We love staying at this property. So close to everything, easy check-in and timely communication with the owner whenever we had questions. The kitchen has everything we could need for our week long stay and everything is clean and modern inside. Very comfy beds and the lower level is a fun hang out space!

Amazing location!

Cozy property with everything you need! Especially well equipped kitchen and downstairs family room. Owner very responsive. A five minute walk to Jenk’s and the beach. Badges and coffee included! Off street parking. Great stay! Dog had a great stay too!

Amazing perfect for families

Very nice family getaway spot. Practically on the beach and walking distance to the boardwalk. My 3 year old had a blast. It’s was very clean and quiet. I definitely recommend this place for a family looking for a nice vacation spot.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would! The perfect beach condo for your family vacation! The house is very nicely put together, updated and very comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay. Location could not be more perfect. A minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. Highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay!

We chose the property due to location and that they allow dogs. Property was as described. Newly renovated with beautiful modern finishes and incredibly clean. Excellent location, literally one block from the beach. Beach passes, chairs, plenty of beach towels were all included. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

All around great!!

Rebecca was so easy to communicate with and went out of her way to see we were well taken care of. The condo was so nice and the location couldn’t be better! We had such a wonderful family vacation and best of all could include our dogs. Even the neighbors were welcoming. Would definitely want to stay here if we come back to the area again.

Fun week at the shore!

The condo was just as beautiful as the pictures on the listing and had everything we needed. Loved the ease of walking to the boardwalk every day and the close proximity to the restaurants and activities. Any small issues were resolved quickly. Our stay was seamless. The condo was immaculate and beautifully updated. The location was perfect. Easy walk to and from the beach comfortable bed and tvs in both living area and bedroom. Plenty of storage space also. The hosts were easy to contact and replied to any questions we had. Entry was also a breeze. Will be returning here for sure. Boardwalk fireworks could also be seen from condo. Just fabulous our stay was just amazing!! Would highly recommend. Wish we stayed two weeks instead of one. Also off street parking. Can’t say enough about this place.

Sweet Spot

A much needed get away and it didn’t disappoint! The place was in a perfect spot for all- adults (older as well), child and dog. It is a small quant condo in a sweet spot. Beach, boardwalk, coffee/breakfast spots all within 2-3 minute walk. The downstairs area was a great space to ‘spread out’ The hosts were attentive and answered quickly. Definitely will stay again!!

Very Clean and Excellent Location!

We enjoyed a very relaxing vacation at this condo! The location is super convenient to the boardwalk, beach and local restaurants and bars. The parking passes were a huge plus though we rarely needed to use our cars! The condo was very clean and nicely updated with a homey atmosphere. There is plenty of closet space and the on-site washer and dryer is also a huge plus for an extended stay! We felt completely at home as soon as we arrived. Highly recommend this property!

Excellent Location and Property

I rented this property based on its location to the beach and boardwalk along with that I could bring my Jack Russell for his first beach vacation. Everything was great. Clean, new, modern - not your typical jersey shore sandy shack rental. Neighbors were friendly and the host, Rebecca, was very responsive to our every need in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Perfect Getaway

This was a great house with everything we needed! My daughter and her friends loved it so much they are already asking if I can rent it again next year! The game room was a perfect escape for her and her friends to hang out! It was in walking distance to so much which I loved! We all felt at home here and I would even love to stay longer than a week next time! It was just what we needed!

This place has it all!

What a great location for the family to enjoy the jersey shore! Just one block from a prime beach and boardwalk spot. It's brand new and pristine. There's a comfortable, homey atmosphere, tastefully decorated. And parking is provided! There's everything you need and more; ultimate convenience. We had a great vacation experience. There's even a washer and dryer, a brand new kitchen, and full closet space. So many features! We had a great stay and highly recommend it. This place has it all!

Excellent Location

My husband, daughter and I recently returned from our week long beach house stay. The house was immaculate and perfectly renovated. The location can not be beat especially if you have a small child. We enjoyed morning walks for breakfast (1 street over). The beach and boardwalk were a quick walk as well and manageable for my 4 year old daughter. The owners were easily accessible and very responsive. They went above and beyond on several occasions and even as far as dropping off a brand new beach chair for us to use during the week. I would highly recommend this house for a small family.

Fantastic way to end the summer!!

My husband and I (and our two pets) had an excellent 2-week stay at Rebecca's in Point Pleasant! The main rooms are on the second floor, so there's tons of light and breeze. The kitchen/living room were fantastic for hanging out, and the front sunroom was super cozy for reading and napping after a day at the beach. The place was super-clean, and parking was a breeze. The location was also really convenient - one block from a great coffee shop, donut shop, and deli, and two blocks from the Arnold Ave entrance to the beach itself. About a 10min walk from a bunch of great restaurants, and a short drive from a grocery store and an Italian market. Rebecca was also really responsive to my questions before we booked (and when we decided to extend our stay). We totally recommend this place for a beach trip!

Sweet Condo with Exceptional Hosts

Really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The property is nicely appointed, has been recently renovated, and felt fresh and new. Kitchen had everything needed for a week's stay. The deck outside the front door was great for morning coffee and people watching. Perfect location with less than 5 minute walk to the boardwalk and the beach - very convenient for early morning strolls and returning mid-day for a break from the sun. Plenty of restaurants in the area, including small coffee shops. Locals are super friendly and helpful including the next door neighbors. Parking was also easy with an assigned onsite parking spot and a street parking pass for a 2nd car. Two beach passes were included with the rental. Rebecca and Justin were super attentive hosts; very quick to respond to our questions. They even accommodated our request to extend our stay!!

A Great Beach Vacay!

We had a fantastic week in Point Pleasant. The condo is a very easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed walking to get breakfast and specialty donuts right around the corner. The condo was very clean when we arrived. Although we brought our own, there were plenty of good quality towel and beach towels, as well as bed linens. There didn’t seem to be a blanket for the pull out couch, but we had brought some so we were fine. We had planned on letting the kids all sleep together in the basement, not realizing you cannot get there from inside. This didn’t stop us from having a great week. We just made different sleeping arrangements upstairs which still worked out great. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Being able to bring our dogs made for a perfect week at the beach.

I love the smell of the ocean! Especially when I’m sipping a hot cup of coffee ☕️ My husband and I will always find ourselves near the beach to bring the dogs for a walk, go for a swim, or just trying to relax. Being one block away from the beach and boardwalk gives you close proximity to go for a swim or enjoy the rides and games at Jenkinsons. But it also keeps you away from all of the noise! It’s the perfect spot for a family get away 🙂
