Great 2 bedroom apartment in great location! Just steps to the beach! Suite is newly renovated about 1000 sqf in size.
Choose to lay down on Grace Bay Beach or enjoy the pool.
Villa is located just 2 min walk to Grace Bay Beach and the best snorkelling on the island, Alexandria National Park. We also provide snorkelling gears. Parking is available and free . Excellent space for a family of 4. The whole suite is under AC.

We were a 2.5 minute walk from toes in sand. It was a great location and the apartment was very well appointed. We had everything we needed and more. Our hosts, Gena, Ivan, an Filip were so kind and helpful. You can’t go wrong here.

Location is superb!

No complaints here! The property was quiet, clean and next to everything. Having the car rental within the property was so convenient and navigating the island by car was easy. We would definitely book this again!

Amazing holiday

We just came back from a wonderful one week stay at the Treehouse. The unit was exactly as pictured, clean, kitchen wellstocked, and an easy 2-3 minute walk to a beautiful beach and snorkeling. The hosts were great to deal with and quickly responsive to any questions. Will definitely stay here again!

Location, location, location

This property sits right behind the Windsong resort. 2 minutes walk to Grace Bay beach. Great communication with the hosts. Very helpful with lots of good information for the area. The condo itself was comfortable and suited the needs for our family of four.

Wonderful visit avoiding the polar vortex

The place was as advertised. Nice size kitchen, living area. Bedrooms are separated and bath is good size. Only noise was from above unit but not bad. There is a central area on compound with some tables. Nice to have the beach chairs for day at the beach. A twominute walk to beach and reefs - excellent. Resorts line the beach; beach is great for walking but is a tad anterior in spots. Nice new pool next to unit for sharing with other units. Near many restaurants and activities. Can walk - 45 minutes - to tourist town with many restaurants and shops. Hosts helped us with some travel issues and were very accommodating and responsive.

Great value, great stay!

Property is as advertised. Pretty basic but has the essentials. It’s all about the beaches and you are a 3 minute walk to the water. The folding beach chairs and snorkel gear provided were great. We had trouble with the umbrellas and could never get them to stay in the sand. The pools are small but well maintained and good for a cooling plunge. Having our own washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus. We rented one of the 2 Tree House cars offered and that was a good deal and made the trip so much better having that freedom. You can walk to a few places to eat but having the car was so much better. Our host Ivan responded quickly to any questions or small issues. In a place where luxury starts at 800/night, The Tree House value is outstanding.

Hello, we are Gena and Ivan from Canada, and we welcome you to our paradise!
We like people and we like to host different cultures. We are very social and like to host family and friends. It is very rare that we would go to any of our properties alone. Ivan is a Chemical Engineer who plays guitar for Gena from his heart on any occasion. Gena is a Food Science Engineer with big dreams. We are both entrepreneurs and have businesses in the food industry and PP supply. We have raised two beautiful children that like to come to the island with their friends and enjoy water sports. Our kids are ski and snowboard instructors in free and wintertime. We like travelling, skiing, swimming, reading, yoga, meditation, and baking. We ski White Face, Titus Mountain, Lake Tahoe Heavenly, Banff and Lake Luis, Mont Tremblant, etc.. We travelled Europe, Asia, Australia, North and South America and many Caribbean islands.
We have always dreamed of owning a vacation/retirement home on a Caribbean Island to warm ourselves up during the cold Canadian winters! Our love for travel and people brought us to Turks and Caicos – an unforgettable island that we knew we needed to be a part of. The white beaches and bright blue waters were so captivating from the very start. We knew we would wish to visit this beautiful place again and again. We finally reached our dream of owning property on this island in 2018 with our “The Tree House”. This villa is for us four, for our family, friends, and you! For all people in this world who want to enjoy, love, dream and relax in the inspiring, warm water of Turks and Caicos. We, along with many of our guests from around the world, have been enjoying and relaxing on our properties ever since. Come and stay with us today! Live the dream!
