Sit back and relax at this peaceful place. Steps to the beach. Great location on gulf strip. Fews mins away from adventurous water sports(banana boat, kayak, etc). Steps away from the island's best restaurants/bars.
Furnished with king bed in bedroom, queen size sleeper sofa in living room for comfortable stay. Smart TVs with cable. Other facilities - wifi, pool, outdoor bbq/grill, parking, private beach access, onsite laundry. Professionally cleaned. Suitable for friends and family of any age.

Nice getaway

Enjoyed the stay, easy access to beach and eateries/bar. We loved how convenient it was to get in and out of the main road. The unit was perfect for couples and loved how peaceful it was night and in the morning. I would stay here again! Thank you.

South Padre Island

The room was clean and comfortable. The appliances are very nice and clean. It is very well insulated; you cannot hear any outside noise from the pool or the hotel next door. It is close to the beach access gate and the pool. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Stay at SPI!!

We had an amazing time at Kabes’s place. The place is great, very clean and has everything you need. The communication was super easy and quick. The property’s location is fantastic, with private beach access, walking distance to the Sea Turtle Inc. and South padre Island Birding and Nature Center. This is definitely a great place to stay and we will be coming back for sure!

A lovely weekend getaway!

This condo is beautiful, clean, and comfortable for a long or short term stay. We loved how close access to the beautiful beach was. The balcony was perfect for sitting and enjoying meals. The pool is also really nice and clean. Occasionally there was music coming from a nearby establishment outside and we were so impressed that we couldn't hear it at all inside the condo. Exceeded all our expectations and we will definitely be back!

great spot, well kept unit.

love the location of the facility and of the unit itself. so close to the surf, easy to access. The unit had everything we needed to make our short stay more than comfortable. Swimming pool was big and clean. Our 5 year old really appreciated the netflix and disney+ We will certainly be going back.

Spacious and comfy

Condo is as pictured and maybe even better because we were pleasantly surprised with how much room there is. It had all the amenities and more. The bed was soooo comfy and i slept so good! Right next to the beach and one of the pools. Check in was a breeze and simple to lock and unlock the door. Check out instructions are easy and simple. Definitely recommend this condo for your next vacation

Great stay

The property was perfect for our family beach vacation this summer. The condo was clean, adorably decorated, over looked the garden and pool area and was only steps from the beach! It’s right next to Clayton’s, which has weekly fire works (super fun for the kids) and across the street from the sea turtle rescue! It was a great location. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday during our stay and the property owner surprised us with a cake! The thoughtfulness and communication with the property owner was spot on. We had a great experience and highly recommend considering this property for you next stay!

Relaxing Week at the Beach

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and well cared for. It is located right on the beach, so easy access. It is farther north on the island and away from most of the traffic. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom worked well. The only negative was that it is located next to a hotel with an outdoor waterpark and pavilion. On the weekends, they play loud music until midnight. Fortunately, the unit we stayed in was a bit removed from the noise and it was not a major problem. All in all, I would recommend this condo for a vacation stay.

Girls getaway

Stayed here with my 2 teen/young adult daughters. This is a 2nd floor walk-up at the Tiki. Down sides to property: no ocean view, but steps away from beach. Open trash cans below the staircase for the units are quite malodorous, hvac return in unit is located in bathroom ceiling and is very loud. We kept bathroom door shut so as to dampen the noise. Upsides to the unit: well-appointed- we had everything we needed in kitchen with exception of a toaster. Very clean unit! Very cutely decorated! Both pull-out bed and king size bed had mattress toppers and were very comfortable! Unit even had lounging chairs to take to the beach. Overall, for the price, would stay here again. We had a great time. Also, the Tiki is within walking distance to two bars and beachside eateries.

Condo with pros and cons

We enjoyed our stay despite the cons but our stay would have been more comfortable had these maintenance issues been fixed. Pros: Cozy beachy feel; furnished nicely Books and games Provided beach towels and toiletries Owner was very responsive in communication with us Owner gave us early access Cons: Cook top was cracked. Didn't feel comfortable using it due to safety concerns No beach chairs. The booklet in the condo stated there were beach chairs. Living room ceiling fan over the sofa bed didn't work. A wire was cut. Dining light didn't work Lamp in the living room couldn't figure out how to turn it on. Flip several switches to no avail. Lamp in the master had a burned out bulb

The perfect place for an ocean vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lost lobster. The condo is exactly as pictured and so incredibly close to the ocean. It was the nicest thing in the morning to be able to walk outside and see the sunset. The staff at the Tiki complex we're all very courteous. The property itself is very well maintained. There wasn't a day during our stay that I didn't see a tiki employee dutifully working outside. The condo itself has a wonderful patio that looks at the pool. It was so nice to sit out and have my morning coffee in such a relaxing surrounding. The living room was comfortable with dual recliners built into the couch. The TV offered plenty to watch during the evenings after long days outside in the sun. The kitchen had not only a Keurig but a regular brew, coffee maker, blender, ample pots and pans to make any meal, and plenty of dishes and silverware for your needs. The unit also had a beach, umbrella and chairs which were so nice to have access to. The owners. Also provide towels which you can exchange for clean ones on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This was a really nice perk so that we didn't have to do any laundry. I can't say anything bad about this condo. It was a great stay for me, my daughter and our dog... Who got to enjoy this trip with us since the condo is also pet friendly! Do yourself a favor and rent this unit if you're considering a stay on South Padre Island. Creepy

Very Nice Property

Overall the property was very nice. Lovely deck overlooking courtyard. Comfortable couch and good size TV's. Nice new oak furniture in the bedroom and new kitchen appliances. Well equiped with shampoo, conditioner, kitchen spices, coffee, garbage bags, etc. which you don't usually find in a rental. Very nice !!
