This 5200 sq ft home sits on an acre of land makes this oasis home private and luxurious. Packed with amenities, you can enjoy a private pool, outdoor bar and ramada, theatre room and large rooms to relax. The house centrally located just minutes from the Cardinals Stadium and 3 MLB spring training facilities.

The casita houses one of the property owners who may be on-site. It’s a separate living space with a private entrance. They help take care of the property and will not be outside using any of the amenities.
No pets please The pool and jacuzzi may be heated February-April for $100/day. October-January the jacuzzi may be heated for $50/day.

Just as described! Very nice and spacious. Killer backyard oasis! The host was great and quick to reply. The onsite property manager was easy to communicate with too. All in all an amazing property that I would highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay

Holly was a wonderful host and attentive to everything we needed. Would highly recommend renting this place, it has everything you need, and the backyard is like a resort. Just beautiful!

Gorgeous backyard!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and very spacious. The backyard was everything we hoped it would be– just beautiful! We spent a lot of time outside. We liked the large dining table. It was perfect for our Thanksgiving meal. We'll stay again if we have a chance!

Family vacation with Quilt Con thrown in

This house is wonderful and everything they said. We had a great time and the kids 7-13enjoyed the pool and hot tub after coming from 32 degrees in Atlanta. The back yard is beautiful and we enjoyed lemons and grapefruit from the trees Landscaping made my son want to go home and redo his yard I highly recommend this rental for anyone in Phoenix Surprise area.

Family mini vacay

We had the Metallica concert and brought the kids as our family lives in Phoenix. We had a wonderful time when we had the family over to bbq and swim. We had a wonderful time and did not have to go anywhere.

Amazing house

This was the perfect house for my tennis team competing in Surprise. Close to the courts. 4 comfortable bedrooms and outstanding backyard amenities. Very comfortable beds and responsive hosts. Can’t wait to return!

Amazing Super Bowl Experience

This place was great for 5 guys to hang out and watch the Super Bowl. Very spacious and lots of cooking options for us. The outdoor space was amazing to hang out after coming from cold Chicago. The movie theater was a great place to watch the game and was also nice to unwind after a day outside. Will definitely look to stay here again if we come back to Surprise!

Rangers Spring Training

Great place , the owners are very nice. The grapefruit and orange trees were bearing fruit and we were asked to enjoy them. House is huge and great backyard. Really close to ballparks and golf courses. Will go back.

Amazing!

We stayed at this house to be close to my 87 year old mother, who lives in nearby Glendale, and to celebrate her recent birthday. Everything was great from the property, very spacious and clean, to the outdoor and indoor amenities, to the best communication I have ever had with a VRBO host. I can't say enough good things about this experience and we have already been discussing coming back to this property the next time we visit my mom.....thank you so much Holly!!!

Awesome stay at a beautiful home

This place was perfect and provided an oasis for everyone who came. Our 4 year old and 2 year old loved it. They can't wait to come back. The pool, putting green, movie theater and entire outdoor space allowed for the perfect place to host friends or just relax. The host was wonderful and provided everything we needed. Thank you! You won't be disappointed booking this home.

BEAUTIFUL home and property.

I was in awe when I saw this listing. It was a dream stay for myself and all my friends. The house is amazingly clean and well kept. There is so much space inside and outside to hang out and relax. Holly is a wonderful host… vey easy to contact and quickly replies to all our questions and needs. We were lucky to meet Suzanne, the on site host once. She never bothered us but was around if we needed anything. I hope I can stay here again if I go to surprise in the future.

Gorgeous home with an amazing backyard

Holly and Suzanne were excellent hosts! They were incredibly accommodating for our group. They were there at the adjoining property, and it was great to be able to ask them how to operate the fire pits, TV’s and outdoor lighting. But they were very respectful and were never outside when we were outside. The inside of the home is large and spacious. The theater room was perfect to watch March Madness! We would definitely recommend

Better Than Expected

From the moment I booked the owner was incredibly helpful, communicative, and kind. She helped me with directions and how to make mu stay even more tailored to our needs. The pictures do not do the property justice. It was even better than expected. The house is spacious and well thought out in terms of design, and there is room for everyone, while also being incredibly cozy. The outside is amazing. We spent our days in the pool, nights sitting around it, and mornings sipping our coffee by the pool again. It was absolutley lovely and we cant wait to go back!

Almost, but not quite

The home is large w/ample room in back yard. Yet, not all is at it appears. 1/4 of property is off limits with Prop Mgr who has same name as owner lives on site and has personal space. Pool heat cost extra, putting green is missing areas of it and needs repair & like much of the property, along with appliances, are old and worn. Plenty of space, just don't rely on the details.

I am sorry to hear the stay did not meet all expectations. We aim to be transparent about the property. The listing clearly indicated the property manager lives on site. Many people have commented they appreciate her assistance and never saw her unless they asked her to come assist. The pool heat and fees are seasonal and clearly listed as well. Many do not use the pool so it keeps their the rent lower for those who don’t plan to utilize it.

Spring Training Made Better With This Property

Everything about this stay was done right. We arrived in the evening and lights were turned on, so we weren't waking into a dark place, outdoor space was lit with candles and strong lights and a card with a chilled bottle of wine welcomed us after a long day of travel. Everyone commented that the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Suzanne was great as an on-site host. You never saw her, but she was there to help with any needs. We used the outdoor space every nice to be in the hot tub, fire pit, corn hole or eat our dinners. This place really has it all! And we were pretty close to several ballparks, the reason we came down... spring training. Just a note... you are close to the Air Force Base. Jets were running about 7:30 a.m. Monday- Friday, so it's hard to sleep in, but so cool to watch throughout the day.

The house was a great size for 4 couples. Lots of space. Loved the theater room and the great room with a bar and pool table. Kitchen was spacious and well stocked with everything you need to cook. The pool was nice( had to pay extra to have it heated due to the time of year) and the hot tub and pool couldn't both be heated at the same time. We made it work though. Pool during the day and the hot tub in the evening. Holly the manager was great and got back to us promptly when we had questions. The on-sight manager was helpful loaning us coolers and stocking us up with more garbage bags when we ran out. There were ample bath towels, pool towels, sheets and blankets. We weren't aware that the jets fly over a lot of the day starting pretty early in the morning. Very cool to watch, but after a few days gets a little annoying. The don't fly on the weekends. The outside area is huge with a fire pit and bbq. There is also a putting green. A great place for a large group to gather. We really enjoyed our week at this house!

The inside and outside were amazing! We spent nearly a month there and all of our friends and family that joined us were so impressed. The backyard has so many different ‘places’ to hang out and all you need is sunscreen!!! Communication with both Suzanne and Holly was great. This place is perfect for 8 adults no problem!
