Our condo is perfectly situated on the 5th floor preferred East Corner directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room, Master bedroom and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and 2nd bedrooms and the 3rd and 4th bedrooms both have two Queen beds for sleeping up to 12.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Great location. Smaller property so there were no issues with the elevators or parking. The kids loved the lazy river, outdoor and indoor pool and the slide. The entire property inside and out was very clean.

Wonderful Rental Experience

Unit was very clean throughout, though the living room furniture was a little worn, as to be expected in a rental. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was fairly well-equipped as far as bowls/pots/pyrex but was lacking in the way of cooking utensils. Overall, it was thoroughly enjoyable and would definitely rent here again.

Wonderful condo!

Came down from OK for a high school soccer tourney. Very spacious and clean! Plenty of room to spread out and have privacy. We stayed with 2 other families including 4 children under 12. The beds were comfortable and having a washer and dryer is always a wonderful asset while traveling. The trash chute for the floor is located directly across the hall from the condo which is very convenient. Each floor had several shopping carts you can use right outside the elevators which was super handy for loading and unloading packed items and groceries. We also really appreciated the location on the 5th floor, with parking garage accessibility! A few conveniences we enjoyed at our recent 30A rental that would be “icing on the cake” additions to this property: more bath towels, one set for each bath isn’t enough, at least have them stocked for people to utilize and we don’t mind running a load upon departure; basic beach/pool towels to accommodate the # of guests advertised (we assume most guests are not local and more than enough people are flying in. We ran across the street to purchase towels at a decent price but we didn’t account any space for towels in our luggage so they’ll go in the Lost and Found by the pool for others to claim); at least a couple days worth of paper towels, trash bags and toiletries like shampoo/Cond and body wash. Even without these there are plenty of places to shop within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this place and rebook! Thank you!

Clean beautiful beachfront condo

We had the best time for our spring break staying at this property. We were there early March so the indoor heated pool was really nice as a backup option when the beach and outdoor pool were chilly. The condo has a great set up and plenty of space for our group. We hope to come back and stay next year!

Great accommodations for a group of ladies

We are 5 retired ladies that like to travel and explore new areas. This condo unit was perfect for us as we each had individual beds which is hard to find. The condominium was very well kept with great amenities and the unit was everything you see in the pictures. Just beautiful, Very clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of comfortable seating inside and out. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, appliances and pots and pans. Note: if you are staying more than a few days you will have to make a store run to get a few basics like toilet paper, paper towels, salt/pepper, condiments, dish cloth/sponge, dish towel, laundry and dishwasher detergent. They provide a starter kit that will get you through a day or two.

Clean and well laid out as well as top of the line appliances that met our needs throughout the week. The ice maker was a huge bonus as well. The lazy river and slide were a big hit and since they are connected, it was great to let the kids play on the slide and adults float the river. Highly recommend staying here.

Ideal Accommodations

This property provides easy access to the beach for those of us that love spending time down by the water’s edge looking for shells, playing in the sand and letting the ocean lap at our feet. It also has the Lazy River that we all enjoyed and the water slide for the kiddos that needed a little more activity than sitting down at the beach.

Great for Large Family
