Welcome to your private retreat in the heart of Grace Bay! This cozy and charming villa is perfect for couples, small families, or a group of friends looking to relax and enjoy all that Providenciales has to offer. While we can accommodate up to 5 guests, the space is best suited for groups of 4 or fewer to ensure maximum comfort.

We’re ideally located within walking distance (approximately 15 minutes) or a quick 2-minute drive to the world-famous Grace Bay Beach, as well as top-rated restaurants, shopping, and the local supermarket.

You’ll have your private side of our duplex villa, including:
• A screened-in dining porch
• A private pool area complete with your own lounge chairs, outdoor dining table, and BBQ grill

We live on the property but fully respect our guests’ privacy—we do not use the pool area during your stay.

This is our third time at this residence. We met Fay and she was a wonderful hostess and our accommodations were clean, well located to the center of the Grace bay. We look forward to our next visit.

The accommodations were very accurate with listing. The place suited our needs perfectly, family of 4. 2 bathrooms was key with 2 young adults traveling w/. Location was great, not a far walk to beach, nice neighborhood, lush surroundings, had all essentials for beach. Interior was spacious, cozy, all necessary kitchen utensils, bedrooms and baths comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the privacy of the back area with a small pool, plenty of relaxing area in the morning with coffee and evening after the beach. We took advantage of the use of the grill as we did a lot of indoor meals. Fay was very pleasant and responsive. I highly recommend.

Fay is a lovely host and very welcoming. She respects privacy yet is fairly responsive to messages. The accommodations and amenities are reasonably well maintained and she has thought of most things one would want. We’d recommend renting a car as it’s a fair walk to the beach carrying all the “ things”. Great location with grocery store, beaches, and restaurants close by.

Fay was an amazing host. Very responsive and easy to work with. We walked to most places- restaurants and the beach. We felt very safe and comfortable everywhere. Fay provided a little extras that were very helpful - beach chairs, towels and a good sized cooler. Plenty of space for my husband, myself and 3 college aged children. Really hope to come back one day and for sure would stay at this house again.

Fay, is an amazing host. The entire process was very easy and when we needed to extend our stay last minute Fay made it effortless. The villa is very nice and extremely comfortable and clean as well as really convenient to everything you could want. We all felt super safe and at home. I Highly recommend this villa experience.The pool is a fantastic feature of this property and being so close to the beach was awesomeThank you for making our stay great !!!!!

Great place to stay

Spent a lovely few nights in this delightful spot. The location was perfect for us, close to shops and restaurants. Fay is a great host and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Fay’s very well appointed townhouse in Grace Bay. Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants we had another great trip. Highly recommended if you want a quiet location that’s close by to the amenities and beauty of Grace Bay

Perfect! Ms. Fay was an excellent host . The rental was unbelievably gorgeous and the pool in the back was splendid just the perfect size to relax and get some sun or enjoy a nice little swim. I would definently recommend the Fleur de Mer Villa Gracebay!

Good Location and private area.

Location was nice as it was about a 14 min walk to the beach and 20 min to shopping. It was really clean and the host was awesome with communication making sure everything was going well. They let us keep our suitcases there until pick up, which was great!

Great value in T & C

Perfect place to stay for two couples. We had more than enough space, and each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, and they were in better condition than in most rentals. The beach chairs were very convenient to have, and they were comfortable! We'd definitely stay here again, and we thought we got a lot of value for the price, especially in T & C.

Lovely and comfortable villa!

We really enjoyed the pool, which was well maintained. The AC was fine, we grilled a lot outside, and the place was clean and well appointed. It was very close to Grace Bay beach which is just glorious. Thank you Fay for your hospitality.

Great Stay!

Fay has a great place and is super easy to communicate with. The house was very clean and super spacious. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare at-home meals. The pool was awesome. This is a great location. Highly recommend!

Great experience..far exceeded our expectations.

The property was perfect. The location was fantastic and had all the necessities to make our stay wonderful. Fay was responsive from the initial inquiry all the way through our entire stay! I recommend this property and host! A rental car is recommended.

Nice house. Seems to be clean. Very complete (households) but we had bed bugs that affected our whole body

Hello Marcelo , Thank you for your review. I wish that you guys did contact me during your stay as I can absolutely assure you that your bites were not bed bugs ! This is a common thing for people to believe these bites could be bed bugs. Although bed bugs isn’t much a thing in Turks and Caicos. I feel it is a little unfair to make this claim as we have severe inspection here on island made by our government in order to have our rental license and never did we have bed bugs and never did I hear of any rental properties who had them! The bites that you have will be those of Sand flies or no see ems as we call them. They are tiny little mosquitoes that bites and some people have allergic reaction to them leaving itchy red patch ( it happens to me myself & even had to go to the clinic once ! ) During certain months there are more , especially after rains they will come out & so spraying with bugs spray helps preventing bites. Sunrise or sunset walks on the beach also is prime time to get bites .. even when sitting at outdoor restaurant as often you don’t feel the bites and only see the red bumps afterwards. This is absolutely out of our control and so to read this review is quite disappointing, especially that you guys have not mentioned anything , I would’ve been happy to come and inspect the property as well as advising you on how to prevent these bites. Either way, I am glad that you guys did enjoy our home and thought it was clean. Best regards Fay

Just the absolute best time

We could not have asked for a better property or location for our stay in Provo. Fay and the team set it up so seemlessly, and we would HIGHLY encourage anyone to book your time at this property. It was such a short walk to the Coco Bistro, and to Grace Bay Beach. We did have a car, but didn't need it much.
