**Welcome to Ohana House**

Come stay at our 1900sqft, spacious, 4bd/2.5bath Crystal Beach house with space for up to 13 guests to sleep and dine! Just a quick 5 minute walk to the beach with private beach access! The home layout makes it perfect for the couple that wants to get away, or for multiple families vacationing together. The wraparound deck is a wonderful place to have your morning coffee or soak in the gorgeous Crystal Beach sunsets. Professionally cleaned right before your stay with beds made and towels stocked so your stay is turn-key! Outdoor shower on the ground level to rinse off after a long day lounging on the beach. Location is close to the Big Store and local restaurants, quick golf cart ride to Stingaree's!

*Massive wrap around deck with gate to keep dogs and little ones inside
*Dog friendly (up to 2 dogs <30 lbs each, pet cleaning fee of $100 each pet)
*<5 min walk to beach, no need to leave the subdivision, just walk towards the water and onto the sand!

*1 king suite with shared jack and jill bathroom
*1 Queen bedroom
*Kids bedroom with twin over full bunkbed and ton of kids toys and games for the little ones
*Loft area that sleeps 4! **just added a new twin over full bunkbed with brand new mattresses (Dec 2022) and couch for movie watching

*Full bath off of king room on first level
*Full bath off of king room on second level (shared with upper floor)
*Open kitchen and dining area
*Keurig and Drip coffee with a few provided pods to get you started

Great Family Weekend

Annual Trip

We come to Crystal Beach every summer for a family/friends getaway. We had a great time at this beach house. Lots of room for everyone and the host was very nice and accommodating. We had everything needed. Will definitely look for this one again next summer!

Our stay was pperfect!

This was my 2nd time to stay at this cabin. I stayed last year with a friend and let me just say that the cabin was perfect. We had 3 15 yo boys and they loved the upstairs. I will definitely stay at this cabin next year if it is available. The owner responded promptly to my questions.

Fabulous time!

We loved staying here. Short walk to the beach, everything you’d need away from home. The host Kyle is so responsive with any questions. Close to a lot of businesses in case you need something. It was the most relaxing few days we had. Perfect set up for several couples and littles. We will be back soon!

This one has everything

About our stay, This one has everything. It was a perfect for us and our busy lifestyle. This home had enough ratio of restrooms to bedrooms. 4 bedrooms yet had additional bedding in the loft area. This home came with bed linens, beach towels, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, laundry soap, coffee!!! All you need to pack is your swimsuit!

Quite neighborhood, restful environment. We had what we needed and anything we didn't have the store was just 2 miles up the road. Home Owner is very communicative and friendly. We had no issues at all. Really had a great time.

Perfect beach weekend

This house had more than enough room for our weekend of 8 adults/4 kids. The upstairs bunk area is very spacious. The house had everything we needed kitchen wise, if you’re grilling i would bring some extra pans or serving ware in case. The host was very quick to response to all my messages. Short golf cart ride to the beach. VERY close to the Valero gas station and the big store which was very convenient. Great stay overall!

Huge, nice, affordable, close to beach.

Nice neighborhood, one primary bed/bath downstairs with fully equipped kitchen, large living area, laundry room. Upstairs are three additional bedrooms, a large bunk room for kids, and bath. Covered parking for several full sized vehicles, plus room for more on double width concrete driveway. Price includes housekeeping, bath towels, bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, linens, beach towels, laundry and dishwashing detergent, etc.

Family Beach Time

Great house for our family vacation. Host was always available and very helpful. Location is nice. Recommend replacing weak rusted chains on swing; empty and clean refrigerator in garage; discard broken chairs; replace water hose nozzle. Remove glass top to exterminate table for ants. 2-ply TP and more bath towels per bathroom would be nice. TV in master room did not work and had no matching remote.

Relaxing

We had a really good relaxing time. It was a comfortable walk to the beach from the house. The neighbor was very nice. I am a bigger guy and I found the stairs very solid and stable, that was a comfort. If I had to pick a con was the stairs at night need a little lighting. I am older 55+ and I carried a flash light to see going down at night with my dog. Just a little accent lite to see where one step ended and the next began is all it needs. I plan to book this house again.

Hey! My name is Kyle and I currently live with my wife and two daughters in Austin, TX. I work as a physical therapist and enjoy managing our vacation rentals. I love the beach but also love the mountains, with a dream of skiing 40 days in a season.

My wife and I purchased this home as a fun family place to visit with friends and family. We both have big families and needed a place to fit everyone comfortably. We love that we can load up the little ones in the beach wagon and walk down to the beach. Our dog Josie loves the quick walk down to the sand as well!

You will be located in the private Ramada subdivision, this subdivision has private beach access which limits the high traffic that other areas in Crystal Beach will see.
