Nice Location

I am fussy. I like down pillows and 100% cotton sheets. I like thick bath towels. I like knives that are sharp. I missed all those little things that I like. I have stayed at other vrbo places that were excellent. This one was not my favorite. Also, cracked tiles on the floor, and poor lighting in the living room making reading difficult. They do offer bicycles and paddleboards, which we used.

Beautiful Home, Great Location

This house was perfect for relaxation and R&R in the sunshine. There were 4 of us in the house and we had plenty of room. The beds were nice, the pool area was great. We used UBER to get around and it worked out great for us. We spent a day in Fort Meyers beach (maybe 15 min), we went to Sanibel and took a dolphin cruise. Our weather was chilly and rainy but we had a great time. We would stay here again.

Enjoyed the Sunshine

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We were close to everything we wanted to see. The home was very comfortable and plenty of space if you had a larger group. Of course the weather waswonderful.

The Sun and Fun property was perfect for my family of 5 and dog. We used the paddle boards daily at the Cape Coral beach only 3 minutes away and fished daily. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a week’s stay. We cooked in quite often but there are also tons of restaurants nearby. We highly recommend!

Just like home, sun fun and comfort

Our stay was wonderful, everything at our fingertips with plenty of space, nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors close to everything. Pool and lanai area superb I had many long peaceful walks always felt safe. Would definitely go back!!@

Exactly what we needed for a spring break getaway

Not Wheel Chair Accessible

This property is listed as wheelchair accessible but there are steps to each door, the door ways are too narrow for a chair, the shower is not accessible and there is no extra room around the toilets. This made our family vacation incredibly difficult. I contacted the property owner and she was far from sympathetic to our situation. She seemed to be blaming VBRO for the mistake in listing the property as wheelchair accessible. I specifically said that I wanted to make sure the listing is changed so that another wheelchair user is not put in this bad situation but I just checked and it still says wheelchair accessible. This makes it impossible for me to consider using VBRO or recommending VBRO ti any person with a disability. Please contact me as I want to make sure this listing is changed or this property is removed from the VBRO platform.

Spring Training

Was everything as advertised. Plenty of amenities-we didn’t need to bring anything extra for beach or activities. Was super clean and prompt when I needed to reach out during check in process. Used the bikes to tool around area. Less traffic in area which is what we wanted but was easy to get to/from Fort Myers activities we had planned (Spring Training Baseball games/bigger beach). Would stay here again!!

Lovely experience!

Terrific home in ideal setting within a quiet, charming neighborhood. House was clean, updated and centrally located near variety of dining options (recommend Lobster Lady). Set on canal with Gulf access and short ride to Ft. Myers, Sanibel and other prime attractions allowed for great exploration and time outdoors. Pool and hot tub were also nice features. We were very pleased and hope to be return guests!

Amazing Place!

Little peace of paradise! Between hanging around the pool and hot tub or just relaxing by the canal, it was amazing! Close proximity to beaches and the pier at the yacht club while also still close to places for everyday day needs (cause will all forget something). Would stay here again next time!

Quiet and relaxing

We enjoyed our time to unwind here while we had to await our recently purchased home to be ready. Brooke was extremely responsive and her mom (lives next door) is so sweet! She gave us great recommendations for the area! The home was clean, pool was refreshing and is such a nice place to relax!

Great House! Great Location!

My husband, 2 dogs and I had a fantastic time at this house. It was equipped with everything we could possibly need for linens, cooking and the pool. Restaurants and shopping were wicked close too! This house is situated on the water and is on a dead end street which was a bonus!!! We will DEFINITELY be back.

Perfect long weekend

This was my first rental and it was a great experience. I overpacked. The house had everything you could possible need! We enjoyed the pool everyday and the complete relaxation of being on a quiet street on the water with friendly nice neighbors. the hot tub at night was also a nice treat. We bbq'd and went to Sanibel for the day and they had beach chairs, mats, coolers ..everything! I cant wait to stay again! Brooke was a doll!
