Welcome to Villa Siren’s Song! Escape to paradise with this coastal villa located on a canal and featuring a custom heated pool. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom is conveniently located near various shopping centers, restaurants, golf courses, airports, and beaches.

Siren's Song boasts an open-concept floor plan that allows the whole family to be together, plenty of seating, and a large flat-screen TV with glass doors leading out to the pool. The game room includes a new poker/bumper pool and foosball table perfect for all ages to keep you entertained for hours!


Flat-screen TV's in all three bedrooms. Guest Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Lanai/Pool/Dock: You will no doubt spend most of your time by the pool! This Villa features an electric-heated pool with Western exposure. You have plenty of seating available! There are also sun loungers to sit by the pool. There is a convenient pool half-bath as well as an outdoor shower. The propane grill is available for you to use during your stay.

This home also has access to the boat dock and boat lift; there are 3 kayaks located at the home for guest use. You can also rent a boat and explore the waterways or sit by the water and watch the wildlife. Villa Siren’s Song will leave you savoring all that Southwest Florida offers! Book now.

We enjoyed this beautiful home and the well stocked amenities it provided. The pool and lanai area were perfect! We especially liked the gas table top fire in the evenings. Also enjoyed the location on the canal. The host was also kind and responsive. Thanks for a wonderful escape!

What a delight to stay here!Comfy cozy all around!Caught large fish in the channel and swam from morning till night in the warm pool.Poker,bumper pool and foosball were an added bonus.Plenty of room to spread out.Would definitely book here again!

Perfect place to make life long, family memories! This home has everything you need to make everyone in your family happy, from the kids, to the parents, and even the grand-parents! Our hosts were amazing! There was great communication (before and during our stay). They worked with us to meet all of our family needs, and had a full staff on call ready to come over if anything was not working properly. Our family was sad to leave this beautiful residence. We will be back again for sure!

My daughter and I had a great time. The house was beautiful and was stocked with anything we would need (beach chairs & towels, spices for cooking, etc). The pool was great and the neighborhood quiet. There were a few hiccups due to thunderstorms but the owner responded quickly and sent the maintenance man in a timely manner. We would definitely return and recommend to others.

Great!

We stayed a week and loved it! The pool is a little smaller than we thought but still big enough and fun! There was tons for the kids to do and we had fun fishing off the back and using the kayaks! The location was perfect for us! There was construction nextdoor but it didn't bother us at all. Would definitely stay again! The hosts were very responsive as well! Overall a great stay!

Very peaceful neighborhood! Excellent location to everything in the area worth exploring. Great pool, caught huge Catfish off the dock. The boat lift is awkward but if you’re motivated! The house is very nice and has everything you need!M

Month of Sunshine!

The home is very nice and comfortable. We had the house for a month and were very satisfied with the entire accommodations. The location is in a residential area so a few miles away from grocery store, etc. About 4 miles. the pool is well maintained and warm. Would stay again.

Great house!!!

This house has all the amenities one could dream of having in a vacation home. It was very spacious, decorated to the nines, and lovely furniture. Communication with the hosts was always wonderful and in a timely fashion. We would definitely recommend staying in this house if you’re fortunate enough to find an opening!

Great property! Very clean! Description was spot on!

The home was just as nice and clean as the pictures in the ad. We enjoyed our stay and the pool was heated and sparkling. The kitchen was stocked with all appliances you could think of. We did travel with our 2 beagles and they enjoyed the areas local parks and beaches. Grocery and retail stores are a bit away from the home, but we didn't mind. I will say at night the outdoor property is very dark. I would suggest bringing a flashlight if you have pets to walk. Other than that, it was fantastic!

Great getaway in quiet area

We stayed here after a few crazy days in Orlando so we could have relax and enjoy nature. Amazing beaches nearby and awesome opportunity to see wildlife. Loved the kayak option right behind the house. My son was in the pool daily (super warm water on cold nights). We also played foosball in our downtime. Beautiful home to stay in.

Beautiful home nice comfortable bed and had everything we needed. Pool was warm and clean. The only small thing is the 45 mile an hour speed limit on the road. Other than that it was perfect.
