Our listing clearly states that we provide starter supplies only (including a limited amount of toilet paper and dishwasher pods) to allow guests to settle in upon arrival. Ongoing supplies are the responsibility of the guest, which is a common practice in many vacation rentals. Additionally, your reservation was made for two guests, and during your stay there were requests to accommodate additional overnight visitors beyond what was agreed to in the original booking. For safety, insurance, and property management reasons, we strictly adhere to the confirmed guest count outlined in the reservation and house rules. We strive to be transparent in our listing so guests know exactly what to expect, and we encourage future guests to review all details carefully or reach out with any questions prior to arrival.
