We’re a bit confused about your negative experience, as we didn’t hear from you during your stay. After your departure, you contacted us about leaving a pair of Uggs behind. When we couldn’t locate them, you expressed concern that they were stolen. Our team made multiple attempts to visit the home to search, including checking the dumpsters, and eventually, you let us know that you had accidentally thrown them away. You also expressed appreciation for our efforts. We truly felt bad that we couldn’t find them, and as it was Christmas, we reimbursed you for the Uggs as a goodwill gesture. Given that you mentioned everything else during your stay was wonderful, we’re unclear as to why you would say, “Beware: The stay.” We made every effort to ensure you had a great experience and went above and beyond to address your concerns.
