NOTE ABOUT THE POOL.
This house has SOLAR PANELS on the roof. Solar panels work when the sun is out and strong enough to heat the water. Keep in mind there is approx. 12,000 gallons of water that needs to be heated.
When the sun is NOT strong enough, the water will NOT be heated to a comfortable temperature. When there is frost and freezing (we do have that in Florida), the solar panels will NOT work at all.
So if you would like to swim in the winter and want to be sure of a warm pool, the best solution is to book a villa more south in Florida or book a house with a gas heater for the pool. Even electric heaters are not always able to keep up with colder temperatures.
