Welcome to your private retreat in the heart of Grace Bay! This cozy and charming villa is perfect for couples, small families, or a group of friends looking to relax and enjoy all that Providenciales has to offer. While we can accommodate up to 5 guests, the space is best suited for groups of 4 or fewer to ensure maximum comfort.

We’re ideally located within walking distance (approximately 15 minutes) or a quick 2-minute drive to the world-famous Grace Bay Beach, as well as top-rated restaurants, shopping, and the local supermarket.

You’ll have your private side of our duplex villa, including:
• A screened-in dining porch
• A private pool area complete with your own lounge chairs, outdoor dining table, and BBQ grill

We live on the property but fully respect our guests’ privacy—we do not use the pool area during your stay.

Fay, is an amazing host. The entire process was very easy and when we needed to extend our stay last minute Fay made it effortless. The villa is very nice and extremely comfortable and clean as well as really convenient to everything you could want. We all felt super safe and at home. I Highly recommend this villa experience.The pool is a fantastic feature of this property and being so close to the beach was awesomeThank you for making our stay great !!!!!

Do not stay here. I don't even know where to start, my friends and I arrived at this Vrbo and immediately we had so many issues. 1. The keybox was impossible to figure out, it took us an hour to access the property.2. There is mildew EVERYWHERE, it felt like the villa hadn't been deep cleaned in months. It was so bad, my friend started getting sick within 2 hours of us being there and we had to find a new place to stay that night.3. There were random stains on the bedding, the floors, etc.4. The pool wasn't clean so we couldn't use it.5. Accessing the property was so bad, finding the location initially was horrendous and then getting the key from the key box was the worst part.We ended up staying at the VRBO for only 4ish hours and we decided we couldn't stay there because of the conditions, and we had to get a completely different villa. We reached out to VRBO for a refund because the property had been misrepresented and unsanitary, and we didn't recieve anything back. We were told that the VRBO owner wasn't replying to them, so we couldn't get a refund.... it was an awful start to our trip and I highly recommend that no one stay here. I genuinely think the 5 star ratings are paid for or fake, because we were genuinely shocked when we got there.

Host was very nice and friendly. Villa was clean and had all necessary amenities and appliances/utensils to make our stay comfortable. Pool was nice and clean and added chairs, beach towels and cooler was great.

Bonito!!

Perfect! Ms. Fay was an excellent host . The rental was unbelievably gorgeous and the pool in the back was splendid just the perfect size to relax and get some sun or enjoy a nice little swim. I would definently recommend the Fleur de Mer Villa Gracebay!

We had a fantastic stay at Fay’s very well appointed townhouse in Grace Bay. Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants we had another great trip. Highly recommended if you want a quiet location that’s close by to the amenities and beauty of Grace Bay

Great value in T & C

Perfect place to stay for two couples. We had more than enough space, and each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, and they were in better condition than in most rentals. The beach chairs were very convenient to have, and they were comfortable! We'd definitely stay here again, and we thought we got a lot of value for the price, especially in T & C.

Property was clean, well appointed, and spacious for our group of 3 and in a great location to explore a variety of beaches. Fay was a great communicator and very helpful when we had questions.

A great place to enjoy Grace Bay, without Resort prices.

This was perfect for what we needed, beach and restaurant walkability. When we arrived there happened to be a big storm, which was quite intense. Obviously, weather not being the villas fault. Faye (the property owner) was very communicative and helping in trying to get us settled in as smoothly as possible. The pool is beautiful, though we barely used it because the beach is so close. All in all, a cozy stay for those looking to enjoy all that Grace Bay has to offer without exorbitant resort pricing.

Excellent place

We rented one size of this duplex for a week for two adults. The place is very clean, very quiet and very safe. There is parking spot for your car, on the side of the house there are clotheslines we were happy to use for items that should not go into a dryer. The pool in the back was a great addition, we would cool off after a day of activities. The beds are very comfortable and with the AC the inside temperature is always as you like it. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you may need for cooking, including a large BBQ outside. This location is also great, very central to good restaurants, beach, and shopping. And the property manager, Fay, was extremely helpful and approachable - all together an excellent experience.

Beautiful property

We had an absolutely amazing time at Fay’s!!! Pros: The property was stunning, private and quiet. Very safe. Spacious! The pool was an AMAZING treat and the backyard is beautiful and partly shaded. Fay accommodated us with beach chairs, cooler, towels and umbrellas which all we used. AC was great. As others have said, I feel a car is a must for this location as the walk to everything is just a little bit too far to walk all the time. But our car experience was great so we highly recommend TCi rentals! The cons: the beds! Extremely firm. A topper would go a long way. Cleanliness was great except the tile floors. The tile turned the underside of your feet so dirty so prepare to wear house shoes or your sandals! Otherwise an incredible first trip to Turks but certainly not the last! Thank you Fay!

Property was great and as described. Very well stocked. Close to everything. We did have a car and checked out a lot of the beautiful beaches. Walked to dinner twice and drove to others further away. The property had beach chairs and cooler which we used daily!

We (My friends and I) really enjoyed our vacation in Turks and Caicos. Your home was wonderful--easily accessible to Grace Bay beach, restaurants, and other activities. We especially enjoyed our time at the pool.

Good Location and private area.

Location was nice as it was about a 14 min walk to the beach and 20 min to shopping. It was really clean and the host was awesome with communication making sure everything was going well. They let us keep our suitcases there until pick up, which was great!

Great stay!

The location was great and we loved the villa and pool . The check in was easy with the codes we were given . Would Definately recommend to others . The island is beautiful . There is a-lot of construction on the road and some big pot holes you have to be careful with . We rented a car and would recommend Thanks Faye! I already miss it

Charming and Enjoyable

This property is very charming and the pool was a wonderful addition to our stay. There was another couple staying in the condo next door but we hardly saw each other and never saw them use the pool, so we essentially had that to ourselves. The location is in a little neighborhood just off of Leeward Highway. Some of the roads to get into the neighborhood are treacherous (as in you'll pop a tire or lose a hubcap if not careful) but if you stay on the main roads you should be fine. There is a lot of new construction going on in the neighborhood but it wasn't an issue and it's exciting to see the beautiful properties going up. You really can't go wrong with this property. It was simply lovely. :)

Great Christmas Week

The villa was awesome!! Everything was great from the start. check-in was smooth and all else ran well. Faye was always in reach if needed. the property was great for my wife, myself and 7 year old daughter. having a car was not necessary, but did come in handy for some beach excursions and exploring...5-10 minutes walk for just about anything you need. Patio pool was a bonus for coming off the beach and relaxing. couldn't have had a better time!!

Excellent Villa in Grace Bay Neighborhood near Coco Bistro

This is a very good villa with an excellent host. Fay was responsive and attentive, and five stars on that alone. It's a spacious side-by-side house with a shared pool. If you are in need of multiple bedrooms and areas to sleep, this is a great spot. It would have been double the price to stay in a standard beachfront hotel room during New Years week. This made the expensive restaurants and excursions a little easier to justify. It's not on the beach so if that's what you are looking for this might not be the right place. We rented a car and took daily trips to restaurants and beaches. You can walk and we did sometimes walk to restaurants or for coffee, but it's not super close and would be difficult while lugging beach chairs, etc. We did not use the pool, but it looked nice and refreshing. Overall, excellent spot. We recommend and will refer friends and family.
