Celebrated my husbands 72 birthday with family, family came from near and far, the cabin was perfect, private and peaceful, we created beautiful memories, highly recommend

Surrounding woods are beautiful. The remoteness was a nice contrast to the craziness of ASV - which was close. Maybe a 12 minute drive. Great communication with Shelly.

Cooperstown Stay

We had a great time on the secluded property. Exactly what we were looking for. Only a ten min drive from all star village. Enjoyed staying here with another family. It’s just the right size.

Great Stay

This is a great place to stay. The property is beautiful and the host is so accommodating. Shelly is easy to communicate with and responds to messages right away. The property is very well maintained and located in a private and serene area of the woods. I highly recommend this property if you are in the area.

The location is perfect if you are a family in town for the baseball tournament. It’s quiet and clean. The house itself had plumbing issues and a very small kitchen with limited cutlery. We were only at the house for brief periods so it served its purpose.

The Cabin

The Cabin was just as described, and in a beautiful, private location. Check-in went smoothly, and our whole visit was greatly enjoyed. Thank you Shelly for making it possible!

Cabin was excellent!

Cute hideaway cabin off the main road. My kids loved this house. 10min from ASV. Host Shelly was very nice and answered all my questions. We would def stay here again if we went back.

Best Cabin up the hill

The cabin was perfect, clean, roomy and quiet. It is approximately 10 minutes from All Start Village if you need to stay for a baseball tournament. It is also very quiet if you need to get away for some peace and quiet. Definetly recommend.

Cooperstown mountain cabin

Beautiful cabin, spacious and clean less than 10 minutes away from All Star Village. It was nice to be so close to the fields yet far enough removed to relax in the quiet, tranquil beauty of the mountains. Our host was amazing! Thank you!

This property is AS described...beautiful cabjn in the woods. Room for many to sleep. 2 full bathrooms. Fabulous firepit!!! We stayed during our visit to Cooperstown All Star Village and it was an easy 10 minute drive....remember it is in the mountains!! But that's part of the fun! Shelly was an incredible host!Would recommend to anyone visiting ASV! We looked at lots of properties and were pleased with our selection!!

Quiet cabin close to ASV

This cabin was perfect for our stay to watch our son play at All Star Village. It's only 10 minutes to the fields and 10 mins to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The house is adorable and so peaceful as it is nestled in the woods. Shelly was great to work with.

Beautiful place and the scenery was awesome!

Beautiful place and the scenery was awesome. It was just a quick 11 min ride to the Allstar village. Seen a lot of wildlife in the yard and going back and forth to the fields. Clean house just as advertised. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful Cabin

The owners both were wonderful and very helpful. The cabin was more than I ever expected. Very roomy, homey, quiet and the ground’s are beautiful. If we come back next year for the 13u wood bats. Without a doubt this is where we will stay.

Cabin was clean and fit our family. Shelly was open with communication and prompt. Air conditioning was portable units. There was not central air or window units, however, the temperature was comfortable. We stayed for a baseball tournament in Cooperstown. Fields were approximately 20 minutes away. We would recommend these accomodations

Quiet escape just 9 minutes from All Star Village

Beautiful, quiet house tucked away in the mountains. Enjoyed a week here while my son played at Cooperstown All Star Village. Just a short 9 min drive to the fields. Home was very clean with all the amenities. Shelly was an excellent host and immediately available for any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Beautiful cabin in the forest

My family and I stayed at this lovely cabin for a week. The cabin was perfect for my family of 4 and my parents. The cabin was very clean upon our arrival and Shelly was a great host. I didn't need to reach out much to her, but when I did she replied immediately. If you are looking for a place to stay while in Oneonta or Otego, NY I highly recommend staying here. Also, it is only about a 10 minute drive to Cooperstown ASV.

Beautiful Woodland Cottage

We really enjoyed spending the night here. The setting is on a wooded hillside well off the road, very peaceful, beautiful, with lots of wildlife to see. The loft bedroom had a very comfortable bed, high quality pillows, and the linens were top notch. We truly enjoyed the firepit as well as the outdoor screened in area with a TV. The whole place inside and out looked to be freshly renovated. I highly recommend this rental… five stars. We will be back!

Beautiful Cabin in the Woods

What a beautiful cabin and house! My family and I arrived at dusk and the property was wonderfully lit and glowed. Even my kids were impressed. It has several floors and worked we;; to help give my family enough space. It was also well stocked with toiletries, towels, kitchen items. That's always super helpful. Just a wonderful, pretty nice place to spend time away.

Just as described

Shelley was incredibly accommodating for a last minute rental! She was easy to communicate with. The property was exactly as described in the listing! The space was open, and plenty of room for a family with several spaces to “hang out”. The kitchen was well stocked with all you would need. The property is gorgeous, with wildlife around, yet is within a 10 minute drive of anything you would need. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Cabin

Shelly is the most hospitable and communicative host! Everything was perfect! We came for our week at ASV and it’s super close to the fields 7min drive. Just what we needed. Wifi helped us stay in contact via text with the team, but just be prepared for no service as the cabin is well into the forest. Very cozy cabin. Picked up groceries so we didn’t have to eat out every day. Kids had a blast playing on the large property and making s’mores in the fire pit at night! Would recommend 10 out of 10.

Amazing stay close to All Star Village

We had a great stay recently when our son’s team was playing at All Star Village. Both sets of Grandparents stayed part of the week and it was nice to spread out and have 2 full bathrooms. Very therapeutic environment (which was important because our slugger was sick/had a fever part of the week so he was with us as well). We loved the front porch swing and rockers for relaxation - and my husband, who had to work remote, enjoyed having his laptop out on the screened in deck. And the fact that there is streaming tvs in three places was a huge plus! Shelly is such a great communicator and responded right away when contacted. Kitchen was well stocked and washer and dryer were so convenient. Would not hesitate to stay here again!
