With beautiful craftsmanship throughout the well-appointed house. The ground level has a newly refinished pine floor and an open-plan design, with the large kitchen overlooking the cozy living room. There are lots of books to read; there is lots of seating on the sofas; a kitchen bar that seats 4 overlooks the kitchen; and the dining table seats eight. The double oven and wine fridge make this area great for entertaining.

All bedrooms have stranded bamboo floors and their own ensuites. The primary suite is located on the ground floor, with a large closet and a large bathroom with a soaking tub and shower.

Located up the stairs on a half level is the second bedroom with two twin beds, and the ensuite has a full tub and shower combo. Up the next half level are bedrooms 3 and 4, which both house king beds and have access to the balcony that overlooks the pool. There is plenty of space for a morning coffee with the high-top table and chairs, a chaise, and a sofa. The 5th bedroom is located on the same level and has 2 queen beds with plenty of space for games, making it perfect for the children to play. This ensuite has a separate tub and shower.

Watch over the family in the pool and spa from the outdoor patio or the second-floor balcony. There are many doors on the ground level to enjoy the outside, including the primary suite. A full bathroom with a shower is available from the outside entrance and the hallway for all to use.
