ice for us so all was good. Manager was very helpful and friendly as well as very responsive to messages. We would love to stay here again as we come to SP every year. Hopefully the issues will be taken care of for next time if we get to stay here again.

Overall stay was enjoyable house was spacious. Had problem with coffee pot didn't work had so send husband to buy coffee at McDonald's. I was not impressed with old pots and pans they need to be replace. Only one trash can for both properties & it was super full when we arrive.

I love EVERYTHING. The whole house was beautiful inside and out. Good neighborhood..it was clean and it felt really good in there & i also loved that the beach wasnt far at all from the house..The ONLY thing i did not like was that it was a small pool & doesnt show how many feet it was because it look big in the picture but the water felt sooo great tho and the 2 bunk beds where in the hallway next to the stairs because it looked like it was in a room but its not & i was scared for my lil one's to sleep there but i will so rent it out again. I will just need to bring the baby gate next time lol..

Enjoyed our stay

Was pleased overall. The only problem was with the kitchen. The cooktop was broken so not all burners worked. The kitchen was not stocked with bowls, plates, or usable pans. We purchased paper plates and cheap pans. It was difficult to cook without both big burners. We only cooked breakfast so it worked. The utensils were not clean when we got there but they had a small bottle of dish soap so that worked. Overall, it was a nice place with plenty of room for our group. I would stay there again even with the few complaints.

Very clean and spacious. Was surprised of how much room we had. Awesome stay!

Overall experience was awesome! We’re a few small things missing like beach towels and a couple of appliances that didn’t work but we were able to get a hold of Mr. Falcon right away and he and everything was handled. My group will come back next year for sure!
