1 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo at The Regency Towers in Panama City Beach! Best Location at the Regency Towers, on the West end of the building.

Regency Towers is one of the well-established resorts with Great Amenities at a budget price! Great family resort lots for kids and adults to do on property and nearby. 2 large pools, Indoor Hot Tub Spa, Tiki Bar between the pools, 2 large grilling areas, and shuffleboard courts are on site. There is over 650 feet of sugar white beachfront for you to enjoy.

Regency Towers Beach Resort Is located on the east end of Panama City Beach. It is 1 mile west of St Andrews State Park, 3 Marinas with deep sea fishing charters, pontoon boat / Jet Ski rentals. There are many local restaurants nearby such as J Michael’s, Grand Marlin, Capt. Anderson’s Famous Seafood, Sisters of The Sea & Dive Bar, Patches Bar and Grille, Billy’s Oyster Bar and Schooners Last Local’s Beach Club and Open Air Restaurant on the beach. Just a 2.5 miles east of the Mega Beach Clubs Spinnaker, Club LaVela and Hammer Head Fred's.

Sorry No Dogs allowed except documented service dogs.

$40 Per Condo Regency Towers Resort Registration fee is collected at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands. This fee covers 1 parking pass, for an extra it is $15.
Each renter will be issued 2 parking passes maximum. When we reach 70%(+) occupancy(Summer and busy weeks), then renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo.


Final Payment for accommodations must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Exceptions made for last minute bookings.

Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice-

Extra person charges may apply if the total number of people are increased after the initial reservation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. We wished that at the booking we were told of the construction going on on the condo property. Very loud, dirty and construction workers on site. I notified the property manager and had numerous conversations but they did not offer any compensation for this. It was clearly posted on property that this was a scheduled construction and all owners were notified. We would like a partial refund for this inconvenience on our vacation.

Husband and I enjoyed our stay. Condo was well furnished. Bed was super comfortable. Loved having a large parking lot rather than a parking garage. Chairs on balcony were nice and we enjoyed the views. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about our 6 night stay and we will definifely book this condo again.

condo at Panama

The view was awesome. We could see the ocean on one side of the balcony and the city on the other. The kitchen needed some new nonstick skillets & bigger utensils to cook with. The lights in the hallway & bedrooms were not working right. overall we enjoyed it! thank you & God bless!

Beach vacay

It was all in all ok with the exception that the dishwasher was almost falling out the light in the kitchen was flickering … did not have a broom at all … the dryer filter did not fit and was so scared it would start a fire while running considering the towels would go in where the filter was supposed to be ..

Not what I was expecting

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When first walking in there were major cleaning issues such as counter tops weren’t clean in kitchen and bathrooms and previous renters dirty hair filled rags were found in one of the showers. The floor hadn’t been mopped in a while and made feet dirty. I spent about $100 just buying cleaning supplies and cleaning our first day. The washer and dryer are almost unusable literally falling apart and rusted through. The bathroom showers looks like it has black mold between the tiles in the grout. The toilets look like their from the 70’s and very small. There was no light outside our door like all the others had so very dark and kinda scary at night. The elevators broke down several times and even when working sometimes had to wait 20 minutes just to return to condo because of them. Building is very very old. The size of the condo was nice and I did feel the bedroom was clean. Be prepared to smell marijuana everytime you take your family on balcony, pool or beach.

Nightmare Experience

The AC unit in this condo was dead when we arrived. The management company (Emerald Coast Destinations) was rude, failed to provide timely updates on any potential repairs, and generally seemed inconvenienced by our complaints. After multiple nights of no AC, in June, in FLORIDA, we requested a refund. The management company only offered us box fans, or to be moved miles away from our family and friends to another one of their properties, and that wasn't until after we complained for several days. They knew the unit was on it's last leg, as there were signs on the walls stating that the AC unit will freeze if you turn it down below 72 degrees. Healthy units don't freeze solely from being used as intended. Regency Towers is a nice location overall, but the units are individually owned and managed by several different companies. I highly recommend you do your research and select a condo that isn't managed by Emerald Coast Destinations.

Amazing view of sunset!

This property was perfect for us. Clean and roomy and the bed was very comfortable. You can’t beat the view from this unit! Would definitely get this unit again.

Regency tower was a great place to stay for our family. The condo we stayed in 605 was dated, but served us well. It was stocked well and clean. Could use a few improvements on patio doors which were very hard to open. The only drawback, and it was a big one were the elevators Were working only half of the time and took very long to get one open for all of the items brought the overall checkout process with the children and luggage took over three hours, due to elevator, not working on one tower and crowds of people at checkout time. If not for the elevators, we would stay at this tower again , but we will be looking elsewhere for our next trip due to the elevators

Great get away

Great place to stay. It was clean and well stocked. Also staying on the 6th floor is a good choice. Everyone at the complex was nice and very helpful. They have a bar between the two pools that serves great food and cold drinks.

Regency Towers

Just spent a week here on the quieter side of PCB and will certainly be back. Unit was exactly as advertised, booking and check in were a breeze. The unit is perfect for two people with plenty of space and a wonderful balcony to watch the sunsets from. The complex has two pools and a great little bar/grill.

Regency Towers 605

Overall, our stay was great. The room was spacious for two people, and the view from the balcony was wonderful. However, both sliding doors did not lock, and there were socks leftover from the guests before us in the living room. The master bedroom was awesome! We enjoyed our stay!

Great stay

Me and my wife had a great stay here. We had trouble checking in and reaching the property manager when we were attempting to check in. We had to call the helpline in order to get the email for all the check in information. It took several hours before we even got a response from the manager. However once we got checked in it was perfect. We had a great view of the water and all the restaurants we went to were close by.
